This was foreshadowing the death of Spooge, whose head was crushed by the ATM machine.

Spooge (played by David Ury) is a drug addict who steals meth from Skinny Pete at knifepoint. Jesse later accosts Spooge in the latter's home as Jesse attempts to retrieve the stolen drugs or cash payment. Spooge attempts to repay Jesse by breaking open an ATM he has stolen from a convenience store. While attempting to drill into the machine from the bottom, he begins verbally abusing his girlfriend (played by Dale Dickey), who tips the ATM, crushing Spooge's head and killing him instantly.

The husband, Spooge, works unsuccessfully to open the ATM. While Jesse is busy playing with the son, the wife knocks him unconscious, stealing his gun and drugs. Jesse wakes up to see Spooge trying to open the ATM from the bottom. His wife, angry that he keeps calling her a "skank", knocks the ATM over, crushing him; she then takes his drugs and gets high on the couch.

A call comes in from Badger to set up a deal. Walt is forced to meet Jesse's dealers and learns they are now afraid of Jesse following a rumor that he killed Spooge. Walt uses Jesse's new underworld reputation to galvanize him into helping expand their operation. Hank is having trouble fitting in at the DEA office in El Paso, Texas, where his sense of humor is not appreciated and his coworkers do not respect him, partly due to his lack of ability in speaking Spanish.

To make an attack, the active player chooses one of their front-line cultists to make the attack, rolls three 6-sided dice, adds the attacking cultist's bonus, and subtracts the target's defensive modifier. If the total is equal to or higher than the active cult's relevant skill, the attack is successful. An outstanding success (a "spooge") will result in an extra positive effect, usually to the detriment of the defending player. A critical failure (a "boof") will result in a bad thing happening against the attacking player.

Car Bomb first came to be around the year 2000, when Bushwick residents Greg Kubacki and Michael Dafferner of the band Neck shared a rehearsal space under a Rockville Center, New York butcher with Elliot Hoffman and Jon Modell of the band Spooge. Over time, the bands became great friends and frequently visited each other's practices. In 2002, Modell, previously a touring bassist for Soilent Green, unsatisfied with the music his band was making, recruited Kubacki and Dafferner to form a side project called Car Bomb. The band released a three track demo in 2004 which featured early versions of songs "Rid", "M^6" and "His Eyes".
