Unriddle (simplified Chinese: 最火搭档) is a Singaporean Chinese drama which was telecast on Singapore's free-to-air channel, MediaCorp Channel 8. It stars Rui En , Chen Liping , Tay Ping Hui , Andie Chen , Xiang Yun , Joshua Ang & Zhou Ying as the casts of the series. It made its debut on 4 August 2010. This drama serial consists of 20 episodes, and was screened on every weekday night at 9:00 pm.

Yuan came to prominence after winning MediaCorp's U Are the One in 2008, a talent search for Channel U's Fresh Face of the Year. He signed with MediaCorp as a full-time artist and was given his first hosting roles. He also began acting minor roles in various TV dramas before landing roles in major productions such as Rescue 995 and Unriddle 2. He graduated with a diploma in theatre studies from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts.

Ang attended Pasir Ris Secondary School. After completing his O Levels, he served out his Singapore National Service term before joining Mediacorp on a full- time contract. On 15 July 2010, Ang announced that he would not be renewing his contract with Mediacorp to spend more time on his new startup, a recycling business, and with his family. He made a brief return to television in Unriddle 2 to reprise his role as Liu Shisan and in films We Not Naughty and Timeless Love.

Tay played "manly" characters such as in C.I.D., Honour and Passion and C.L.I.F. but it was his role as a crude Ah beng-turned-chef in Bountiful Blessings that earned him his first Best Actor Award in Star Awards 2012. And for the Star Awards 2013, he won the Best Supporting Actor despite only being in 7 episodes of the TV series Unriddle 2. In 2012, he received the All-Time Favourite Artiste award for obtaining Top 10 Most Popular Male Artistes. In 2018, Tay left Mediacorp.

Chen's first appearance on television was in the Channel 5 series Growing Up Season 2 Ep 12: Brother Of Mine in which he made a cameo flashback appearance as a child version of Tay Wee Seng, older brother of Lim Kay Tong’s character Charlie Tay Wee Kiat’s older brother and was credited as Andy Tan in year 1997. He shot to prominence after winning Star Search 2007 and earned a contract with MediaCorp. He was given his first television roles the following year, most notably in the blockbuster period drama The Little Nyonya. Since then he has starred in many high-profile television dramas such as Unriddle, C.L.I.F., Code of Honour, Joys of Life, The Journey (trilogy series) and The Lead.
