A 2000 article in PBS covered the story of Korean adoptee Steven Haruch. The story was that Haruch was born in Seoul in 1974, and Haruch was given the name Oh Young-chan by the strangers who took care for him until Haruch went to the United States in 1976. Haruch was adopted to a white family and most of the people around him were white too. In high school and college, Haruch wrote self-pitying poems about being adopted.

With the introduction of computerised (EDP) numbers in 1970 as part of the UIC framework, the system was fundamentally changed for the first time. In the allocation of operating numbers up to 1970 the Deutsche Bundesbahn and the Deutsche Reichsbahn in East Germany took care, for the most part, to ensure that they did not overlap with one another.

Thus al- Wathiq was left in charge of the capital Baghdad in 835, when al-Mu'tasim moved north to found a new capital at Samarra. He is then mentioned in the account of al-Tabari as being sent to ceremonially welcome the general al- Afshin during his victorious return from the suppression of the revolt of Babak Khorramdin in 838. He is then mentioned in 841 as bringing a bowl of fruit to al-Afshin, now disgraced and imprisoned.

The same year the mill changed hands to the Lincolnshire County Council which took care for the mill's restoration over many years resulting in the fine edifice that now once again plays its part in the local community. The mill remained leased to Mr Banks, the former owner, until 1986 when he gave up his milling business, his place being taken by James Waterfield of Boston in the following year, owner of the famous Maud Foster Windmill. Throughout the Kulturkampf Marwitz was one of only three catholic bishops - out of a total of twelve - in Prussia, who remained in office and only evaded imprisonment because of his age. Under his tenure the Collegium Marianum in Pelplin was upgraded to a Progymnasium and catholic schools and teacher’s seminaries were founded in Konitz (Chojnice) and Graudenz (Grudziądz). He determined the binding knowledge of Polish for any priest within his diocese and took care for the usage of Polish in liturgy, his pastoral letters were published bilingual Marwitz died in Pelplin and was buried at the Pelplin Cathedral.

Danzig's delegation at the 1st Maccabiah (1932) After World War I Danzig became a Free City under the protection of the League of Nations. The number of Jews in Danzig grew rapidly as visa restrictions did not exist and many Jews from the areas attached to Poland after World War I, the Second Polish Republic and refugees of the Russian Civil War settled here or were awaiting visas for the US or Canada. Danzig Jewry, aided by the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee and the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society took care for these refugees, which were housed in a transit camp in the port area. Between 1920 and 1925 some 60,000 Jews passed through Danzig.

The Wachtmeister was in the beginning responsible guard, sentry, or sentinel, responsible for the armies’ guard duty. Later he became the Feldwebel equivalent NCO-grade of the Cavalry and Artillery. In the lansquenet armies and in the town of the 16th century, Wachtmeister was the official title to a «war experienced, skilful, and honest fellow», which was – in line to the order of his superior – responsible for the security of the military compound, or/and had to take care for the marching troops. He organized and controlled the guards, was responsible for discipline and attention, and took care for knowing the watchword. The watch service was provided almost by the cavalry, and often the mounted troops were responsible to guard the whole army, what was the case for instance in Brandenburg about 1620.

Left-To-Live is the fifth album by Italian psychedelic-progressive rock band Twenty Four Hours. The songs were composed in the period between March 2014 and August 2015, although the crucial phase of composition took place in the same Trullo, in San Marco di Locorotondo (Bari, Italy) where the third album of the band Oval Dreams was composed and recorded in 1995. However, the following production steps took place in the period between March and July 2015 between Fano (PU) and Preganziol (TV), Italy. For the first time the band had an external artistic producer, Andrea Valfrè, former producer of Le Orme and Lunapop, who took care for the arrangement of five of the twelve songs of the album and mixed the whole work in the analog domain. Mastering has been instead made by Marco Lincetto, record producer and label owner of "Velut Luna" that in 2012 published the "audiophile" vinyl edition of Oval Dreams.
