These will become one of the most powerful families in Upper Alsace. The castle then passes into the hands of the Freundstein Waldner. It was razed in 1637 during the Thirty Years' War.

On 2002 the club was refounded as Comprensorio Stabia renamed in 2003 with the current name. It was promoted to Serie C2 and in Serie C1. On 2008 the football club passes into the hands of Francesco Giglio and Franco Manniello. They bring in three years the Juve Stabia playing in Serie B after 59 years, and also to win the Coppa Italia Lega Pro, 2010–11 edition.

She married Dirk VI, Count of Holland and the castle (1154) and the county (1165) thus passed into the hands of the Counts of Holland. Their son, Otto the Younger is mentioned in a deed by Henry the Lion as comes de Binitheim. He is the first of the counts of Bentheim-Holland, whose rule lasts until 1421 when the castle passes into the hands of Eberwin IV von Götterswick, a cousin of the last count of Bentheim-Holland.

In 1303, the castle is visited by the King of France Philip le Bel, and the year after that by the future Pope Clement V. During the Hundred Years' War, after resisting an assault in 1346, it is subject to British occupation in 1351. Liberated in 1356 then returned to the English in 1360 under the Treaty of Bretigny, it is retaken by the troops of Du Guesclin in 1370 . During the wars of religion, the castle, still under the domain of viscounts of Limoges, belongs to Jeanne d'Albret, on the side of the Catholics. In 1574, it passes into the hands of the Protestants who are expelled the following year .

In 1654, the estate of Queluz, which pertained to the Marquess of Castelo Rodrigo, passes into the hands of the Royal Household, and incorporated into the Casa do Infantado. Under the direction of the Infante Peter (later to be Peter III of Portugal after his marriage to Queen Maria, in 1747, construction begins on the National Palace of Queluz (which was intended as a summer retreat). A long project, around 1758 the remodeling of the palace was under the direction of Mateus Vicente de Oliveira, who was regularly required in Lisbon, to help in the reconstruction of the city. In his place Jean Baptiste Robillon, better known for his work on the palaces gardens, acted in his place.

Over the course of human history/time immemorial, the Witchblade has crossed hands, crossed countries, continents and cultures; but has only ever been wielded by women. There is a specific female bloodline that the Witchblade favours for its wielders (which Sara Pezzini is a part of), who are both descendants and reincarnations of a previous wielder, as the Witchblade has directly influenced the course of this bloodline: Whenever the Witchblade passes into the hands of a worthy wielder, it will subject her to the Periculum, a test designed to find if one is worthy of carrying such an amazing weapon, she is brought to the brink of death, and is confronted by former wielders, who will question her. Once a potential user has passed this test, the Witchblade will bond with them at a cellular level and slow the aging process. It was also revealed in the last episode of the television series that the Witchblade will not and cannot bring death to anyone that has wielded it, able to only maim, disfigure and cause pain.
