A woman named Mai (Ming-Na Wen) lives in the community and falls for Reggie Valmont (Jamie Walters), the son of a local fisherman and Ku Klux Klan member named Mickey Jo (Dean Stockwell).

Sylvestre (Daniel Ceccaldi), theater producer, sees his latest production threatened as the main actress unexpectedly departs from the project due to her pregnancy. Son Il-gun is a middle-aged deliveryman and devoted father to his daughter, Young-in. Young-in just graduated from high school and is an aspiring cartoonist, but she is working part-time instead of going to college due to financial difficulties, which the quick-tempered young woman partly blames on her "loser" father. She has no idea that Il-gun was once a struggling artist in his youth, but now that one of his paintings was sold for an exorbitant amount to a collector in New York, a local gallery offers Il-gun a solo exhibition. But before he can make a decision, Il-gun dies in a traffic accident, leaving Young-in penniless.

Corn Stooks by Bray Church (1872) Heywood Hardy was born on 25 November 1842 at Chichester in Sussex, the youngest of ten children of the artist James Hardy senior (1801 – 1879) and his wife Elizabeth. Before he became an artist his father was Principal Trumpet in the Private Band of Music of King George IV. Other artists in the family included Heywood's elder brothers, James junior and David, his sister Ada and his cousins, Frederick Daniel Hardy and George Hardy. Heywood's ancestors were from Horsforth in Yorkshire; Gathorne Gathorne-Hardy, First Earl of Cranbrook, was his second cousin. When he was 17 years old Heywood Hardy left the family home in Bath after an argument with his quick-tempered father and removed to Keynsham near Bristol.

Yao Meimei (Zoe Tay) is a well-known and well-respected figure in both the legal business world as well as the underworld, and has come far from her days of setting up a bootlegged CD empire to earn a living. She and her elder sister Yao Jiaojiao (Lin Mei Meijiao) has depended on each other for support since they were little. Born and raised in a working class family, Ryan knows the lifestyle and attitudes of people from his neighborhood of Chino, California and the dangers that occur if outsiders are influenced by its environment. His abusive past is reflected by the fact that he has an extremely high pain threshold and displays an impassive expression after being physically beat up. He is tough, cynical and quick-tempered, yet compassionate and empathetic toward people in trouble and those less fortunate than himself. During his first months in Newport, he had the tendency to physically express his anger at the incessant teasing from his schoolmates by punching them, which led them intentionally goad him even more, but he gradually calmed down, after some serious lecturing from Sandy and being sent to anger management counseling.

The character of Robin in these first texts is rougher edged than in his later incarnations. The show is set in the city of Raytown, which actress Vicki Lawrence later revealed to be Raytown, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City (although the script writing suggests the setting was Raytown, Mississippi). The television series revolves around the wacky misadventures of the Harper family, extended non-Harper family members and their neighbor friend in later seasons. Always at the center of the trouble and confusion is head of the clan and matriarch Thelma Harper—a buxom, gray-haired, purse-lipped, 65-year-old widow who is portrayed as explosively quick-tempered, abrasive, and brash. Thelma's snappy retorts and wisecracks are featured in a running gag in which the final scenes of each episode cut to an exterior shot of her residence while she is heard riposting the comments of whomever had previously spoken, followed by audience laughter and applause.

From the left: Edd ("Double D"), Eddy, and Ed Ed, Edd n Eddy follows the lives of "the Eds", three preteen boys who all share variations of the name Ed, but differ greatly in their personalities: Ed (voiced by Matt Hill) is the strong, dim-witted dogsbody of the group; Edd (Samuel Vincent), called Double D, is an inventor, neat freak, and the most intelligent of the Eds; and Eddy (Tony Sampson) is a devious, quick-tempered, bitter con artist, and self-appointed leader of the Eds. The three devise plans to scam the cul-de-sac kids out of their money, which they want to use to buy jawbreakers. However, problems always ensue, and the Eds' schemes usually end in failure and humiliation. The cul-de-sac kids do not include the Eds as part of their group, making the trio outcasts.

He was the second son of Frederick William, Elector of Brandenburg, and his first son to survive infancy - his elder brother William Henry had died at less than two years old in 1649. Born on his father's 35th birthday after six years of unsuccessful pregnancies for his mother Countess Luise Henriette of Nassau. He was much hoped-for, looked like his father and was raised to be like him - spirited, quick-tempered and always in favour of war and the hunt (the most effective way of subduing him was always for his tutor to take away his sword for a few days). In 1670 he was made colonel of the Regiment Radziwiłł zu Fuß and four years later he and his father headed the Brandenburg force on its incursion into Alsace during the Franco-Dutch War.

Re di Picche debuted in 1969, as the leading character of a short-lived comics magazine with the same name, published in Italy by A.G.I.S. Inspired by the traditional characters of the playing cards, it features the humorous adventures of a quick-tempered tyrant obsessed by his expansionist ambitions towards the bordering reign led by the placid Re di Cuori ("King of Hearts"). The magazine also included other characters by Bottaro, Carlo Chendi, Giorgio Rebuffi and Franco Aloisi, such as Pon Pon, Giò Polpetta, Romeo Lancia. The magazine was also published in France with the title Roi de Pique. After the magazine closed, Bottaro continued to create new stories of Re di Picche until mid-1980s for a number of other publications, including the magazines Corriere dei Ragazzi and Corriere dei Piccoli and the newspaper Il Secolo XIX.

The movie begins as the two-year term expires, and all the elders of the Wo Luen Shing are in the process of electing a new chairman, with some last-minute "campaigning" from both Lok and Big D just a few days prior to the election. Lok is calm, patient and even-tempered, while Big D, who attempts to buy the election, is boisterous, impatient and quick-tempered. After bitter arguments from supporters of both candidates in the likes of Uncle Cocky and Uncle Monk, Lok is elected as the new chairman. However, Big D is dismayed by the result and proceeds to punish two men responsible for his loss by kidnapping them and rolling them down a hill in boxes, prompting ex-chairman Whistle to ask his lieutenant Four-Eye to hide the dragon head baton, which is a symbol of power for the leader.

Da Jammies centers around a group of kids that are friends who attend a performing arts school where they struggle to balance real-life issues with their dreams of making it as entertainers. The co-leader "Dolla" (William "Dolla" Chapman II) is known as the "quick tempered, rapping, dancer", who believes that Da Jammies do not practice enough and seems to have a short fuse with his bandmates. However that is all balanced out with the co-leader of the group "Novelist" (Aulsondro "Novelist" Hamilton) the "peace keeping, rapping best friend" who always have a solution for the crews success. The rest of the members of Da Jammies are "Momo" (Alisa Reyes) the "one with the universe" earthy poet with a bubbly personality, then there's "LaLa" (Dani Nicolet) the "Singing Diva" who believes in no one but herself that can sometimes be very rude and unapologetic without realizing it.

She gives a number of examples of Schell's acting intensity, including the courtroom scenes, where Schell's character, after supposedly being exposed as a German officer, "attacks Jewish meekness" in his defense, and "boasts that the Jews were sheep who didn't believe what was happening." The film eventually suggests that Schell's character is in fact a Jew, but one whose sanity has been compromised by "survivor guilt.

Ayla's subsequent accidental observation of one of the highest ceremonies at the Clan Gathering is interpreted by Creb to foretell doom for the entire Clan of the Cave Bear, as those ceremonies have meaning for all the clans of the Clan, even those not present at the Gathering. All Clan members are assigned a totem at birth, and boys are marked with that totem's ritual tattoo as part of the ceremony that marks their passage from child to man following their first major hunting kill. People are also believed to possess personality traits similar to those of their totem spirit; Broud, quick- tempered, stubborn and unpredictable like a woolly rhinoceros (his totem spirit) is a prime example. Totems are also responsible for pregnancy; a woman's moon time is believed to be her totem fighting off the presences of marauding male totems; for this reason, women's totems are almost invariably weaker than those of men and women may not associate with men during menstruation.

Jake Tyler has recently moved from Iowa to Orlando, Florida with his mother, Margret, and younger brother, Charlie, to support Charlie's shot at a professional tennis career. Jake was a star athlete on the football team at home, but in this new city, he is an outsider with a reputation for being a quick tempered brawler after an internet video of him starting a fight at one of his football games after a frustrated player from the opposing team taunted Jake about his father, who died in a drunk- driving car crash (with Jake in the car), circulates around his new school. Making an attempt to fit in, at the invitation of a flirtatious classmate Baja Miller, Jake goes to a party where he is unwillingly pulled into a fight with the MMA champion at the school, Ryan McCarthy. Originally, Jake does not wish to fight until Ryan taunts him about his father.
