Staff member Steve Zaffuto won two Bronze Tellys for animation of "Native Sounds" and "Current Events" promotions, and Josh Kapusinski won a first-place Silver Telly for animation and a Bronze Telly for editing the "Florida Parish Chronicles" promo. Josh Kapusinski's "Florida Parish Chronicles" promo won a 2006 Emmy Award in the Suncoast Region.Southeastern Louisiana University. (2007). Southeastern Channel wins four Telly awards.

In 2013, Fighting Irish Media won its first award, the inaugural Sports Video Group Technology Leadership Award. In 2014, FIM won three Bronze Telly Awards and the College Sports Media Awards' Most Outstanding Program Series Award. FIM continued award winning ways, winning 5 Telly Awards, including its first Silver Telly, in 2015, as well as their first Chicago/Midwest Regional Emmy Award. Filmmaker/screenwriter Dan T. Green directed an Actors' Equity Association production of a staged reading of Rock Garden at the Trueblood Theater in 1999. Before founding btwfilms in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2009 with associate, Mike Smith, she was a featured film critic and writer on popular culture at The Metro Times in Detroit and has contributed articles to The Detroit News and the Detroit Free Press. Filmmaking awards: include 3 CINE Golden Eagles; 4 regional Emmy Awards; Blue Ribbon, 1st Place at American Film and Video Festival; 3 Golden ITVAS (International Television Awards of Excellence) as well as several TELLYS. Screenwriting awards include: the Major Drama Avery Hopwood Award.

Prior to forming his own Madison-based company in 1985, John was a producer at CBS and ABC in Chicago for six years. His credits include six Chicago Emmys, a National Iris Award for Best Television Special and a national CableACE nomination. He received the Peter Lisagor Award for Special News Production, plus recognition from the Organization of American Women in TV and Radio for his documentary work. Additional accolades include the San Francisco Film Festival Award, the Silver Anvil, the Golden Spotlight, the Addy, the Cine Golden Eagle and numerous Tellys. John produced the CableACE-nominated “The Sports Writers on TV” and “The Back Table with Chet Coppock” for Fox Sports Chicago.

Chetwynd continued his work in documentaries, notably producing and directing An Improbable Dream (2016) which traced the lives of students of Canada's National Ballet School from their 10th and 11th birthdays into their early 50s. It met with great success, receiving New York Festival Gold Medals for both directing and also producing, as well as a People's Telly Award. During this time he has worked on several other projects including a series for FX and a mini-series dealing with the end of the Cold War and the Armenian genocide. Chetwynd has more than 60 longform and feature credits and over two dozen documentary credits, which have received numerous citations including six Writers Guild of America nominations (including an award), New York Film festival Gold Medal, two Christophers, six Tellys, two Genie nominations and two George Washington medals from the Freedom Foundation at Valley Forge.
