It was recorded with a large crew over the course of two days in London, in contrast with the "anti-pop" video for "Man-Size", and was shot on 35mm film. Two camera assistants, Seamus McGarvey and Mike Valentine, separately recorded the different scenes of the video; McGarvey recorded the dancing scenes and Valentine recorded the underwater scenes.

When the system was first installed, Mary Hall of Garland, Texas painted the first frog on the big tank for the Frognot Water Supply corporation as a public service. Mrs. Hall, who was very brave, got on a scaffold and painted a bright green man-size portrait of a frog sitting on a toadstool or a mushroom. The AUG has a 1.5× telescopic sight that is integrated with the receiver casting and is made by Swarovski Optik. It contains a simple black ring reticle ("donut of death") with a basic rangefinder that is designed so that at a 180 cm (5 ft 11in) tall man-size target will completely fill it, giving the shooter an accurate method of estimating range. On July 8, 2015 it was announced that the NFL had agreed to stage a minimum of two games a season for a ten-year period at Tottenham Hotspur's new stadium in Northumberland Park, which opened nearly a year behind schedule in 2019. Nisse on Christmas Card (1885) The nisse/tomte was often imagined as a small, elderly man (size varies from a few inches to about half the height of an adult man), often with a full beard; dressed in the traditional farmer garb, consisting of a pull-over woolen tunic belted at the waist and knee breeches with stockings. This was still the common male dress in rural Scandinavia in the 17th century, giving an indication of when the idea of the nisse spread. However, there are also folktales where he is believed to be a shapeshifter able to take a shape far larger than an adult man, and other tales where the nisse is believed to have a single, Cyclopean eye. In modern Denmark, nisser are often seen as beardless, wearing grey and red woolens with a red cap.

In 1982, Temperton wrote the music to Somewhere in the Dark, recorded by Michael Jackson, and produced by Quincy Jones, for the movie E.T. the Extra- Terrestrial, with lyrics by Alan and Marilyn Bergman. In 1986, Temperton was Oscar nominated for the Academy Award for Best Original Song for Miss Celie's Blues (Sister), which he wrote with Quincy Jones and Lionel Richie for The Color Purple film of 1985. (Richie won the award for "Say You, Say Me", from White Nights.) He was also nominated for Best Original Score, along with the 11 other composers, including Jones, who worked on The Color Purple's soundtrack. Later in 1986, the buddy-cop action-comedy Running Scared was released, featuring five new songs written by Temperton, including "Sweet Freedom", performed by Michael McDonald; and "Man Size Love", performed by Klymaxx.
