The Eagles operated until the end of the 1954 season and would have run in 1955 but for the reluctance of teams in England to travel up to Scotland. The top man was Derick Close, signed from the Newcastle Diamonds in 1951, and he was supported by Gordon McGregor, an ex- Glasgow Tiger, who was a founder Eagle in 1951. The team also featured Australians Keith Gurtner and Ron Phillips who transferred over when the Ashfield Giants left the League. Due to his never say die approach, the fans favourite was Bluey (Eric) Scott who joined the Eagles in 1951.
The 2016/2017 season brought about more changes in personnel on and off the field. Opening day wins against Bruff followed by a draw and a victory against Middleton and Seapoint in rounds four and five were not enough to keep Boyne out of trouble come April. Without a win from late October until late March Boynes stay in the All Ireland ranks looked all but over. A late surge brought about by a never say die attitude the club is renowned for gave them a breath of life and brought the season down to a wire.

Volz on vocals, Mark Kelly on bass, Louie Weaver on drums and John Lawry on keyboards. Although that specific lineup recorded only one studio album together – Beat the System in 1985 – Hartman, Volz, Kelly and Weaver were the heart of Petra's initial wave of success, recording More Power to Ya, Not of This World and Beat the System together before Volz's departure in 1986. Additionally, Weaver toured with the band in support of Never Say Die, Petra's first significant tour.
Unable to raise enough money for nationwide tours in support of its previous albums, Petra received another break when the band Servant invited it to open on its 1981–82 tour. Under Hollingsworth's tutelage, the band refined its live performances, its members dressing in camouflage to emphasize the spiritual warfare theme recalled by Never Say Die's artwork, which featured an ocean war setting with an electric guitar doubling as an aircraft carrier. The tour turned Never Say Die into a commercial hit. After discussing the film with Rajkummar Rao, Motwane cast him, believing he had an "interesting vulnerability" and a "never-say-die attitude". The crew was already in place, and they only needed to find the right location for the film. Motwane initially wanted a location that was on the outskirts of Mumbai, as he wanted to see the city from a distance and yet "feel you are away from it". His crew recced more than twenty buildings in the city when one of his assistant directors was walking around in Prabhadevi and saw an abandoned thirty-storey building that had not got an occupancy certificate.

Sun Jun (; born 16 June 1975) is a former world number 1 singles badminton player from China in the late 1990s whose resume includes the World Championship, World Cup, Asian Championship and All England men's singles titles. He was known for his all-round defensive ability as well as his never- say-die attitude on court as exemplified by his famous match with Peter Rasmussen whereby he suffered a severe leg cramp during mid-match but basically carried on to finish an entire set limping on one leg, at one point leading by 10-3 due to intelligent play before succumbing to his opponent. He is married to the great doubles badminton player Ge Fei.
He also twice won the prestigious London Riders Championship in 1973 and 1974 and became a regular representing his country in the test matches. He became Hackney Captain in 1975 and played a huge part in the signing of Polish Champion Zenon Plech. Although he never fulfilled his early potential to become one of the world's best riders, mostly notably never reaching a world final, he became a successful British League heat leader thrilling fans around the country with his exciting never say die racing style which saw most of his points scored by overtaking opposing riders after his characteristic poor start . He was awarded a testimonial for 10 years service in 1979.

At the end of his first season with the Molineux club, Wolves won the Second Division title to return to the First Division after an absence of 26 years. Smalley had a "never-say-die" attitude which brought him to the attention of the England selectors who picked him to play at right-half for the Home Championship against Wales at Ninian Park, Cardiff on 17 October 1936. England lost the match 2–1, with Wales going on to claim the championship; Smalley was replaced in the next international, against Ireland, by Everton's Cliff Britton and never played international football again.
His never- say-die attitude was well received by the Everton fans, but it wasn't until Snodin played as an emergency right-back that he flourished for the club. This transformation to defender happened so quickly and with such ease that in February 1989 he was called up into the full England squad for a friendly international against Greece. Unfortunately Snodin was forced to withdraw due to injury and his problems worsened a few weeks later when he was carried off during a game against Sheffield Wednesday with a serious hamstring problem. Despite lengthy periods of rest and several operations, Snodin struggled to regain his fitness and spent the whole of the 1991–92 season on the sidelines.
Carson restrained the filly in the early stages before allowing her to make up ground on the outside and sending her into the lead half a mile from the finish. In the straight she increased her lead with every stride to record a "highly impressive victory" by twelve lengths from Acclimatise, with Royal Heroine (Breeders' Cup Mile) and Cormorant Wood (Champion Stakes) among the beaten fillies. The winning margin was the largest ever recorded in the Oaks and the biggest in any British Classic race since Never Say Die won the St Leger by twelve lengths in 1954. Observers including Timeform speculated that Sun Princess might well have won that year's Epsom Derby if she had contested that race.
The independent Timeform awarded Princely Gift a peak rating of 137 in 1955, making him their highest- rated older horse of the season and the equal third highest British-trained horses of the 1950s. Despite his lofty rating, he was not the top sprinter of the year, that honour going to the three-year-old Pappa Fourway. (139). In their book A Century of Champions, based on a modified version of the Timeform system, John Randall and Tony Morris rated Princely Gift the second best British or Irish-trained horse of his generation, behind The Derby winner Never Say Die. He was also rated the eleventh-best British or Irish-trained sprinter of the 20th century.
It was a play the two had perfected during practice. On January 6, 1981, Tonelli scored five goals in a game versus the Toronto Maple Leafs. Tonelli was a gritty forward with a never-say-die attitude for The New York Islanders who won four straight Stanley Cups. Tonelli, who was affectionately dubbed "The Greasy Jet" by his teammates, is remembered for scoring important "clutch goals" in the Islanders' run of four straight Stanley Cups and five straight finals appearances, particularly during the 1981-82 season. During the playoffs that year, The Islanders were five minutes away from being eliminated by a much weaker Pittsburgh Penguin team, trailing 3-1 in the deciding game.
On March 2, 2017, two months after the release of the original remix, Hagberg and Wooli released a VIP mix of their "After All" remix on Never Say Die. Writing for Your EDM, Travis McGovern wrote that both producers showcase their "ingenuity as rising bass talents", noting the song as a combination of "dub breaks, future bass stylings and even more energy" compared to the original remix. On March 31, Hagberg released his sophomore extended play Kill Humans on Firepower Records, a record label founded and owned by Canadian DJ and musician Datsik. "Creepin", a song from the extended play, was released ten days earlier than the rest of the extended play as an exclusive premiere on EDM Sauce.
But the ownership were true to their word and a season was completed without any of the previous crises that had become common place. Stability was established and although success on the ice proved more elusive, as Rick Strachan said at the time "The bus is moving in the right direction." The team had very much an Eastern European feel to it and was captained by local idol, Stephen Johnson, tempted back from a threatened retirement for one last season. Alongside him the Ukrainian contingent included a guy who made a huge impact for his never say die attitude and innovative use of the six words of English that he had mastered, fans favourite Evgeny Alipov – 'Big Al'.
Summary While the 2005 Nebraska baseball season will be remembered for many things, it was the never-say-die attitude that captured the hearts of Husker fans around the state. Heading into the final weekend of the season, the Huskers were two games behind Baylor in the conference race. Nebraska won its first two games against Kansas State, while Baylor and Missouri split their first two contests, putting the Huskers in position to earn a share of the league crown. Behind Kroenke's complete-game gem on Senior Day, Nebraska posted a 3-1 victory, while Missouri capped NU's title hopes by beating Baylor in Waco later that day, giving the two teams a share of the Big 12 crown.

Unfortunately, that is just her pretense. She is actually very timid and cowardly, but she believes that in order to survive in this dog-eat-dog world, you will have to “never say die”. So even though she is crumbling from fear inside, she would always put up a strong front, and her strong-headedness always gets her into trouble. If not for the help of Big Brother Fada, with this personality, she might have much consequences to suffer. This three characters, together known as “The Great Hero”, are the three musketeers of the neighborhood, and from them, we will get to know many other members of Dakota Crescent, and also their inspiring, interesting and heart-warming stories.
Zabaleta said, "I'm in a very good team, and I try to do my best for the club, the team and the fans. I didn't think twice, I gave a quick answer because I was so happy to sign." In his first three-and-a-half years at the club, Zabaleta emerged as a cult hero amongst the Manchester City fans who admire his never-say-die attitude and commitment to the club. On 30 April 2012, he started and played the full 90 minutes in the right-back slot in a 1–0 victory over rivals Manchester United thanks to a first-half stoppage time header by Vincent Kompany from a corner at the City of Manchester Stadium.
With the loss of the mail contract in 1952, along with a deteriorating physical plant (the B&M; had embargoed the railroad bridge interchanging with the shortline in April), the SV petitioned for abandonment. The railroad was briefly owned by shortline operator Samuel Pinsly for three months between October and December 1952, the shortest-lived of all the Pinsly operations. The SV was charming and notable for such reasons as the use of steam power well after World War II (until 1949), its daunting switchback gaining access to the route in Suncook village, its first-of-a-kind independent status and the never-say-die frugality that defined life in rural New Hampshire.
However, Jack is revealed to be alive in the following novel Never Say Die, as her death was faked by other members of Scorpia as part of their plans to set up a complex hostage situation involving taking a school bus of wealthy children prisoner, with Alex eventually managing to rescue her. =Sabina Pleasure= Throughout the novels, Sabina Pleasure becomes one of Alex's closest friends. The two first met while working as ball boys/girls at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships and they quickly became good friends. Sabina soon became suspicious when Alex had to leave the Championships early, and more so when Sabina saved Alex's life, and Alex then disappears on a mission for several weeks.
In July 1946, he joined Second Division Southampton for a "four figure fee". Described as a "well-built centre-forward" with a "never-say-die" attitude, Lewis enjoyed a fine first season at The Dell, despite problems at the start of the season with a hamstring injury. He made his debut on 3 October 1946, taking over from the injured Doug McGibbon, in a 2–4 defeat at Swansea. After a run of five games, in which he only found the net once, he was replaced by the fit again McGibbon. He regained the number 9 shirt in December when McGibbon was sold to Fulham and went on to score 11 goals in the remaining 23 games.
In his suicide note he expressed a desire to be born as a Mohun Bagan player in his next birth so that he could exact a revenge for this humiliating loss. After struggling to build a strong team between 1970 and 1973, Mohun Bagan did recruit a number of young players in 1974 and 1975 who would play an important role in the club later. Lanky defender Subrata Bhattacharya was famous for his leadership ability, never say die attitude and ability to score crucial goals. In midfield Prasun Banerjee, brother of famous footballer PK Banerjee, was adept in playing the role of a "linkman" to bridge the gap between attack and defence.
Much of the credit for the win was given to his trainer Harry Wragg who had taken "endless trouble" with the colt's preparation, and ridden him in most of his exercise. Darius was then moved up in distance to contest the Derby over one and a half miles at Epsom on 2 June. He was regarded as "the best horse in the race" and was the subject of heavy betting support which made him the 9/2 favourite on the day before the event, but his odds lengthened on the day and he started at 7/1. Darius ran well for much of the way, before finishing third of the twenty-two runners, beaten two lengths and a neck by Never Say Die and Arabian Night.

Szeles previously acted as supervising director earlier in the season alongside John Infantino, who once again became the sole supervising director for the rest of the season. From the episode "Eileen Flat Screen" onwards, Paula Spence was credited as supervising art director during this season.
That year Piggins was awarded the Centenary Medal "for service to the sport of rugby league" as the Rabbitohs returned to the playing field in 2002. At the start of that year his book, Never Say Die: The Fight to save the Rabbitohs was published. Its title refers to the persistence needed to keep the South Sydney club in the top-level competition. In 2002, Piggins was further honoured as a Member of the Order of Australia "for service to Rugby League football as an administrator, coach and player, and to the South Sydney community". Also in 2002 he was replaced as chairman of the club by the lawyer who led the battle with News for re-inclusion, Nick Pappas.
On February 1, 2019, Hagberg released his sixth extended play titled Metropolis on Never Say Die. The track's four tracks, "Firewall", "Seething", "Take it All" (featuring Karra), and "Last Man Standing" (a collaboration with Virus Syndicate) were all anticipated releases following their debut as unknown IDs in various mixes and live performances. Writing for Noiseporn, Tyler Chance praised the extended play, writing that it featured "ample amounts of filthy bass and unique sound design", with every track being unique in their own ways and each possessing Hagberg's "heavy signature sound and is sure to be well received by fans and new listeners alike." On March 22, Hagberg released his collaboration with English riddim producer BadKlaat titled "Purge" as part of Never Say Die's Black Label.
McCall was a box-to-box midfielder characterised by his tireless running, tackling and also weighing in with an average of one goal every 11 games. Despite his position in the middle of the park he was rarely suspended and was sent off just once in his career – in the final minute of a 2–0 defeat to Charlton Athletic on 4 November 2000. He also had a never-say-die attitude proven by a number of key late goals including his equaliser which sent the 1989 FA Cup Final into extra-time, and a 93rd-minute equaliser against Tottenham Hotspur during Bradford's difficult start to their Premier League campaign in the 1999–2000 season. He was a passionate player with a strong desire to win games.
On 19 March 2006, he scored the only goal in the 1–0 win over league leaders and reigning champions Chelsea in the West London derby at Craven Cottage; it was Fulham's first win over their neighbours since 1979. He became a favourite amongst Fulham's supporters whilst he played for them, for his impassioned, never-say-die and sometimes aggressive style of play – although this led to problems with referees. Even though his form dipped towards the end of his Fulham career, he was considered something of a cult hero there due to his ability to take players on, his ability to "cause panic like an unpinned grenade in the opposition ranks", and his "emotional character, a trait that strengthened the bond between him and the fans".
Frankie Stallone, nicknamed "The Flame" because of the fiery tattoo on the back of one of his hands, is an Italian-American former Mafia operative who works for the Grimaldi family, and is a secondary antagonist in Never Say Die. He is from the Bronx area of New York and is stated to have worked for the Grimaldi family for two, possibly three, generations. Stallone was first known to be employed by Carlo Grimaldi, the father of main antagonists Giovanni and Eduardo, as his bodyguard. However, he later killed Carlo on the orders of the twins, who sought to take over the criminal empire their family had created; Stallone shot Carlo in his own jacuzzi tub, and became a trusted confidante of the twins.
In Never Say Die, Alex receives an email from Jack. He then travels to Razim's fort and into Jack's cell, where he finds "Grimaldi" scrapped into the wall. Alex pursues the Grimaldi brothers – two former Mafiosi and Scorpia members who managed to remain active after the group collapsed – until he finds Jack alive. As Jack explains, the video footage of her death was actually faked – which Alex realizes when rewatching the footage and noting that a bird that was flying in the corner of the screen as Jack drove away had vanished too abruptly when the car exploded – and the Grimaldis kept her alive to act as a caretaker for a group of children that they planned to abduct for their next scheme of taking mass hostages.
His stats are not enough through as Tondeña's struggles continued, winning just 12 of their 32 games in the 1994 season. Playing for player-coach Robert Jaworski's "never-say-die" system, he flourished playing power forward while being undersized at only 6-3 without being able to develop outside shooting. A consistent low post threat, Locsin closed the size gap with his strength and skill although he began to fade out as soon as he parted ways with Jaworski. Before the arrival of Fil-Ams in the PBA, Locsin was considered as one of the top bruisers of his time in a time when it was rare for a Filipino player with his bulk to move as quick and leap as he did.
The dominance continued into the seventies with Ndhlovu still a key player and Zambian national team captain Makwaza manning the defence. The team had a ‘never-say-die’ attitude and developed a habit of scoring late goals to win matches, often from a losing position. Thus the phrase "Mighty awina ichungulo" (bemba saying meaning `Mighty wins in the dying minutes’) was coined. In 1970, Makwaza’a defensive partner in the national team Dick Chama joined Wanderers from Bancroft Blades although he returned to Blades after a season, at the end of which Wanderers finished second on the league table after Kabwe Warriors who ascended to the championship when the National Football League awarded them points for a match against Mindola United who had used an unregistered player.
Larkspur, a light chestnut horse with a white blaze, was bred in Ireland by Philip Love. His sire, the American-bred Derby winner Never Say Die, was a qualified success at stud, getting the double Classic winner Never Too Late and becoming Champion Sire in 1962, largely thanks to Larkspur's earnings. Apart from Larkspur, his dam Skylarking produced eight winners, the best being the 1965 Dante Stakes winner Ballymarais. Ballymarais ran in the 2000 Guineas and was nearest at finish at 33-1,and when the weights for the Dante were published he carried only 7.11 and was 1-4 on for the race, which he duly won, he was trained by Bill Gray, owned by Bill Stoker and ridden by Brian Connorton.
Mawson was born in Brandon, Durham and by the age of 24 he had already spent several years working at the coalface at Washington Colliery when he became one of a number of players discovered by Stoke City's north east scouts. Mawson had previously played for Crook Town, his works team Washington Colliery and Durham City. Raw and eager Mawson was given his debut in February 1929 at Swansea Town, in which he scored but his lack of guile and wayward passing soon relegated him to the reserves but his never say die attitude kept him in manager Tom Mather's plans. Eventually Wilf Kirkham's horrific leg break on the opening day of the 1931–32 handed Mawson his chance in his natural position of centre forward.

On 9 May 2005 Mark Cooper made Bampton one of his first signings, after taking over as manager of Conference National side Tamworth for the 2005/06 season.Cooper makes first signings Bampton proved himself to be very much a utility player slotting into defence or midfield as required, and has made himself somewhat a fans favourite with his never say die displays. Bampton also played a major part in the club's historic highest ever league finish, when the club finished 15th, during his first season he made 22 appearances, scoring one goal. Bampton agreed another one-year deal for the 2005/06 season, and continued to show some very impressive displays for the Conference club, most noticeably on a bigger stage in the FA Cup ties against Stoke City.
His first goal for Grimsby (and only goal of the season) was an equaliser at Blundell Park, Pouton volleyed in at the far post after Nicky Weaver parried Lee Ashcroft's cross in a 1–1 draw with Manchester City. Over the next three seasons, Pouton was booked 18 times and sent off twice. Despite his occasional lapses in discipline, Pouton was generally a success at Grimsby, and although he was not noted for his goals, he still managed eleven goals including a hat-trick in the 6–2 home win against Wimbledon (although two of those goals were penalties). He became a cult hero for his Never Say Die attitude, and his repeat step-overs, although he suffered increasing disciplinary problems, missing many games through a combination of injury and suspension.
" Kevin Johnson of St. Louis Post-Dispatch commended the tour as "one of the flashiest on the concert scene." Elizabeth Aird, who reviewed Jackson's concert at GM Place, wrote "If there's a show sexier and more polished than Janet Jackson's The Velvet Rope extravaganza, it's only on Broadway ... Saturday night's show at GM Place was two hours of thrills pumped out by Jackson, her never-say-die dancers and her powerful band." James Sullivan of the San Francisco Chronicle observed her concert at the new arena "offered a career retrospective, punctuated by new material, periodic video diversions and fireworks." "The show was a lot like an '80s flashback, though to its credit Jackson's eight-piece band—bass, guitar, drums and percussion, two keyboardists and two backup singers—added some inventive layering to her older hits.
However the New Zealand dates were cancelled 8 days out from the opening show in Auckland City. They then performed the Never Say Die tour throughout Europe and UK headlined by Emmure. In late July 2013 Sean Kennedy announced on his Instagram account that he was no longer a member of the band and would not be contributing to the recording of their third album. Benjamin Coyte (ex-Day Of Contempt, Carpathian and current In Trenches vocalist) has since replaced Kennedy and played his first show with the band at Resurrection Fest 2013. I Killed The Prom Queen was announced that the band signed with Epitaph Records and announced that the new album 'Beloved' will be released in Australia on 14 February 2014 and in US on 18 February 2014.
An evocative description exists in words from 1867: ″Look at the dapper little fellow, how neatly he sits on the back of the old American horse, Reporter. Notice the jerry-hat, the open but determined, never-say-die, countenance, the polished boots, the burnished spurs, the tight-fitting breeches, the long waistcoat, creaseless coat, and general ′get-up′ of that wiry-looking, ten-stone, five-feet-five specimen of humanity, and tell me if he is a ′character′ when once seen that will never be forgotten.″ Charlie Canavan differs on one point - he states his weight 'when at man's age' did not exceed 9 stone (126 lb or 57 kg). In 1850 ′a correct likeness′ of Chris Green with Abd-el-Kader was commissioned by Joseph Osborne and painted by Henry Thomas Davis.

Allan Donald was already well-known to English spectators from his extended and successful spell as Warwickshire's overseas player from 1987 onwards, and had spearheaded the South African attack with 63 Test wickets prior to this series, and Fanie de Villiers made a useful foil, having taken 22 wickets against the Australians, including 6−43 in the victory at Sydney. Andrew Hudson had emerged as a superb opener, racking up centuries against the West Indies and Australia and nine fifties in his short career. Jonty Rhodes had established himself as one of the top fielders in the world already, and had won over doubters of his batting with a never-say-die attitude, article by Vic Marks in The Observer, 26 June 1994, accessed from Cricinfo.com on 5 April 2007.
During the period above, the rivalry was personified in both players, still today considered the two most important players of each club ever. They played for about the same time lapse: though Roberto (or simply, Dinamite, after its powerful shot, a nickname given to him at the time he scored his first goal as a professional in 1972) started playing earlier, both reached early stardom around 1974 (when Vasco reached its first national title) and continued until the late 1980s. Both players crystallized the style of play, Zico embodying the more technical, refined Flamengo of the 1980s and Roberto the attacking, never-say-die style of Vasco at the time. It can be said that the first tests between both started in the play-offs of 1976 Taça Guanabara, where Zico missed a penalty kick to award Vasco the title.
Tipperary manager Eamon O'Shea said that his side could easily have lost and attributed their come-from-behind one-point win to the players' belief and never-say-die attitude. Tipperary finished as division 1A winners and top seeds and played division 1B's fourth-placed team Offaly, in the quarter-finals on 29 March in Tullamore. Tipperary won the game on a 1-16 to 0-13 scoreline to qualify for a semi-final against Waterford on 19 April at Nowlan Park in Kilkenny. Kieran Bergin sustained an ankle ligament damage injury in the game and will miss the remainder of the League, while Seamus Callanan received a straight red card for an off the ball strike two minutes into the second half. Tipperary had a 1-14 to 0-4 half time lead in the game.

Musically, Mac Sabbath performs faithful covers of Black Sabbath's songs with only the lyrics humorously re-written and re-arranged. For example, the band's repertoire includes such parodies as "Pair-a-Buns" ("Paranoid"), "Frying Pan" ("Iron Man"), "Sweet Beef" ("Sweet Leaf"), "Never Say Diet" ("Never Say Die") and "Zipping Up the Uniform" ("Symptom of the Universe"). Although all of the band's lyrics focus on the umbrella topic of fast food, Mac Sabbath takes a decidedly satirical and condemnatory perspective on the corporate food industry, addressing areas such as fast food's negative health effects and lack of nutritional value as well as genetically modified food, consumerism and low wage McJobs. Manager Mike Odd stated in an interview "As much as Mac Sabbath is a part of the fast food culture, the idea here is to warn you of the evils of fast food, not to endorse it".

Ian O'Riordan wrote in the Irish Times: > Lynn Dunlea was simply outstanding at full forward, drilling over nine > points, six from frees, and proving once again how games can be won or lost > with dependable free-takers. Writing for EDM Sauce, Erik Mahal noted the song as being on the "edge of full-scale riddim" because of its various rhythmic elements as well as being a collaboration that many fans of either artist had "been dreaming about for years, and shockingly it easily lives up to the hype." On February 26, Howland released his second extended play Junkworld via Never Say Die, featuring five songs on its tracklist. Your EDM's Matthew Meadow heavily praised the extended play, stating that it was "easily one of the strongest dubstep releases of the year so far", noting its "crazy inventive" sound design and arrangement and individually reviewing the song "Caught in a Mosh" as being "incredibly unique" in its arrangement and sounds. This Song Is Sick's Langston Thomas premiered the song "Surrender", a collaboration with riddim producer Subtronics, writing Howland had taken his sound design "to the next level" and that the style of each artist "mix perfectly" in the song.
" Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard also praised West Ham, stating: "West Ham were brilliant, they gave us a really good game but we had a never-say-die attitude and we stuck in there, our best chance was on penalties as we did not have any energy left." Due to the nature of the comeback, the match has come to be regarded as The Gerrard Final, teammate Peter Crouch summed up the effect Gerrard had on the match: "When the injury- time board went up we thought our chance had gone, but it is always good to have a player like Steven Gerrard in your team." A BBC Sport poll in May 2015 deemed Gerrard's goal to be the best in an FA Cup Final from the past 50 years. West Ham manager Alan Pardew described the defeat as hard to take: "It felt like a defeat when the third goal went in.
The following night on Raw, Ziggler cashed in his Money in the Bank contract on an injured Alberto Del Rio to win his second World Heavyweight Championship. After gaining the World Heavyweight Championship, Ziggler began feuding with Del Rio and Jack Swagger over the title. Ziggler was originally booked to face Del Rio and Swagger in a three-way ladder match at Extreme Rules; however, Ziggler suffered a legitimate concussion at a SmackDown taping, thus removing their match from the pay-per-view and resulting in Ziggler being absent from television for a month. On June 16 at Payback, Ziggler faced Del Rio in his first title defense of the World Heavyweight Championship and during the match, a double turn took place; Ziggler turned face by displaying a never-say-die attitude while Del Rio turned heel by repeatedly and ruthlessly targeting his head to take advantage of his concussion, win the match, and end Ziggler's reign at 69 days.

" On the U.S. leg of the tour, Van Halen's presence had a major influence on ticket sales since they were a much bigger draw at home than they were in the UK. Wright and Graham also recount two riots that occurred on the Never Say Die! tour, the first happening in Neunkirchen Am Brand, Germany, in front of a hall crammed with "thousands of extremely stoned, drunk and rowdy GIs" when, three songs into a show, Iommi stalked off the stage because of a buzzing from his guitar stack. When the audience realized the band had quit the gig they wrecked the hall. Another riot ensued at the Municipal Auditorium in Nashville when Osbourne didn't show up and the band had to cancel; it later came to light that Osbourne had "slept right round the clock, woken up, seen that it was six o'clock, and thinking that it was still the evening before, had got ready for the show.

The Bengal Engineer Group (BEG) (informally the Bengal Sappers or Bengal Engineers) is a military engineering regiment in the Corps of Engineers of the Indian Army. The unit was originally part of the Bengal Army of the East India Company's Bengal Presidency, and subsequently part of the British Indian Army during the British Raj. The Bengal Sappers are stationed at Roorkee Cantonment in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The Bengal Sappers are one of the few remaining regiments of the erstwhile Bengal Presidency Army and survived the Rebellion of 1857 due to their "sterling work" in the recapture by the East India Company of Delhi and other operations in 1857-58\. The troops of the Bengal Sappers have been a familiar sight for over 200 years in the battlefields of British India with their never-say-die attitude of Chak De and brandishing their favourite tool the hamber.Bengal Sappers’ saga of valour The Tribune, 24 November 2008.
Giovanni and Eduardo Grimaldi, also nicknamed "Gio" and "Eddie" by each other, make an appearance Scorpia Rising and are the main antagonists of Never Say Die. They are ex-Mafia boss identical twin brothers who served on SCORPIA's executive board before it was disbanded, and ended up evading the authorities while most of the other remaining SCORPIA members were arrested. They are always together and have a tendency to finish each other's sentences, and it's strongly implied that they murdered their own father, Mafia boss Carlo Grimaldi, and took over his business, which itself was inherited from Carlo's parents, who were numbers one and two on the FBI's Most Wanted list. Unfortunately, they made a great deal of enemies from this moment on, not understanding mafia laws, and ended up losing a lot of their wealth in doing so, which eventually led them to join SCORPIA until the point of its collapse.
Iommi combined blues-like guitar solos and dark, minor-key riffing with a revolutionary high-gain, heavily distorted tone with his use of power chords, a modified treble-boosting effect-pedal and a Gibson SG. Tony Iommi in 1970 By the late 1970s, Black Sabbath were suffering from substance abuse, managerial problems, and touring exhaustion. In addition, the band's slow, blues-driven riffs were seen by some as outmoded against the rising generation of metal bands such as Judas Priest and Motörhead. After the albums Technical Ecstasy and Never Say Die! were not universally critically well received, Iommi and Butler decided that Sabbath needed a fresh start so, in the summer of 1979, they replaced Osbourne with Ronnie James Dio, the former vocalist for Rainbow. With Dio, Black Sabbath produced Heaven and Hell, an album that attempted to update Black Sabbath's sound for the 1980s and include the soaring vocals that characterised the NWOBHM (New wave of British heavy metal) scene.
The group then recorded and released their debut full-length album It's All Happening on June 2, 2009 in the United States and August 31, 2009 in European stores. A converted Matty Gee try in quick response to an early opener for the hosts had the Londoners narrowly ahead at half time, but a hat-trick of four-pointers early in the second stanza from the home side are enough to secure the spoils for Tim Sheens' Robins, despite a late try from Broncos captain, Jay Pitts and goal from Kieran Dixon, the latter's 100th for the club. After successive Sunday road trips the London Broncos returned to Ealing six days later, and a match against much fancied Castleford Tigers in front of the Sky Sports TV cameras. A never-say-die performance from the Broncos on an unseasonably warm late winter Saturday evening ultimately proved fruitless as the West Yorkshiremen reaffirmed their credentials as genuine contenders for the end of season Super League Grand Final, running in seven tries during a scintillating exhibition of fast open rugby to condemn the Londoners to defeat (6-40), the hosts only score coming from leading try-scorer, Rhys Williams early on in the contest.
In terms of appearances, the twins are identical in every respect, wearing the same clothes, eating the same food at the same time, sleeping at the same time for the same time, and owning the same cars and the same guns. The only way they can be told apart is that they have different dominant hands: Giovanni is left-handed, whilst Eduardo is right- handed, which can add to the illusion that they are mirror images of one another, as shown in their first scene in Never Say Die where they eat breakfast by the swimming pool at their villa, sitting opposite one another, appearing like one man and his reflection. Both are described as being very "neat and delicate, almost like schoolboys, with very round heads and black hair that could have been painted on, coming down in cowlicks over their foreheads", but very unattractive, with dark "always suspicious" eyes, very small mouths and permanent dark stubble across their faces, "like sandpaper", giving them an almost devilish appearance.
