Danon Platina's trainer Sakae Kunieda Danon Platina began his racing career at Sapporo Racecourse on 6 September 2014 when he finished second to Daitokyo in a contest for previously unraced juveniles over 1500 metres. In October he recorded his first success as he was a clear winner of a maiden race over 1600 metres at Tokyo Racecourse. Seraphim Rose (born Eugene Dennis Rose; August 13, 1934 – September 2, 1982), also known as Seraphim of Platina, was an American hieromonk of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside Russia who co-founded the St. Herman of Alaska Monastery in Platina, California. He translated Orthodox Christian texts and authored several works (some of them considered polemical). His writings have been credited with helping to spread Orthodox Christianity throughout the West; his popularity equally extended to Russia itself, where his works were secretly reproduced and distributed by samizdat during the Communist era, remaining popular today. Rose's opposition to Orthodox participation in the ecumenical movement and his advocacy of the contentious "toll house teaching", led him into conflict with some notable figures in 20th-century Orthodoxy and he remains controversial in some quarters even after his sudden death from an undiagnosed intestinal disorder in 1982.

Chestnut pie has been documented back to the 15th century in Italy, in the book De honesta voluptate et valetudine ("On honourable pleasure and health") written by the Italian writer and gastronomist Bartolomeo Platina. Platina's recipe, titled torta ex castaneís, called for the use of boiled and ground chestnuts in the pie. O'Shea and Bennett's Siding was a railway siding on the Walhalla narrow gauge line in Gippsland, Victoria, Australia, named for the local sawmill company of William O'Shea and David Bennett. The siding opened in 1921. Located at the down end in a dead end was the White Rock Lime Company's original siding, later moved to Platina. It closed in 1941 under the name Ezard's Siding, the name having been changed after the purchase of O'Shea and Bennett's sawmills by James Ezard in 1931.[1.

This ship carried 130 colonists and a prefabricated Governor's residence, which was similar to the house built to house Napoleon Bonaparte on St Helena during his exile [although he actually refused to move into it]. A foundation ceremony took place at 1pm on 18 September 1840, probably on the higher ground at the top end of present-day Queen Street. Hobson named the new settlement in honour of George Eden, 1st Earl of Auckland, a patron and his friend.

The single originated by the band during their Scandinavian tour. After a show in Odense, Denmark, they were phoned by their record label, Platina Records that the Beatles had recently release a single (most likely "Yellow Submarine" / "Eleanor Rigby"). Since the band at the time were considered the west coast Beatles, Tages were considered the Beatles greatest rivals in Sweden. They were unsure of what to record, but when Danne Larsson was sitting at a bar with them, he spotted an ad for Mac Baren Tobacco, which stuck to him.

Williams was a son of Thomas Williams (c. 1794–1881) and his second wife Catherine, née Codd, who with much of their family emigrated on the Platina, arriving in South Australia in February 1839, and established a farm "The Hermitage" on the River Para. He purchased property at Black Rock in 1851, which he developed as a sheep run, and with his brother George Sibley Williams (1825 – 20 December 1902) owned a sheep run at Parnaroo, east of Peterborough, with little success, largely due to the rabbit plague. Their partnership was dissolved in 1876.

Danon Platina is a grey stallion bred in Japan by Chiyoda Farm Shizunai. During his track career he carried the colours of Danox Co Ltd the business software enterprise of his owner Masahiro Noda, and was trained by Mitsumasa Nakauchida. He was ridden in most of his races by Masayoshi Ebina. He was from the fifth crop of foals sired by Deep Impact, who was the Japanese Horse of the Year in 2005 and 2006, winning races including the Tokyo Yushun, Tenno Sho, Arima Kinen and Japan Cup.

Saint Herman of Alaska Monastery, 2015 The St. Herman of Alaska Monastery in Platina is now a part of the Western America diocese of the Serbian Orthodox Church. While all of the brothers are currently American, many speak Russian. Their primary emphasis continues to be the printing of books, which has been the major activity of the brotherhood since its inception. In addition, the monastery has assisted with the guardianship and education of local youths with behavioral or learning problems, which has earned Rose's brotherhood significant respect among the locals.

The engine of Platina is from another 100 cc bike from Bajaj, the Bajaj CT 100 but with a new Bajaj technology, ExhausTec. It has one of the best 100cc engines which is very frugal and feels less stressed on high speeds than other bikes in the segment. The bike is capable of a top speed of around 91 km/h and does 0–60 km/h in 7.89 seconds. In city traffic the bike returns 72 kmpl, while on the highway it returns more than 80 kmpl if ridden in economy speeds.

The CT 100 used to give up to 104 km/l mileage, but current modifications due to emission standards have reduced its mileage capability to around 75 kmpl. The previous variant was discontinued in 2006 from the Indian market and the CT 100 relaunched in the Indian market in 2015 with all new graphics and alloy wheels. It spawned a variant of the much successful Bajaj Platina powered by a 115 cm3 engine called the CT 110 in 2017. It was the 9th best-selling motorcycle in India in 2019.

But the arrival of the railway did not save the town. After the closure of the Walhalla mines, substantial timber traffic was carried from sawmills in the Erica area until the late 1940s. Part one of the live-action adaptation of the manga Gantz, which starred Ninomiya and Kenichi Matsuyama, was released on January 20, 2011 in the United States and on January 29, 2011 in Japan. Ninomiya starred as Kei Kurono, a young man who is hit by a subway train and becomes part of a semi-posthumous "game" with other deceased people. Erica was a railway station on the Walhalla narrow gauge line in Gippsland, Victoria, Australia. The township of Erica lived mainly from forestry and agriculture, and owing to Walhalla's decline by the 1920s was the largest town on the Moe-Walhalla railway. The section of line past Erica closed to traffic in 1944, save for occasional goods services to Platina station, and the line from Moe to Erica closed completely in 1954. The Erica Court of Petty Sessions closed in 1968. Erica still maintains agricultural and timber industry connections, as well as being a service town for local tourist destinations such as the Thomson Dam, the Walhalla Goldfields Railway, Mount Baw Baw and Mount St Gwinear.

Hardy was born in Yorkshire and trained as a lawyer. On his doctor's advice to seek a warmer climate, he migrated to South Australia on the Platina, arriving in February 1839, his brother Alfred Hardy (1813–1870) having migrated there in September 1836 on the Cygnet as one of William Light's surveyors, appointed Town Surveyor in 1839 then sacked in 1842 during Governor Grey's cutbacks. Hardy bought some sheep which he pastured at his property "Shepley" (now the suburb of Paradise). He also practised law with dealings in the Supreme Court, and was later appointed as Crown Prosecutor.

Shellac comes in many warm colours, ranging from a very light blonde ("platina") to a very dark brown ("garnet"), with many varieties of brown, yellow, orange and red in between. The colour is influenced by the sap of the tree the lac bug is living on and by the time of harvest. Historically, the most commonly sold shellac is called "orange shellac", and was used extensively as a combination stain and protectant for wood panelling and cabinetry in the 20th century. Shellac was once very common anywhere paints or varnishes were sold (such as hardware stores).

Saint Herman of Alaska Monastery Saint Herman of Alaska Monastery, a monastic community of the Serbian Orthodox Church, is located in Platina. This monastery was founded in 1968 by Fr. Herman Podmoshensky and Fr. Seraphim Rose, with the blessing of St. John the Wonderworker, Archbishop of Shanghai and San Francisco. Rose was a graduate of Pomona College and the University of California at Berkeley who converted to Russian Orthodoxy and became a prolific author and translator of ancient Orthodox texts, many of which were printed at the monastery. Fr. Seraphim died September 2, 1982, and is buried in the monastery cemetery.

In 2005, Moodysson published the more experimental The Fontanelle Health Centre, with words by her husband Lukas Moodysson. A mutual interest in Japanese anime with Victor Entertainment A&R; Hirofumi Iwanaga, then lead to projects outside the dance music scene. Together with music journalist Yuzuru Sato, the jazz album series "Platina Jazz" was conceived. It is a series of Japanese anime songs, played in jazz versions, performed by Swedish musicians. Produced, arranged, and mixed by Rasmus, the album series has now reached its 5th volume, including a live DVD His involvement in the anime music scene, and the Japanese pop scene, eventually lead to Rasmus producing and writing songs for artists such as Yoko Kanno, Maaya Sakamoto, Megumi Nakajima, Akino Arai, and Ayuse Kozue.

The first known occupants of the region of the current municipality were the charrúa and minuane indigenous. Then came Spanish Jesuits, then throughout the 19th century came Portuguese and Italian immigrants. In 1810, the political instability that would lead to the independence of the Spanish colonies in the Platina Basin led to the arrival of Portuguese troops to the region, in order take advantage of the opportunity and extend their empire in areas of temperate weather so coveted by them. These troops, commanded by Diogo de Sousa, Count of Rio Pardo, began the present city of Santana do Livramento, through the construction of a chapel dedicated to the homonymous saint.

Danon Platina (Japanese: ダノンプラチナ, foaled 23 March 2012) is a Japanese Thoroughbred racehorse and sire. He was the best two-year-old colt in Japan in 2014 when he won his last three races including the Asahi Hai Futurity Stakes and was the unanimous choice for the JRA Award for Best Two-Year-Old Colt. In the following year he finished third in a strong edition of the Spring Stakes and defeated older opponent in the Fuji Stakes. He remained in training for another three years but made only seven appearances and won only one more race, the Listed New Year Stakes in 2018.

"I'll Be Doggone" is notable because it was one of Tages first singles to feature bassist Göran Lagerberg on lead vocals, in contrast with regular vocalist Tommy Blom. It was the group's antepenultimate rhythm and blues single (before "Dancing in the Street" and "Doctor Feel-Good", both in 1967 and 1968 respectively) and one of their last cover songs; almost all material after "I'll Be Doggone" are original compositions. Platina Records released "I'll Be Doggone" on May 12, 1966, a week after it was recorded. At Ferrara he became the pupil of Baptista Guarino, professor of Greek and Latin, and attended his lectures for a considerable period. He then went to Rome, where he remained several years intent upon study. Tages 2 (commonly referred to as LP 2 or just 2) is the second studio album by Swedish pop group Tages, released on 4 August 1966 by Platina Records. Often considered their artistic breakthrough, six out of twelve tracks are original compositions. The album was recorded and released during a tense moment for the group, where drummer Freddie Skantze was just about to leave the group; he was briefly replaced by Tommy "TT" Tausis, who plays on four tracks on the album. Tages 2 would be the final albums for Skantze as he left following the recording, and Tausis would go on to play on Extra Extra before leaving towards the end of 1966.

Death to the World was started by monks and nuns from the St Herman of Alaska Monastery in Platina, California, as a medium of evangelism to teens involved in the punk subculture by monastics who were ex-punks. A founding member was Justin Marler who, soon after recording Volume One with seminal doom metal band Sleep in 1991, left for seven years of monastic life while Sleep went on to become metal icons. Originally, the monastics planned to submit an article about Fr. Seraphim Rose to the magazine Maximum RocknRoll. They later decided to try to place an ad for their monastery, but were rejected, being told that the magazine "only [ran] ads for music and zines".

Mercury was a successful racehorse over varied distances in his three-year racing career, retiring in 1784 to Lord Egremont's stud and remaining there until his death in April 1793. Mercury was also the sire of The Oaks winners Hippolyta and Platina and was the damsire of Hannibal. Gohanna's dam, an unnamed mare sired by Herod, was bred by Sir Lawrence Dundas in 1779 and produced 12 foals between 1787 and her death in 1807. Gohanna's full-brother, Precipitate, was the Herod Mare's first foal and was a successful racer in the 1790s, winning the King's Plate, before he was sold to William Lightfoot and exported to the United States in the autumn of 1803.

In 1456, the year of Halley's next apparition, the Ottoman Empire invaded the Kingdom of Hungary, culminating in the Siege of Belgrade in July of that year. In a papal bull, Pope Callixtus III ordered special prayers be said for the city's protection. In 1470, the humanist scholar Bartolomeo Platina wrote in his Lives of the Popes that, > A hairy and fiery star having then made its appearance for several days, the > mathematicians declared that there would follow grievous pestilence, dearth > and some great calamity. In 1477 he finished his first major work in the new seat, a fresco now transferred to canvas and placed in the Pinacoteca Vaticana, representing Sixtus IV Appointing Platina as Librarian of the Vatican Library. In the same year Girolamo Riario built his palace in Rome, now known as Palazzo Altemps, with designs by Melozzo. In addition, General Alejandro (Werner Schünemann), a former exiled president on the island of La Platina, returns to take revenge on Camacho and destroy the country for good by building Projeto Fênix (Phoenix Project), a nuclear weapon of mass destruction. Throughout the plot it turns out that Esteban is actually called Leon and came from the future to prevent Alejandro's plans. He is the son of the real Esteban, who lives in a cabin near the capital, who got Rubi pregnant without her knowing that he was not the boy she had met.

One of the most unique features of Kodiak is Orthodox monasticism in America. Indeed, Saint Herman of Alaska, the member of the original Russian missionary team from Valaam Monastery and America’s first canonized Orthodox saint, had lived here for more than twenty years, until his death in 1836. Today two monastic communities—Saint Archangel Michael Skete for men and Saint Nilus Skete for women—live in close proximity to St. Herman’s hermitage and strive to follow St. Herman’s example of prayer, simplicity, and living off the land and sea. The two sketes, affiliated with Saint Herman of Alaska Monastery in Platina, California, are under the jurisdiction of Bishop Maksim Vasiljević of the Serbian Orthodox Church in North and South America.

The Metal Men are later restored as a second feature in the revamped Doom Patrol (5th series), written by Keith Giffen. Now living in simple suburbia in Kanigher Street, the Metal Men seem to be affected by his currently, partly deranged, state of mind. Iron seems unaffected, Gold is now humorously self-obsessed and magniloquent, Platina is lovesick, Lead is dimwitted and prone to errors, Tin is always scared and affected by chronic self-esteem issues, and Mercury, once brilliant and humorous, has now developed the same bipolar disturbance affecting Will Magnus himself, and refuses to take medications. Copper, the newest and seventh member, is disturbingly ignored by her teammates, who often refuse to acknowledge her presence despite being side by side with her.

The main road in the region is the Raposo Tavares Highway that cuts through the middle region, connecting the state capital to the city of Presidente Prudente. Because the connection history, especially in Microregion of Ourinhos, there is a great influence on Pioneer North of Paraná, mainly in the cities of Jacarezinho, Santo Antonio da Platina and Cambará. Meanwhile, in the Microregion of Assis, the connection with the Paraná is greatly reduced and the integration is mainly among the municipalities in the region, mainly Tarumã, Cândido Mota, Palmital and Paraguaçu Paulista. For better integration of the cities, there are as CIVAP intermunicipal arrangements (Intermunicipal Consortium of Paranapanema Valley) and UMMES (Union of Municipalities of the Middle Sorocabana) aimed at sharing common interests for development.

In 1970 when Andria and his brother Ivan Busic had started to become interested in Rock 'n Roll, inspired by their father, the famous jazz trumpeter André Busic, who formed the Traditional Jazz Band. Beyond bands such as Beatles, Rush, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, at Busic's house, they heard many different music styles, like jazz, blues and country, so they began to study their respective instruments. In 1984 the Busic Brothers former the band called Prisma, a name that soon after would be changed to Platina, played hard rock in Portuguese. They recorded their first LP by Baratos Afins (label), with this formation: Sérgio Semam (vocal), Daril Parisi (guitar), Ivan Busic (drums) and Andria Busic (bass and back vocals).

Pliny the Elder, in his major encyclopædic work Naturalis Historia, describes several stages in the production of pecorino toscano, which he names as Lunense, apparently after the territory of Lunigiana. Other early names of the cheese include "marzolino", after the month of March in which production traditionally began. In 1475 the writer Bartolomeo Platina said that the Etruscan marzolino was as good as Parmesan cheese: "In Italy there are two types of cheese that compete for the first place: marzolino, so called by the Etruscans because it is made in Etruria in March, and Parmesan cheese, from the Cisalpine region, that is also known as maggengo, because it is produced in May (maggio in Italian)". Today, this style of pecorino is widely produced across Tuscany and also in several nearer districts of Umbria and Lazio.

Raphael's father, Giovanni Santi, mentioned Bregno in the 1480s, in his biography of Federico da Montefeltro, Duke of Urbino. A further circle of humanists has become known as the "Roman Academy" (Accademia Romana) of Pomponio. A thrifty humanist scholar who refused the customary patronage of rich cardinals, Pomponio Leto hosted a circle of friends who shared in the pagan-influenced humanism which was becoming characteristic of the Renaissance in Rome and elsewhere. Born in Calabria in 1425 as Giulio Sanseverino, the natural son of a nobleman of the Sanseverino family, in Rome Pomponio devoted his energies to the enthusiastic study of classical antiquity and became the centre of a group of like-minded friends, each of whom assumed a classical name (his was Julius Pomponius Laetus, or Laetus for short). Prominent members were humanists with neo-pagan interests and an epicurean stance, such as Bartolomeo Platina and Filippo Buonaccorsi.

Kitasan Black began his track career in a contest for unraced three-year-olds over 1800 metres at Tokyo Racecourse on 31 January 2015 and won by a length from Mikki Joy and fourteen others. Three weeks later he followed up with a victory in a minor race over 2000 metres at the same track beating Tosen Rasen by about three lengths. The colt was then stepped up to Grade II level for the Spring Stakes (a trial for the Satsuki Sho) over 1800 metres at Nakayama Racecourse on 22 March. He started at odds of 11.3/1 against eleven opponents including Danon Platina, who had been named Japanese champion two-year-old colt after winning the Asahi Hai Futurity Stakes and Real Steel who had defeated Duramente in the Grade III Tokinominoru Kinen.

Thomas A. Edison Papers, Rutgers School of Arts and Sciences Edison continued trying to improve this design and on November 4, 1879, filed for U.S. patent 223,898 (granted on January 27, 1880) for an electric lamp using "a carbon filament or strip coiled and connected to platina contact wires". The patent described several ways of creating the carbon filament including "cotton and linen thread, wood splints, papers coiled in various ways". It was not until several months after the patent was granted that Edison and his team discovered that a carbonized bamboo filament could last over 1,200 hours. U.S. Patent#223898: Electric-Lamp. The wooden choir, with inlay work by Platina (1482-1490), and the contemporary large altar cross in silver and gold, by Ambrogio Pozzi and Agostino Sacchi (1478), in the right aisle of the northern transept, are also notable. The most important figurative complex of the cathedral is the fresco decoration on the side walls of the nave (early 16th century), portraying the Life of Mary and Christ. Different painters collaborated to its execution: the first was Boccaccio Boccaccino (with Annunciation to Joachim and Jesus with the Doctors), who, in 1506, had already painted a Redemeer with Cremona's Patron Saints in the apse vault. He was succeeded by Giovan Francesco Bembo (Epiphany and Presentation at the Temple) and Altobello Melone (Flight to Egypt, Massacre of the Innocents and the first four panels of the Passion of Christ), who both adopted a less classicist style.

Ridden as in most of his races that year by Hiroshi Kitamura he won by a neck from Real Steel, with Danon Platina three quarters of a length back in third place. In the Satsuki Sho over 2000 metres at the same track on 19 April he started the 8.7/1 fourth choice in the fifteen runner field and finished third behind Duramente and Real Steel with the favoured Satono Crown (winner of the Yayoi Sho) in sixth place. Following the race his trainer Hisashi Shimizu explained "our horse gave it everything he had and I thought he turned in a good performance. He doesn’t give in easily". On 31 May at Tokyo Racecourse the colt contested the 82nd running of the Tokyo Yushun over 2400 metres but after racing in second place he dropped away quickly in the last 300 metres and finished fourteenth of the eighteen runners behind Duramente.

On the world of Metafalss, Diquility was discovered and invented by the first Maiden of Mio, Infel, so the Grand Bell Hall began distributing it to all the Reyvateils in the region free of any charge. Said distribution doesn't only cover the capital city of Pastalia, but also all of the areas of the neighboring Rim, which makes it an environment in which Third Generations can live without much problem.

Williams was a son of Robert Williams of Wanfield Lodge (died 1803) and Jane Cunningham, whom he married in 1794. The Williams were an old family of Herringston, Dorset, with interests in the banking business. Williams was at one time High Sheriff of Northamptonshire and a partner in the banking firm of Williams Deacon and Co.He was closely related to the principals Robert Williams, Robert Williams II and Charles Montague Williams. He was a major investor with the South Australian Company and closely associated with Lord John Russell, Gibbon Wakefield, and George Fife Angas. Williams, his wife Catherine, née Codd, and much of their family emigrated on the Platina, arriving in South Australia in February 1839, and for a time they lived in "The Barn", in Wakefield Street, a rambling thatched wooden structure built in 1837, perhaps Adelaide's first permanent residence, whose previous tenants included H. B. T. Strangways, Lady Hindmarsh, then Hindmarsh's sons-in-law Milner Stephen and Alfred Miller Mundy.

For his three-year-old debut Real Steel was stepped up in class to contest the Grade 3 Tokino Minoru Kinen (a trial race for the Satsuki Sho) over 1800 metres at Tokyo Racecourse on 15 February and started the 5.1/1 second favourite behind Sunday Racing's other runner Duramente. Ridden as in all of his race that year by Yuichi Fukunaga he won by half a length from Duramente with Ambitious in third place. Five weeks later at Nakayama Racecourse the colt started favourite for the Spring Stakes but in a slowly run race he was beaten a neck by Kitasan Black with third place going to Danon Platina. In the Satsuki Sho over 2000 metres at Nakayama on 19 April Real Steel briefly took the lead in the straight before being overtaken and finishing second to Duramente with Kitasan Black in third and the favoured Satono Crown coming home sixth.

1999 Renault Clio Symbol 2002 Renault Clio Symbol In 1999, Renault launched the saloon version of the Clio II, named Clio Symbol in Turkey and Eastern Europe, Thalia in Central Europe, Clio Classic in Asia and North Africa, Clio Sedan in Brazil and Paraguay, or Symbol in the rest of South America (except Argentina where it was called Clio). The car was intended for sale in developing countries, where saloons were traditionally preferred over hatchbacks, most notably in Eastern Europe, where the Thalia was cheaper than the Clio, but was still about 30% more expensive than the Dacia Logan, also sold by Renault as a low cost model. In some Latin American markets the sedan was offered as the Nissan Platina (manufactured in Aguascalientes, Mexico), with slight changes in the front of the car to make it resemble the Nissan Altima. The sedan version of the Clio was facelifted in 2002, with new exterior similar to the facelifted Clio, better equipment and safety levels.

From starting her activities as a painter, sculptor and graphic artist she keeps on exhibiting all over Europe and the U.S.A. She realized wall paintings for the Amsterdam Town Hall and a separation installation for the Nederlandse Bank. In 1970 she left Asger Jorn and moved to Amsterdam with Hans Brinkman later on a gallery owner and organiser of exhibitions and international Fairs. They divorced in 1989. In 1990 she became the companion of lawyer Thomas H. Weyland (Tom 1931-2009). From 1995 Tom Weyland was on the editorial board of the International Journal of Cultural Property (de Gruyter Berlin- New York). They got married in 1998 in Airopolie (Greece). They gave several lectures on 'intellectual right, copyright, détournement and modification' in the Netherlands and U.K. In 1996 they bought their property in the Bourbonnais France where she has her vegetable garden and grows the potatoes which became Art ("Potatoe language" in 2003 van Abbe Museum Eindhoven invited by Jennifer Tee, "Baked Potatoes" 2006 Albisola Italy invited by Roberto Ohrt and the Golden and Platina jewellery "Pommes de Jong" 2008-2011.
