Hylton Deon Ackerman, also known as HD Ackerman, (born 14 February 1973) is a South African cricket commentator, coach, and former cricketer. He commentates for Supersport. He is currently also the head coach of the First XI and director at Guildford Grammar School in Perth, Western Australia Ackerman has four Test appearances for South Africa all made in 1998. He made a gutsy 57 in his first Test innings but after that made little impact.
Philip Alexander Liggett (born 11 August 1943) is an English commentator and journalist who covers professional cycling. He currently commentates on the Tour de France and bike races for ITV and NBC Sports, and was previously associated with Australia's SBS. He is a former amateur cyclist and received a professional contract in 1967; instead of turning professional, he saw a future in sports journalism after writing articles in cycling magazines about races in which he participated.
He has been awarded several other prizes and honours from Scottish music and Scottish country dance organisations in recognition of his support and work. Shepherd is the commentator at the Braemar Gathering and an honoured life member of the Braemar Royal Highland Society. He also commentates at other Highland games throughout Scotland, including Oldmeldrum and the Lonach Highland Gathering at Strathdon. A documentary about Shepherd's career aired on BBC Alba and BBC One Scotland in December 2013.

An FFA A-Licence coach, he has spent time within Ange Postecoglou's Caltex Socceroos coaching setup and as a Joey's (Australian U17's) assistant. A foundation Brisbane Roar player, Josh returned to the club to coach the Brisbane Roar FC Youth team in the 2015/16 season. Josh has completed a Bachelor of Management, and regularly commentates A-League football for ABC Grandstand.
Briggs was thought to have gotten past his problems, and relocated back to the Gold Coast where he began working with a new trainer. He also revealed he was moving down to the super-middleweight division and challenged fellow Australian Anthony Mundine to a fight. A couple of weeks into training however Briggs again had problems, and on the advice of his new trainer, retired from the sport. Briggs is currently located on the Gold Coast, and frequently commentates boxing matches on Fox Sports and Mainevent.
Martin Gillingham (born 9 September 1963, in Leicester) is an English sports commentator and journalist. He commentates on rugby union for various broadcasters including Sky Sports, BT Sport, ITV, SuperSport, and Setanta Ireland, and on athletics for Eurosport. He was educated at the Royal Grammar School, High Wycombe, later dropped out of Harvard University in the United States, before going to Carnegie College in Leeds. In 1984, he won the AAA 400m hurdles title and was selected for the Olympic Games in Los Angeles.

Pyotr Veniaminovich Svidler (; born 17 June 1976) is a Russian chess grandmaster and an eight-time Russian Chess Champion who now frequently commentates on chess. Svidler has competed in three World Championship tournaments: in the period with split title the FIDE World Chess Championship 2002 and 2005, and after reunification the World Chess Championship 2007. He also played in three Candidates Tournaments, in 2013, 2014 and 2016. His best results at this level have been third in 2005 and 2013.
