An impending visit by one of Hahn's scouts to check on Beano's progress troubles him and he resolves to present an explanation for his inability to create: he argues all the anatomy books are wrong because they all used models that were five foot ten or less, while the ideal modern man is six feet tall. Beano's solution is to create a new book, and he begins frequenting the morgue in search of a perfect model.

In 2011, Treehouse paired with the Dallas-based property management firm Riverstone Residential, a merge noticed by The Blackstone Group; Tanner explained that Blackstone felt Treehouse and Residential "had a perfect model in terms of one market [Phoenix], a high concentration of residential product, and a consistent operating history." For Rita to endorse the lipstick, however, Rock has to pretend to be her boyfriend to make her real boyfriend, Bobo Branigansky (Hargitay), the star of a TV Tarzan show, jealous.
