Bandon Dunes was the primary course for the event, with Bandon Trails used as the second course for the stroke-play portion of the event. Bandon Dunes hosted the 2011 U.S. Amateur Public Links and the U.S. Women's Amateur Public Links championship tournaments. It was the first time the USGA held the men's and women's Public Links events jointly. The tournaments were played on the Old Macdonald and Bandon Trails courses.

Old Waverly Golf Club, located in West Point, Mississippi, is an 18-hole championship golf course founded by the George Bryan family and 29 other founders in 1988. Designed by U.S. Open Champion Jerry Pate and Bob Cupp, Old Waverly has hosted many tournaments across all levels of golf, most notably the 1999 U.S. Women's Open. Entrepreneurship and Innovation is a two-year program for freshmen and sophomores which requires the completion of sixteen credits. Levon (or Leon) Orbeli was born in Tsaghkadzor, Armenia (then Darachichag, Erivan Governorate, Russian Empire). He graduated from the Gymnasium in Tbilisi in 1899 and entered the Imperial Military Medical Academy in St. Petersburg. While still a student in the second course he began to work in the laboratory of Ivan Petrovich Pavlov (1849–1936). For the next thirty-five years, Orbeli's life and scientific career were closely connected with the work of Pavlov. Orbeli graduated from the Military Medical Academy in 1904 and became an intern at the Nikolai Hospital in Kronstadt, the Naval Hospital in St. Petersburg.

After the failure with the theatrical institution, Kirill got a job as a seller of paintings in an art exhibition, and painted paintings for sale. In the early 1990s Kirill Safonov married to Elena and moved back to Krasnoyarsk, where his family moved back earlier. In 1993, he enrolled in the theater faculty of the Krasnoyarsk Institute of Arts. After completing the first course, Kirill successfully passed the audition and was transferred to the second course of GITIS (Russian Academy of Theatre Arts), workshop of Andrey Goncharov. In 1997, the young actor was expelled from the fourth year of the Institute.

RAAF Schofields was officially transferred to the Royal Navy and commissioned as HMS Nabthorpe, RNAS Schofields, on 18 February 1945. Ulipristal acetate is used for pre-operative treatment of moderate to severe symptoms of uterine fibroids in adult women of reproductive age. The use of ulipristal acetate to treat fibroids was suspended in the European Union in March 2020. Treatment of uterine fibroids with ulipristal acetate for 13 weeks effectively controlled excessive bleeding due to uterine fibroids and reduced the size of the fibroids. Two intermittent 3-months treatment courses of ulipristal acetate 10 mg resulted in amenorrhea at the end of the first treatment course in 79.5%, at the end of the second course in 88.5% of subjects.

By the late sixties, changes in technology and a growth in the popularity in the game (mainly led by the professional success of Pennsylvania native Arnold Palmer) created demand for a second course. Due to his interest to establish new generations of scientists in the field of plasmas and fusion, Vargas-Blanco has taught the course "Plasma Physics and Applications I" for more than eight years at the Tecnológico de Costa Rica. This is a course that covers the introduction to the plasmas physics, charged particles in magnetic and electric fields, plasma as fluids, waves in plasmas, collisions, conductivity and diffusion, and the discharges types. By 2018, around 200 university students have enrolled into this course. In 2018, he taught the second course "Plasma Physics for Engineering II", adding topics as: plasma generation, introduction to plasma diagnosis, computational plasma physics, and plasma for nuclear fusion and surface treatment by plasma.

Following the primary course of three vaccinations, a blood test may be taken after an interval of 1–4 months to establish if there has been an adequate response, which is defined as an anti- hepatitis B surface antigen (anti-Hbs) antibody level above 100mIU/ml. Such a full response occurs in about 85–90% of individuals. An antibody level between 10 and 100mIU/ml is considered a poor response, and these people should receive a single booster vaccination at this time, but do not need further retesting. People who fail to respond (anti-Hbs antibody level below 10mIU/ml) should be tested to exclude current or past Hepatitis B infection, and given a repeat course of three vaccinations, followed by further retesting 1–4 months after the second course.

The Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas is known for its golf facilities, which includes the TPC Las Colinas championship course that was designed by Jay Morrish in consultation with Byron Nelson and Ben Crenshaw. The course was constructed as a TPC stadium course, incorporating nine holes from the original Las Colinas Sports Club layout. Since it opened in 1983 (Crenshaw won the 1st event see wall of champions inside the sports club), it has hosted the PGA Tour's Byron Nelson event from 1983 to 2017, and after a two-year break (no tournament in 2020), is slated to return in 2021. For the second course, a table laden with desserts of pâtisserie, fruit, and sugar confectionaries was drawn up the length of the Great Hall with six maidens, presumably ladies-in-waiting to Anne of Denmark, either sitting on the table or standing beside it, in masque costumes with garlands on their heads, and feathers, pearls, and jewels in their hair, representing fecundity and fertility. William Fowler called this a "silent comedy" and explained that it had been intended a real lion should haul this tableau, but on consideration this might be too frightening for the guests, or the lion might be startled with unfortunate results. Instead an African man, who Fowler called "the Moore", gave the appearance of dragging the scene along with golden chains, although in reality it was moved by "secret convoy", hidden ropes and mechanism.

Official editions contained three engravings on pages that folded out, interspersed with the text. The first illustrated a stove; the other two, suggested table layouts for the first course and for the second course. Raffald explains in her Directions for a GRAND TABLE that: The book, intended for "a burgeoning middle class that required explanation and elucidation", provided an accurate description of how to serve an elegant meal à la française, complete with two fold-out engravings of the layout of a table with 25 "prettily-shaped" and symmetrically-arranged serving-dishes "laid in generous profusion on the table", each annotated with the name of the appropriate recipe. It is not clear whether the term "cover" for the layout of such a "Grand meal" is an acknowledgement of the French couvert, as it may simply mean, with Hannah Glasse, "a large table to cover".

For example, some investigators state that where sand had washed away between the seams, another course of blocks can be seen along with small blocks underlying these blocks. However, detailed evidence that clearly documents the alleged presence of a continuous second layer (course) of stones beneath the stones forming the currently exposed "pavement" has not yet been published in a reputable, scientific venue with the detail that is needed for critical evaluation. Pictures posted on various Web pages of stones alleged to be artificial "wedge stones" and "prop stones" fail as convincing evidence for a second course of stones because they are typically smaller in size, do not form a continuous course, and too infrequently lie directly beneath the blocks that form the surface of the Bimini Road. This is not what would be expected of an actual underlying course of man-made masonry.

St Keyne's Well House in Cornwall is very similar in appearance to St Peter's Well except for the apex ridge of the roof St Peter's Well is a Category B Listed Building, rectangular in shape with a flat ridge or 'saddle-shaped' top and a steeply pitched roof with little ornamentation other than a chamfer on the arch at the entrance. A stone appears to be missing at the closed northern 'gable' end of the well house and no clear indications remain as to whether any form of religious ornamentation existed, such as crosses, ever formed a part of the building. Several cup shaped depressions exist on the ridge and it seems logical that originally another course existed, most likely a single stone extending the length of the building that would seal the building by cover the cross joints of the second course and make it water tight. St Peter's is a small freestone building, circa 4.5 ft wide and 5.5 ft long.

In the 19th century, Smith estimated its length from the Tower west to Ludgate at about one mile () and its breadth from the northern wall to the bank of the Thames at around half that. In addition to small pedestrian postern gates like the one by Tower Hill, it had four main gates: Bishopsgate and Aldgate in the northeast at the roads to Eboracum (York) and to Camulodunum (Colchester) and Newgate and Ludgate in the west along at the road that divided for travel to Viroconium (Wroxeter) and to Calleva (Silchester) and at another road that ran along the Thames to the city's main cemetery and the old ford at Westminster. The wall partially utilized the army's existing fort, strengthening its outer wall with a second course of stone to match the rest of the course. The fort had two gates of its own—Cripplegate to the north and another to the west—but these were not along major roads.

Prince Edward shared in the king's expedition to Calais in the last days of 1349, came to the rescue of his father, and when the combat was over and the king and his prisoners sat down to feast, he and the other English knights served the king and his guests at the first course and then sat down for the second course at another table. cites Froissart, iv. p. 82. When the king embarked at Winchelsea on 28 August 1350 to intercept the fleet of La Cerda, the Prince sailed with him, though in another ship, and in company with his brother, the young John of Gaunt, Earl of Richmond. During the Battle of Winchelsea his ship was grappled by a large Spanish ship and was so full of leaks that it was likely to sink, and though he and his knights attacked the enemy manfully, they were unable to take her.

Elizabeth Raffald's 18th century recipe published in the The Experienced English Housekeeper seeks to create a pastoral winter landscape: > "beat the white of an egg to a strong froth, and roll a sprig of myrtle in > it to imitate snow ... let it stand till it is quite cold and stiff, then > lay on rock candied-sweetmeats upon the top of your jelly, and sheep and > swans to pick at the myrtle; stick green sprigs in two or three places on > top of your jelly, amongst your shapes". Hannah Glasse is noted for a similar "pretty Middle Dish" that she suggests for a "second course at a Grand Table or a Wedding Supper" resembling "a floating island, set round with candles like a Christmas Tree." It is made with sweetened thick cream, sack and lemon peel whipped into a froth, then layered with thin slices of bread alternating with jelly, piled high with the stiffened froth. Fruits and sweetmeats are arranged in a ring around the edge of the dish that is presented as a centerpiece for the table with candles all around it.

Talese/Doubleday, 2010, p. 201 Eliza Acton lists among the entremets (which she calls "second-course dishes") many dishes, both sweet and savoury: small fruit-filled vol-au-vents with apricots, plums and peaches; a coconut cheesecake attributed to Jamaican origins; jam filled puff pastries; pie varieties like mince pie and pudding pie; pan-fried "potato ribbons"; different types of croquettes; sea kale and spinach, with gravy and sippets; sugar-glazed carrots braised in cream; poached eggs in Espagnole sauce; asparagus tips or green peas with creamy roux; green beans with lemon-butter sauce; turnips in "thick white sauce"; and a wide range of dessert compotes, sweet puddings, molded "fancy jellies" and cakes.

Since 2019, there has been a change in teaching in the field of Information Technology, where after the second year students can choose a school leaving examination (specialization), a second course specialized, a seminar and a topic of a student project in which all students have been creating since 2014 year-round work in the third year. Students can thus choose the subjects and the theme of their year-round work to adapt their teaching to the level of their talent and interest, which is subsequently identified by the Czech School Inspectorate as another strength of the school and as a correct achievement. Since 2019, the courses Presentation Skills, Entrepreneurship Education and IT in Practice have also been introduced. Due to the ankle injury, Szabo's first deployment was delayed, but it was during her second course at Ringway that she first met Philippe Liewer (d. c. 1948). While in London she also socialised with Bob Maloubier, so SOE decided she would work as a courier for Liewer's Salesman circuit. However, the mission was postponed when F Section received a signal from Harry Peulevé's (codename Jean) Author circuit warning that several members of the Rouen-Dieppe group had been arrested, including Claude Malraux (codename Cicero; brother of novelist Andre Malraux) and radio operator Isidore Newman. This extra time meant Szabo could be sent for a refresher course in wireless operation in London, and it was then that Leo Marks, SOE's cryptographer, seeing her struggle with her original French nursery rhyme, gave Szabo his own composition, The Life That I Have as her code poem. On 5 April 1944, Szabo and Liewer were flown from RAF Tempsford in Bedfordshire in a US B-24 Liberator bomber and parachuted into German-occupied France, near Cherbourg.

FSK-17 Training program for NCOs and officers FSK-17, like most of the Swiss Air Force, is a militia based service, which makes selection and training different from in most militaries. At about age 16 a candidate will register online for the SPHAIR course with the Aero-Club der Schweiz.Your way to become a Fallschirmaufklärer accessed 22 April 2009 About 500 to 700 candidates will generally apply. Over the following year the candidate will provide documentation to prove their Swiss citizenship and will attend a one-day screening in Dübendorf near Zürich. About 300 candidates will attend the screening but only 90 of them will pass the screening and educational requirements and be allowed to enroll in the parachute courses. At age 18 the candidate attends the first two-week parachute course. While most of the cost of the course is covered by the Swiss Army, candidates have to buy some of their own equipment and books, which cost the candidate about CHF 750.Course Description of Parachute Course 1 accessed 22 April 2009 Successful completion of the first parachute course allows the candidate to attend the second course when they are about 19 years old.

Finally, pieces of thinner layers or lenses of beachrock underlying the primary bed that was broken up and dropped downward to create the Bimini Road would be trapped beneath the blocks as they also were broken up and dropped by erosion. The trapping of these fragments of beachrock beneath the blocks composing the Bimini Road, as erosion removed loose sediments and dropped them onto the surface of the Pleistocene limestone, would have created the so- called "prop" and "wedge" rocks and blocks alleged to be a "second course" of "masonry". Presuming that the blocks of beachrock forming the Bimini Road originally formed at some unknown depth below sea level and have been dropped by erosion by several metres, dating the age of the Bimini Road by its relation to past sea level would be a useless technique that would produce misleading results. Natural pavements composed of stone blocks, which often are far more rectangular and consistent in size than the blocks composing the Bimini Road, created by orthogonal and other jointing within sedimentary rocks, including beachrock, are quite common and found throughout the world.
