Robert Herridge, who was producing a low-rated educational series, It's Worth Knowing, for the station approached WCBS-TV's head of public affairs, Clarence Worden, with his idea for "a program where there was no area of human experience we couldn't get into ... an open end kind of show -- an open sesame." In the Arabian Desert, a rich Sultan stores his treasure in a cave and leaves his guard Hassan to watch the cave. As the Sultan leaves, a burrowing trail crosses the desert towards the cave, bumps into Hassan's sword, and enters the cave. Leonardo's Bride was an Australian pop band that formed in 1992. It consisted of Abby Dobson on lead vocal and acoustic guitar; Dean Manning on electric guitar, piano, wurlitzer and hammond; Jon Howell on drums; and Patrick Wong (aka Patrick Hyndes) on bass guitar, backing vocals and cello. With the fourth album Open Sesame, its final release of the 1980s, the group had turned away from their once-playful simple beats and catchy rhymes of the old school and instead became vocally more harder and more instrument- driven, with guitars and horns and bells. Despite the calibre of the players and the quality of the output, Minor Move was not released for more than two decades, several years after Brooks had died. This started an unfortunate trend, as the other three of his four other sessions (Street Singer, Back to the Tracks and The Waiting Game) did not appear during his lifetime. "Many years ago" in the capital of Agrabah, Jafar is lecturing the common people about theft, and proves to them that it will not be tolerated, by turning the ones he suspects of thievery into street rats. At the same time, Aladdin, who has managed to outsmart Jafar so far but is reluctant to fight against him, is recruited by Jasmine to help steal a powerful and magical weapon in the world called “the Diamond in the Rough.” While en route to the Cave of Wonders, which is where the weapon is located based on the books Jasmine has with her, both Jasmine and Aladdin are bickering over the claims until they reach the location, where upon their arrival, Aladdin yells “open sesame,” and opens the cave. As the two enter, they discover the gem balancing on a sword. Taking no chances as they believe the item to be cursed, Aladdin replaces the gem’s weight with another object, when a crumbling column falls on them.
