Dr. Fuentes (Federico Luppi) is a medical professor/doctor near his retirement and his wife has recently died. It is not until he begins his journey that he discovers a world much different than the one he had imagined existing for his students as he finds himself encountering guerrillas and soldiers.

Jin-joo is beautiful, outgoing, although an academic lightweight whose wealthy parents largely ignore her in favor of Sang-tae and his children and try to buy her affection with a car and credit cards, which they try to use as means to control her. She easily befriends Tae-min and the two fall for each other, leaving Yeon-tae heartbroken. Yeon-tae later gets drunk at a club and by coincidence ends up in a car with Kim Sang-min (Sung Hoon), Tae-min's brother, whose cellphone she accidentally walks off with.

Also, Akash discovers that Aman truly loves Pooja and that his brother, is actually Sagar – through a string of events triggered by a Pankaj Udhas show. Akash musters up enough courage and comes to his senses about what is going on, then he confronts Aman (and brings Pooja with him secretly) with all the above and then Aman admits that he loves Pooja. Pooja witnesses this encounter (behind a curtain) and then after Aman confesses that he loves Pooja (his fan) very much, Pooja comes out of hiding and becomes upset with both Akash and Aman and leaves their house in an emotional frenzy, confused about this whole fiasco. Later, she meets up with Aman and tells him that she still can't forget him and that she would have loved him if he had revealed the truth that he is Sagar and cries a lot on his shoulder.
