For the commercial, which was produced by Siti Nurhaliza Productions, Siti employed two actresses and one actor so that each of them represents a single line of eau de toilette. For the male range of eau de toilette (Him), she employed Zain Saidin to represent the range. Zain was chosen to represent the range because of his pan Asian features might help SimplySiti to break the international market, especially the Western Asia market when it is released.

In 1890 Kuroda moved from Paris to the village of Grez-sur-Loing, an artists' colony which had been formed by painters from the United States and from northern Europe. Here he found inspiration in the landscape, as well as a young woman, Maria Billault, who became one of his best models. In 1893, Kuroda returned to Paris and began work on his most important painting to date, Morning Toilette, the first nude painting to be publicly exhibited in Japan. This large work, which was sadly destroyed in World War II, was accepted with great praise by the Académie des Beaux-Arts; Kuroda intended to bring it with him to Japan to shatter the Japanese prejudice against the depiction of the nude figure.

Spring, one of the Seasons In parallel with this series, Watteau produced a range of other paintings, which dealt with the theme of the mythological nude in this same oval format which was at that time unusual. At first he painted a number of historical images in the classical format, following Italian and Netherlandish classics, after which he next created Jupiter and Antiope, the seasons and three further seasons in the oval format: another Autumn, Venus Disarming Amor and the Morning Toilette. Models for the painting of Jupiter and Antiope included the paintings of the same name by Antonio da Correggio and Titian as well as the Descent from the Cross of the Dutch painter Anthonis van Dyck, from which the arrangement of the satyr's arms is taken. The formidable headmistress tells Poirot of the advantages of her school being close to the music and culture of Paris. He hears how two sets of Parisian police asked to search through Winnie's trunk, neither seemingly having spoken to the other, and sees a badly painted picture in oils depicting the bridge at Cranchester, executed by Winnie as a present for Miss Pope. In front of the startled woman, Poirot begins to scrub the picture with turpentine whilst telling her that Winnie never made the trip across to France. Miss Burshaw met a girl in London whom she had never seen before, and who then totally changed her appearance in the toilette on the train, discarding the schoolgirl hat and shoes through the window and transforming herself into the flashy wife of James Elliot.

In autumn 1760 he arrived in England, initially finding work with the clockmaker Stephen Rimbault (Zoffany's portrait of whom is now in the Tate Gallery), painting vignettes for his clocks. By 1764 he was enjoying the patronage of the royal family, King George III and Queen Charlotte, for his charmingly informal scenes such as Queen Charlotte and Her Two Eldest Children (1765),Illustration in which the queen is shown at her toilette, with her eldest children, inside Buckingham House, and another, outdoors, with her children and her brothers.Illustration He was also popular with the Austrian Imperial family and in 1776 was created "Baron" by the Empress Maria Theresa. The Tribuna of the Uffizi, by Johan Zoffany, 1772-8, Royal Collection, Windsor Johan Zoffany was a Freemason and was initiated into the Craft on 19 December 1763 at The Old King's Lodge No 28.

In Parma, Raimondi gathered prominent pupils: Antonio Costa from the Academy of Fine Arts of Florence, Tommaso Aloysio Juvara from the Academy of Fine Arts of Naples, Ludovico Bigola from the Albertina Academy of Turin, Odoardo Eichens from the School of Fine Arts of Berlin. When the 1860 decree of the minister Luigi Carlo Farini fused into one the Academies of Fine Arts of Parma, Modena, and Bologna; Parma was recognized as still being the premier school of engraving of the three. He also painted, mainly watercolors; again sometimes reproducing masterworks, but also portraits and genre works such as Canzone d’amore and Alla toilette, displayed at the 1852 exhibition at the Academy of Fine Arts of Parma. Among his masterworks are his portraits of Paolo Toschi and Vittorio Emanuele II, and his La Baccante from a painting of Annibale Carracci.

Farin de Hautemer (c. 1700 in Rouen – c.1770 id) was an 18th-century French playwright and actor. Originally a doctor in medicine, Farin de Hautemer joined the troupe of the Lille theatre before moving to the Opéra-Comique in Paris of which he would become an author in order to present La Toilette, comedy in one act and in verse, dedicated to the ladies, Lille 1748, Le Docteur d'Amour, comedy in one act and in verse premiered 6 March 1748, Arlequin gouré ou la Gageure, comedy in one act and in verse, 1750, Les Filets de Vulcain, comedy in one act and in verse, 1750, Le Troc, parody of the Troqueurs by Vadé, one-act opera with Anseaume, 1750, Le Boulevard, comedy in one act and in verse, 1750, L'Impromptu des harangères, opera with entertainment on the occasion of the birth of the Duc de Berri (since Louis XVI), 1750, La Maison à deux portes, one-act comedy, 1755.

Until the Fabriks och Handtwerksordning reform of 1846, perfume manufacture in Sweden had officially been the privilege of the Apothecary guild, which made Nording a pioneer as the perhaps first perfumer in the modern sense in Sweden. Female apothecaries (normally widows of apothecaries who inherited the privilege of their husbands) had with all certainty manufactured perfumes before, but there are no woman confirmed to have manufactured cosmetics in Sweden before Eva Ekeblad, and no woman confirmed to have done so for commercial purposes until Nording, making her a pioneer also as the first female perfumer in Sweden, though she was quickly given competition: already in 1858, there were five perfumers only in Stockholm, only counting the female ones. Antoinette Nording became a successful business person. She manufactured as well as imported four kinds of Eau de Cologne, French liquor, French and English soap, pomades, powders, theater make up and a number of cosmetic products for "the sophisticated toilette", and imported essences from England and Provence.

He then moved to London, which became his home, apart from a few years spent in Paris between 1830 and 1837. Over a period of about 30 years in England, Fradelle exhibited 36 pictures at the British Institution, including The Cloister of the Carthusians at Rome Built by Michael Angelo; The Porch of St. Ambrose at Milan; Chatelar Playing the Lute to Mary Queen of Scots; Belinda at Her Toilette; The Earl of Leicester's Visit to Amy Robsart at Cumnor Place; Ivanhoe, Queen Elizabeth and Lady Paget; Origin of Painting; Souvenirs d'Italie—Il Sospiro, an Italian Dance; and Othello and Desdemona. Fradelle also exhibited 11 works at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, including Milton Dictating Paradise Lost to His Daughter, The Death of Adelaide, Othello Relating the Story of His Life to Brabantio and Desdemona, and Olivia and Viola. In addition, he presented works at the Royal Society of British Artists, the Old Water-Colour Society, and the Paris Salon, where he won a medal in 1834.

Harding, 81 When Ingres, the director of the French Académie de peinture, painted a highly colored vision of a Turkish bath, he made his eroticized Orient publicly acceptable by his diffuse generalizing of the female forms (who might all have been the same model). More open sensuality was seen as acceptable in the exotic Orient.Tromans, 135 This imagery persisted in art into the early 20th century, as evidenced in Henri Matisse's orientalist semi-nudes from his Nice period, and his use of Oriental costumes and patterns. Ingres' pupil Théodore Chassériau (1819–1856) had already achieved success with his nude The Toilette of Esther (1841, Louvre) and equestrian portrait of Ali-Ben-Hamet, Caliph of Constantine and Chief of the Haractas, Followed by his Escort (1846) before he first visited the East, but in later decades the steamship made travel much easier and increasing numbers of artists traveled to the Middle East and beyond, painting a wide range of Oriental scenes.

The following year, at FIAC, in Paris, Gallery Frank exhibited a collection of photographs of her favorite models: Aviva, Dalila, Mother and Son, Femme à la Toilette, and a new model from New York, Bill Shannon, a paralyzed hip-hop dancer. In 2003, she travelled extensively in West Africa, photographing the African wrestlers Adama and Omar in Dakar, the Master of Ceremonies Keneboubo Ogoïre in Mali, and Les Élégantes from Saint Louis in Sénégal. These series inspired the following comment by her friend, the critic Edmund White in an essay about her work : "She is in search of images, not the tourist's snapshots (her eye is not that passive) but rather those pictures that contest her own being or confirm her darkest suspicions or brightest hopes about human nature.
