In case the property is transferred subject to the condition which absolutely restrains the transferee from parting with or disposing of his interest in the property, the condition is void.

Diego is smitten upon his first sight on her as she is the most beautiful creature he has ever seen. Diego, wanting himself, Manny, Sid, and Granny to get back home, tries to chomp off all the pirates' ropes from their "ship", but is too late as Shira arrives and restrains him, mocking him for his declaration of "I don't fight girls" by pinning him down and saying, "I can see why". After Manny and the others escape by capsizing Gutt's iceberg, Shira is seen in the water, calling out for her crewmates' help; only Flynn is concerned over Shira's whereabouts, but Gutt ignores this and demands his crew to move on forward without her. She is rescued against her will by Manny, and is angered when Diego calls her "Kitty" for calling them a "bad joke" of a herd.

He is sort of a strongman succumbed to lack of exercise, despite doing most of the physical work on the island or making Gilligan do it. He is also the most superstitious castaway, sometimes putting him in conflict with the Professor's rationalism. The Skipper is lovable but is irritated continually by the clumsiness and ineptitude of his "little buddy" Gilligan, despite that they are good friends. A running gag is that whenever Gilligan messes up a rescue, the skipper conks Gilligan on the head with his hat; a variation of this gag is that whenever Gilligan is in a tree as a lookout and falls down, he usually lands on the Skipper, or if Gilligan (on rare occasion) does something right or correctly predicts an outcome, the Skipper is about to conk Gilligan, then restrains himself due to the fact Gilligan was right.

A minor scuffle ensues between Dita and Chi, before Zima restrains Dita, wishing to see the outcome of Hideki's decision and ultimately too falling under Chi's influence.

The custom of living at home until marriage presents restrictions of LGBT life in Japan; the belief that one’s family will shame and disown a child who comes out as a sexual minority represses these children into living within a different frame of existence by forcing them to behave in the same manner as a heterosexual child. Along with this suppression, the lack of private space restricts the expression of feelings and self identity during times of growth, which in turn restrains attempts at finding love in the LGBT community. Along with these family issues the government’s refusal to acknowledge same-sex marriage forces gay, lesbian and bisexual people into an outcast position by society’s preference for marriage and family to which they are refused access.

Diana Prince/Wonder Woman first appears in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice when Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) encounters her at a gala hosted by Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg). They are both after encrypted information in Luthor's system, with Diana snagging an decryption device that Bruce plants, but when Diana is unable to extract data from the device, she hands it over to Bruce, who later finds that the files contain information on metahumans, one of which turns out to be Diana. Upon hearing of Superman (Henry Cavill) and Batman's fight with Doomsday in Gotham City, Diana abandons a flight back to her job as an museum curator in France and joins the two heroes in their fight against the monster, donning her armor, unwilling to see countless civilians killed in the conflict. She slices off the creature's hand and restrains it using her lasso as Batman stuns it, allowing Superman to kill the monster using a kryptonite spear at the cost of his own life.

During the Blackest Night crossover, Wonder Woman restrains Luthor with her magic lasso and under its spell of truth he confesses he secretly wants to be Superman, indicating he does not truly think Superman holds back human progress or is a threat and is simply envious. When Superman was out of sight for a year,Infinite Crisis #7 Luthor uses the time to create the 'Everyman' project in hopes he can duplicate Kryptonian powers in himself, then later attacks Metropolis with a long-buried Kryptonian warship. Returning to action, Superman points out Lex had a year to prove he could help humanity and improve Earth if Superman didn't interfere with his life, but instead of curing disease or creating a technical golden age, he still focused on increasing his power and finding "a big destructive machine so [he] could break things."Superman #653 In the storyline "The Black Ring," the villain briefly has the power to bring peace and bliss to the entire universe but then rejected doing so because it would mean Superman would be rewarded with bliss as well and couldn't suffer.

When the cartridge's primer is struck by the firing pin, the propellant is ignited and deflagrates, generating high-pressure gas expansion within the cartridge case. New Zealand has treason laws that are stipulated under the Crimes Act 1961. Section 73 of the Crimes Act reads as follows: > Every one owing allegiance to Her Majesty the Queen in right of New Zealand > commits treason who, within or outside New Zealand,— :(a) Kills or wounds or > does grievous bodily harm to Her Majesty the Queen, or imprisons or > restrains her; or :(b) Levies war against New Zealand; or :(c) Assists an > enemy at war with New Zealand, or any armed forces against which New Zealand > forces are engaged in hostilities, whether or not a state of war exists > between New Zealand and any other country; or :(d) Incites or assists any > person with force to invade New Zealand; or :(e) Uses force for the purpose > of overthrowing the New Zealand Government; or :(f) Conspires with any > person to do anything mentioned in this section. The penalty is life imprisonment, except for conspiracy, for which the maximum sentence is 14 years' imprisonment. Treason was the last capital crime in New Zealand law, with the death penalty not being revoked until 1989, years after it was abolished for murder.
