Bowling Green never had another religious based affiliated network until August 2016, when WCZU-LD launched their fourth digital subchannel that carries the Sonlife Broadcasting Network. That subchannel, along with Scottsville-licensed independent station WPBM-CD are the only two locally based religious stations in the area.

TBN Salsa is an American Christian-based digital broadcast television network that is owned by the Trinity Broadcasting Network. The network offers a mix of religious and family-oriented programming aimed at Hispanic Americans primarily or exclusively fluent in the English language (serving as a complement to Spanish language sister network TBN Enlace USA). The network is available as a 24-hour-a-day service distributed primarily on cable and satellite providers in select markets. It is the only U.S.-based TBN network that is not available for livestreaming on TBN's website and mobile app.

Graeve has been an advocate for bi-national collaboration between Americans and Mexicans in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields. She is the driving force behind the Cali-Baja Education Consortium, which is a collaborative effort bringing together 13 institutions in Baja California and UCSD. Faculty across these institutions will collaborate on scientific research and education curriculum that will serve students on both sides of the border. For example, high school and college students can participate in a program called Enlace, a seven-week program for students from both sides of the California-Mexico.

After his defeat, García left office in January 1999, founded and became Executive Director of the Little Village Community Development Corporation. He helped grow what is now known as Enlace to twenty-seven full-time employees, 120 part-time employees, and an annual budget of $5 million. In June 2005, he helped found the Latino Action Research Network, a PAC to help better represent the city's Latino population. Carmen returned to Puerto Rico to join the San Juan Bay Estuary as a Project Coordinator. For more than 15 years, she served as an environmental and conservation planner and consultant to numerous organizations and government entities, among them: Conservation Trust of Puerto Rico, El Yunque National Forest, Corporación del Proyecto ENLACE del Caño Martín Peña, University of Puerto Rico, Banco Popular Foundation, and The Nature Conservancy. Carmen founded an environmental nongovernmental organization that provided volunteer advisory services on environmental and sustainable development issues to local communities across Puerto Rico.

The Alliance website was recognized as one of two out of 23 "homosexual" sites chosen for analysis that included lesbian issues in a health concerns section. The Alliance collaborates extensively with many organizations, including the Gertrude Stein Democratic Club, Coalition of Black Lesbians and Gay Men, ENLACE (a gay Latino activism group), Log Cabin Republicans, Gays and Lesbians Opposing Violence, and the Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League. The Alliance participates in politics by rating political candidates based on their views on gay and lesbian issues. In July 2009, the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) introduced a formal initiative to legalize civil unions in the western state of Colima. Nevertheless, the following month, the local Congress decided not to take up the initiative, following widespread opposition from right-wing groups. In December 2009, Governor Mario Anguiano Moreno agreed to discuss the legalization of civil unions and adoption by same-sex couples. Pinocheques were three cheques of total US$3,000,000 paid in mid-1989 by the Chilean army to Augusto Pinochet, Jr., the son of former dictator General Augusto Pinochet for the purchase of bankrupt "Valmoval", a small rifle company in 1987. Pinochet's son was not under the rifle company's owner and no reason could be found for the payment. The payment was investigated 1990 by a parliamentary investigative committee chaired by Jorge Schaulson. On 19 December 1990, General Pinochet, still commander-in-chief of the army, stormed into the army headquarters and placed the 57,000 member force in alert, in what the general called a "ejercicio de enlace" (Spanish for Link exercise) and asked for an end to the investigation.

In Orihuela he joined the Comité de Enlace Antifascista and in September in the Volunteer Army, formed to defend the Second Spanish Republic, where he was assigned to the Columna de Hierro. In order to avoid a potential PSIP/virtual channel conflict with CHWI-DT-60, the station applied to the FCC to use 14 for its virtual channel, on April 30, 2014. On September 21, 2014, the station returned to the air for testing at its new Oak Park facility, transmitting signal that covers much of the Metro Detroit area and nearby portions of Windsor and Essex County. While the station was still currently licensed to Flint, its broadcast area from Oak Park does not include that city. From September 21, 2014 until sometime in 2015, WHNE-LD was an affiliate of Soul of the South Network on 14.1. However, it was removed from the station and from most of its other affiliates when the network filed for bankruptcy in 2015 and couldn't pay most of its affiliates. On November 22, 2015, the station added SonLife to 14.5. Until then, subchannel 14.5 was an affiliate of both Corner Store TV and Jewelry TV. In April 2016, the station launched a website and added LATV to 14.1, becoming Detroit's only over-the-air non-English television station since WUDL-LD dropped the TBN Enlace USA service on that station's 47.5 subchannel along with all other Trinity Broadcasting Network-related networks on other subchannels of that station after Regal Media sold it to King Forward, Inc. in 2015.
