James Koskiniemi (born February 16, 1977) is an American chef who is the recipient of the San Francisco Chefs Association 2010 Chef of the Year. James worked as the Executive Chef of The Bellevue Club in Oakland, California and as of September 2014 he became chef and co-founder of The Pig and The Pickle - Ale Industries Marketplace in Concord California. He was a writer for the Culinarian Magazine, and served two terms as President of the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Chefs Association - Chefs Association of the Pacific Coast ACF. He appeared on the cover of the February 2008 issue of the Culinarian Magazine.

It is now a top choice for any aspiring culinarian in Japan, with an increasing world following as well. In the Japanese Iron Chef, Hattori Nutrition College students assisted the competing chefs in cooking duties. Dr. Hattori was the show's culinary commentator.

He also appeared on Iron Chef America, Bar Rescue, Beat Bobby Flay on Food network. In 2010, Oprah magazine named Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato Bisque as her favorite recipe by Chef Duprat. He's affiliated with several causes, including the First Lady Michelle Obama's 'Let's Move' campaign, No Hungry Kids and the Black Culinarian Alliance (BCA).

Chef Clyde Serda (born July 3, 1952) is an American chef and writer. Well known in the industry as “Chef Clyde” he has been a writer for The Culinarian Magazine for over thirteen years. He has worked at notable restaurants including Commander's Palace, New Orleans and The World Trade Club, San Francisco, and owned and operated the business Simply Outrageous Catering in the San Francisco Bay Area. Over the years Serda has written several articles in the culinary field as well as appeared on TV spots and published many recipes.
