My undying love for rock has driven the formation of this label ANOTHER CENTURY. Over the years great bands like Otherwise and In This Moment have been released on Century Media but sometimes got lost or felt ill mixed among some of the heavier CM bands. Another Century now has a clear path and mission statement: To develop and break the best bands in rock to come! The label has since acquired breakout bands New Years Day, XO Stereo, Like A Storm, Awaken The Empire, and Stitched Up Heart.

On December 20, 1997, Brown suffered a deep gash in his shin from a Washington Capitals players skate, resulting the injury be stitched up, as Brown was able to return to action. On January 2, 1998, the Hurricanes traded Brown to the Toronto Maple Leafs for the Maple Leafs fourth round draft pick in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft. This trade was made the day before Kirk McLean was acquired from the Vancouver Canucks.
Lahy showed oils on linen in Stitched up and going off at Canberra Contemporary Art Space (August–September 2000). Her bottle-top miniatures in Found out at Lake Macquarie City Art Gallery (2006) were reviewed as "delightful", and changing the idea of the landscape genre. Lahy's work in Natural Digression at Level 17 Artspace (October 2010) was reviewed as not necessarily occupying the space of photographic documentation or drawings. She contributed nostalgic miniature oil on glass works to It's A Small World at the Glasshouse Regional Gallery, Port Macquarie (August–September 2013).
McNeil made his debut for St Kilda in the penultimate round of the 1951 VFL season, at the age of 22. He did not play in the final round but was in the team again for St Kilda's opening fixture in the 1952 season. In round seven against Fitzroy, his fourth appearance for the year, he received an eye injury after being struck behind the play. His gash was stitched up by a doctor and he was sent to the Junction Oval cloakroom to recover from the anaesthetic.
On November 1, 1959, Plante's nose was broken by a shot from New York Rangers right-winger Andy Bathgate. After being stitched up, Plante insisted on wearing a mask for the remainder of the game. Montreal coach Toe Blake was bitterly opposed to the idea, but did not have a backup goaltender and relented after Plante said he would not return to the ice without a mask. Although many in the NHL disapproved of Plante's decision due to NHL tradition at the time, many followed suit after Plante went undefeated in ten games with the mask on.

Some artists which are heard on modern rock stations also receive heavy active rock airplay, such as Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Offspring, Green Day, Bush, and Queens Of The Stone Age, albeit less frequently in rotation than newer acts like Imagine Dragons, Twenty One Pilots, Silversun Pickups, Nothing But Thieves, Rise Against, and Biffy Clyro. Alternative metal bands also enjoy airplay on active rock stations; examples of such acts include Red, Mudvayne, Nonpoint, Drowning Pool, Nothing More, Gemini Syndrome, Periphery, Bullet For My Valentine, Fire From The Gods, Egypt Central, Stitched Up Heart, Islander, Fair To Midland, Crossfade, and CKY.
Denise manages to get to the infirmary where she begins helping Carl. Realizing there's nothing left for him to do at the infirmary, Rick goes outside and begins an onslaught against the walkers. As soon as Carl is stitched up, Michonne, Heath, Aaron and Spencer rush outside to join Rick. Their actions motivate others of Rick's group and many Alexandrians to join the battle, with Eugene recognizing that this would be a moment in history where everyone would be counted, and Father Gabriel preaching that God has saved them by making them brave enough to fight.
However, the purposes and procedures of EPR differ from DHCA. DHCA induces hypothermia to aid preplanned surgery, whereas EPR is an emergency procedure in cases where an emergency department patient is rapidly dying from blood loss and will not otherwise survive long enough for the patient's wounds to be stitched up. In EPR, blood is replaced by a saline solution, and the patient is cooled into a suspended state where metabolism is slowed and brain activity ceases. This gives the surgeon perhaps an hour to close the wounds before a warming and recirculation procedure is applied.
Shamoon has her stitched up in the nick of time, yet she remains merely a captive pet for her tormentor, waiting for the first opportunity to flee. Saima is rescued from Shamoon's clutches one night by Moosa and whisked away to freedom, but just when she is beginning to take a fancy to her rescuer, it's revealed that all he intended to do was use her as part of a transaction or agreement. Saima is stunned when Moosa gives her over to another set of captors. Saima begs him not to do this, but he continues to walk away, stone faced and impassive.
Later the band re- formed once more with the original line-up to record 'Trader In Death' ep, on the newly formed RFB recordings owned by Rab Fae Beith from UK Subs, a record the band cites as their best recording. Bones re-formed the band with a new line-up of Cliff on drums, Quiv on vocals and Darren "Thrasher" Harris (of Exit Condition) on bass. This is where the band took a more metal turn with their music, releasing "Losing Control". Two more albums were to follow with the 12 inch release "Religion is Responsible" and another album "Stitched Up".
Gilbert also performed in a project with Lee Turner, former band-mate and former drummer of Maylene and the Sons of Disaster, All In and The Endearing members Clayton Graves, Joseph McQueen, as well as Marko Gorupic of Legion and My Reply, called Year One. In addition to touring full time with As I Lay Dying, he also co-owns and operates recording studio Sparrow Sound with his business partner Joseph McQueen out of Los Angeles, CA. Josh has also written/co-written for the likes of Bullet for My Valentine – "Venom" and "Skin" (2015), Light the Torch – Revival (2018) and Stitched Up Heart.
The Wildcats picked up another pair of scores in the third period while Nevada's record setting QB, Stan Heath, watched glumly from the bench where he had been sidetracked with two broken ribs and Nevada's speedburning fullback Sherman Howard was being stitched up after a slashing blow to his forehead. On the first play after Nevada punted a horde of blockers got out in front of a scampering John Geppi, 180-pounder from Baltimore, who was escorted down the sidelines, all the 80 yards to a touchdown. Clavin converted, 20–7. A moment later a succession of breaks accounted for the fourth and final score.
After the incident took place, Lindsay took his wounded soldiers to his hall where his rope-maker, Job Hinton, stitched up their wounds and provided treatment. Lindsay also imprisoned many important Muslims from the town as hostages in his home. Nevertheless, this was short-lasted as one of Lindsay's men known as Beck and other Europeans requested their release fearing another revolt as they reported seeing Muslim men lighting torches and fires around the town. Lindsay sent another military force to the town, not because there was another revolt, rather the Muslims were burying their dead men and required light due to it being late at night.
In spite of this defeat Lane's goal in the final was named goal of the year. In 1980 Galway defeated Kildare and Offaly to reach a second consecutive All-Ireland final. Munster champions Limerick provided the opposition on this occasion and an exciting championship decider followed. Lane nearly didn't make it to the throw-in after he was accidentally hit by in the head by a hurley running out onto the pitch, however, his injury was stitched up and he played a full part. Bernie Forde and P. J. Molloy goals for Galway meant that the men from the west led by 2–7 to 1–5 at half-time.
Co-starring Darren Shahlavi, Aki Aleong, John Ralston, Jason Tobin and Philippe Joly. The story takes place in Manilla, Philippines, where in planning to donate his kidney to his dying niece, Deacon, a former black-ops agent, awakes the day before the operation to find he is the latest victim of organ theft. Stitched up and pissed-off, Deacon descends from his opulent hotel in search of his stolen kidney and carves a blood-soaked path through the darkest corners of the city - brothels, fight clubs, back-alley black markets, and elite billionaire estates. He had a supporting role in a 2015 Chinese superhero parody film.
Plante had previously worn his mask in practice, but head coach Toe Blake refused to allow him to wear it in a game, fearing it would inhibit his vision. After being stitched up, Plante gave Blake an ultimatum, refusing to go back out onto the ice without the mask, to which Blake obliged, not wanting to forfeit the game, since NHL teams did not have back-up goaltenders at the time. Montreal won the game and continued on an 18-game unbeaten streak, which went through November. In preparation for the playoffs, Plante was asked by Blake to remove it for a game on March 8, a 3–0 loss.
Described as a "previously loyal supporter", who has "lent his support to Mr Corbyn on numerous occasions since he became Labour leader", The Times quoted Bragg: "I don't have a simple answer. My hope is that the party does not split and that we resolve this stalemate". Corbyn at the time was campaigning in an enforced second leadership election in the summer of 2016. After The Times article appeared, the singer tweeted that he had "joined the long list of people stitched up by the Murdoch papers" and accused the Times of "twisting my words to attack Corbyn", urging "don’t let Murdoch sow discord".
On a frigid December 10 at the Vet against the Cowboys, the Eagles defense twice stopped Emmitt Smith on 4th- and-1 in Dallas territory late in the fourth quarter of a 17–17 tie. The change of possession resulted in the game-winning field goal from Gary Anderson. A win over Phoenix the next week clinched a playoff berth, but a loss at Chicago in the season finale on Christmas Eve torpedoed any hopes of an NFC East crown. The 1995 season also marked the debut year the team wore stitched up authentic name and numbers on jerseys, and the final year they donned their trademark Kelly green uniforms.
In the videogame, he is the one who allowed the guests to steal bottled souls from Gregory's Mama. He hates being alone, so he hopes the wandering guest in the game will stay forever so that they can get into all kinds of trouble together. ; :Voiced by: Nao Nagasawa (Japanese); Onalea Gilbertson (English) :He is a zombie cat who once lived with a family that stayed in Gregory's Hotel. Once a glossy beautiful cat, it escaped from reality and ended up at the hotel where Gregory stitched up its eyes, mouth and ears as act of revenge, possibly against cats in general due to their inter-species conflict.
The fourth line-up of the Sugababes, consisting of Range, Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen, performed the song at the London Superclub in March 2010 as part of a gig. The English musical theatre actor Lee Mead covered "Stronger" on his album, Lee Mead. Alex Fletcher of Digital Spy characterised the cover as "the only tune on the record with the sort of story-telling lyrics that are fitting for Mead's dramatic style", while Michael Quinn from the BBC described it as "more sweetly plaintive" than the Sugababes' version. "Stronger" was used in an anti-bullying advertisement that depicts a fifteen-year-old girl with her mouthed stitched up.
Although the procedure for the synthesis of the C60 fullerene is well established (generation of a large current between two nearby graphite electrodes in an inert atmosphere) a 2002 study described an organic synthesis of the compound starting from simple organic compounds. The numbers in image correspond to the way the new carbon carbon bonds are formed. :Multistep fullerene synthesis In the final step a large polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon consisting of 13 hexagons and three pentagons was submitted to flash vacuum pyrolysis at 1100 °C and 0.01 Torr. The three carbon chlorine bonds served as free radical incubators and the ball was stitched up in a no-doubt complex series of radical reactions.
Already we can allow ourselves a twinge of nostalgia for the boom days, when bankers could while away the nine-to-five happily plotting new ways to screw millions of pounds from fat-cat businessmen who named their accounts after their high- speed yachts. For our heroine Louise (Jodie Whittaker), having been stitched up by one (now dead) friend, knowing who she can trust gets even harder. And she discovers that the nice bloke Crawford (Toby Stephens), who has been acting as her personal guardian angel, is in fact a copper. And that Phillip Manningham (Laurence Fox), the bloke she made the deal with, is merely plankton in the dog-eat-dog food chain of fraud.
The two teams would meet again in the NFC Championship Game. This was the season the 49ers debut the stitched up authentic name and numbers on jerseys. Between 1988 and 1990, the 49ers set a league record with 18 consecutive road victories. Jerry Rice had a career year by becoming the fourth receiver in the history of American football to have at least 100 receptions in one season. The 49ers won their fifth consecutive NFC West Division Title. Dating back to 1989, the 49ers completed a fifteen-game unbeaten streak in the regular season (5 victories in the last 5 games of 1989 and 10 victories in the first ten games of 1990).
Florey's original script shows a sketch that is said to support this idea, along with Florey's handwritten notation that the monster should have electrical bolts on the side of the neck. However, there is no guarantee that the sketch and notes were really made at the same time as the screen test. Whether any aspects of the monster's look were based on other people's suggestions, it is clear that Pierce came up with a design which was horrific as well as logical in the context of the story. So, where Henry Frankenstein has accessed the brain cavity, there is a scar and a seal, and the now famous "bolts" on the neck are actually electrodes: carriers for the electricity used to revive the stitched-up corpse.

Stitched up and pissed-off, Deacon descends from his opulent hotel in search of his stolen kidney and carves a blood-soaked path through the darkest corners of the city - brothels, fight clubs, back-alley black markets, and elite billionaire estates. The clock is ticking for his niece and with each step he loses blood; Deacon with the help of his former underworld connections and his civilian brother will journey through society's seedy underbelly, proving to anyone who crosses their path, nothing means more to a man than his flesh and blood.
Macleod was unhappy with the "emergence" of Sir Alec Douglas-Home as party leader and Prime Minister in succession to Macmillan in 1963 (he claimed to have supported Macmillan's deputy Rab Butler, although it is unclear exactly what his recommendation had been). He refused to serve in Home's government, and whilst serving as editor of The Spectator, alleged that the succession had been stitched up by Macmillan and a "magic circle" of Old Etonians. Macleod did not contest the first ever Conservative Party leadership election in 1965, but endorsed the eventual winner Edward Heath. When the Conservatives returned to power in June 1970, he was appointed Chancellor of the Exchequer in Heath's government, but died suddenly only a month later.
Jamie, a guest for the special, told Cadwalladr that he "was totally stitched up", calling his appearance "public humiliation". Jamie says that he "just wanted the DNA test" but "didn't have the money to get it done", and claims that the researchers "didn't care about the feelings of the people" and that when he told them about his bipolar disorder and borderline schizophrenia, "There wasn't really a reaction". His stepmother Karen comments that the show was "so, so very wrong" and "almost like ritual abuse". A spokesperson for ITV stated that a psychotherapist found "no evidence of mental illness" in Jamie and claimed that "guests had to produce identification and were processed through security checks prior to admission"; however, Cadwalladr was present for the filming and disputes this.
The fabric of the head is stitched up and stretched over a stuffed body, and as a means for making the head rigid a rod or stick may be inserted for making the head and passed down a suitable distance into the trunk or body. :“...if desired, the doll may be provided with a wig. I prefer, however, to produce the appearance of hair by paint applied directly to the fabric of the head, since the paint acts both to stiffen the fabric, and ... to render the head waterproof. The ears are preferably made of stuffed fabric and sewed to the side o the head, after which they are painted.” From 1899 to 1932 her back-yard factory employed 12 women and produced 8,000-10,000 dolls per year.
By 11 am on Sunday 23 September 1951, the operation on the king's lung was being performed by Price Thomas and his assistants Mr Charles Edwin Drew and Mr Peter Jones in the Buhl room of the palace. Even the changing the King's guard was switched to St James's palace to avoid disturbance outside the operating theatre, where it would have otherwise taken place. Attempting to perform the surgery in their routine manner whereby the assistants sewed up the wound following removal of the tumour, Price Thomas is recalled to have remarked "I haven't stitched up a chest for 25 years and I'm not going to start practising today!" Following surgery, the king was moved back into his own bedroom, Drew and Jones staying overnight to supervise his early recovery.
Home appointed Butler Foreign Secretary but he lost the title of Deputy Prime Minister.Howard 1987, p. 330. Macmillan, trying to control events from his sickbed, had urged Home to appoint Heath as Foreign Secretary but conceded that allowing Butler to have the job which he had always coveted might be a necessary price for his agreeing to serve.Thorpe 2010, p. 577. Macleod's article in The Spectator, 17 January 1964, in which he claimed that the leadership had been stitched up by a "Magic Circle" of Old Etonians, damaged Macleod in the eyes of Conservatives, but some of the damage stuck to Butler as well.Jago 2015, p.318 Butler later wrote in The Art of Memory that "every word" of Macleod's Spectator article "[wa]s true".Shepherd 1994, p. 360.
The scores were 117–111, 118–110, and 115–113. After a good start by Fury, he could not overcome a cut that opened up in round 2, which altered his mindset and game plan. Fury had suffered the cut over his left eye during training camp and Pulev took advantage by opening it up again. With the cut bleeding bad, it forced Hughie to fight more aggressively but cautiously. After the fight, Peter Fury said, “Hughie came into the fight with a cut above the eye. He was stitched up two weeks ago but they [the doctors] said it would heal in time for the fight and obviously it didn’t.” He praised Fury for his efforts after the cut was open. Pulev used his jab often, until round 4, he started unloading on more power shots.
He is immune to cold, can manifest icy claws from his hands, and when fully drawing on the Knight's power, displays the strength to jump fifty feet through the air and bench-press almost nine hundred pounds, coupled with incredible endurance and the ability to ignore pain and heal more quickly than a normal man. The power of the Winter Knight is also incredibly savage, even predatory, and Harry has to constantly be on guard against its influences (and comes to know how his brother Thomas sees the world). Finally, the mantle has raised his threshold to pain; he has several wounds stitched up without any anesthesia, remarking that he was aware of the sensation and it was not pleasant, but it did not hurt. This last is almost as much curse as boon, as he can become critically injured and not even realize it is happening.
While Robin and Michelangelo (clad in a stitched-up imitation of Batman's costume) travel to Gotham City to apprehend the Mad Hatter from that end, the rest of the Batman/Turtles team work on finding the location in New York where the villain intends to open the last portal and then activate his mind control device, which will set off the beacons. Robin and Michelangelo track down the Hatter, but his mind-controlled minions prevent them from stopping the villain setting off the beacons through a portal above New York's Time Square, enabling him to take control of everyone (including Batman, Batgirl and the other Turtles) in New York. Michelangelo succeeds in breaking free and, using bungee cords from his improvised costume, catapults himself against the mind control machine, smashing its circuitry, upon which Batman and the Turtles come through the portal and finish the Hatter off. After wrapping things up, the Turtles take their goodbye from Batman and return to their own dimension.
In 2007 it was reported that Detective Constable Steve Pennington who was convicted of a drink driving offence in 2000, and subsequently jailed for four months, had been granted a £500,000 pay off by the force, garnering much criticism from members of the public and anti drink driving campaigns. Cleveland Police Vauxhall Vivaro In April 2012, Cleveland Police admitted liability for "malicious prosecution" and were ordered to pay out over £841,000, one of the largest compensation sums in UK police history. The court was told former PC Sultan Alam was "stitched up" by fellow officers after he launched industrial tribunal proceedings in 1993, complaining of racial discrimination following a series of incidents that included a Ku Klux Klan poster being left on his desk. Cleveland Police admitted that officers suppressed evidence that lead to Mr Alam being wrongfully imprisoned for conspiracy to steal motor parts and enduring a 17-year battle to clear his name.
The group was founded in 2010 by vocalist Alecia 'Mixi' Demner, she would later recruit fellow guitarist Mikey Alfero and current New Years Day guitarist Nikki Misery with bassist David DiSarro and drummer Andrew Carroll the five- piece band would later release a self-titled EP in November 22, 2010 available by download only the EP featured "We're Alive" and "Is This the Way You Get to Hell?" they would release their second EP Escape the Nightmare in 2011. After the release Alfero, Misery, and Carroll left the band in 2011 and were replaced by Merritt Goodwin and Nicky Warman who took over the roles of lead guitarist and rhythm guitarist respectively and are later joined by current drummer James Decker. In 2012 the band went through another line up change after DiSarro, and Warman left the band, Warman was replaced by Gregg Webb, who was then replaced by Luke Man and DiSarro was replaced by Randy Mathias. As of 2013 Stitched Up Heart continued on as four-piece group following Luke Man's departure.
Few hours later Michael is watching TV again which on the screen shows his wife, Sam, speaking into a recorder, from a hospital bed, her face is all stitched up on the areas that were damaged by the car accident, and she is talking about her meeting with Angels and God and trying to convince Michael to not be worried for her well being because she is safe and happy now and she still loves him and Ellie, always. Also she is telling him to never be worried to die a normal death and that she was worried for no reasons about it, but the truth about God and Heaven is real and she has seen it now, and she will be there waiting for the day when they will be reunited again. Michael than talks to himself and his inner demon about the noises and sounds inside his head which he described as "white noise" being the sounds of Angels tying to interfere and cover up the demon's voice which he can now hear very clearly. Michael is sitting in a rocking chair at the front door.
