He rushed to Liu Bang's defence when he heard that Xiang Yu's advisor Fan Zeng intended to have Liu killed. Borodin initially opposed Chiang's planned Northern Expedition to reunify China, and grew concerned about Chiang's growing standing in the NRA. When Borodin went north in another attempt to bring Feng Yuxiang and his Guominjun into the Kuomintang in early 1926, Chiang began preparations to consolidate his position in Guangzhou.
On 3 August, Ben Salah presented Bourguiba with a decree-law bill about the generalization of the cooperative system in agriculture. But Bourguiba, advised by his minister not to sign the bill, refused to do so. The next day, he announced: On 8 September, a statement announcing the sacking of Ben Salah was made public by the presidency. On 8 June 1970, Bourguiba told the Tunisian people about the failure of this experiment saying: On 16 August, making a speech in Monastir, he denounced a "a vast conspiracy which aimed to establish fascism by revolutionary means".

As part of his revenge on Hydra for manipulating him, Punisher finds Mandarin making a speech at the United Nations and fires a special bullet. After using his rings to slow down the bullet while trying to deflect it, Mandarin is struck in the head with the bullet which is witnessed by Baron Zemo and anyone watching his speech.

In 1971, Catherine Roraback represented Black Panther leader Ericka Huggins in the New Haven Black Panther trials. Huggins and Bobby Seale, who was the national party chairman, were accused of ordering the murder of Alex Rackley, a 19-year-old member of the party who was believed to have been infiltrating the organization for the police. Seale was in New Haven making a speech at Yale University and was seen entering the Black Panther headquarters after finishing his speech, where Rackley was being held hostage and tortured. After the murder had taken place a few days later, the accused, Warren Kimbro, Lonnie McLucas, and George Sams, admitted that Seale had ordered them to murder Rackley.

The following election of a new leader of the Labour Party was expected to take 48 days. In the First World War he became active in the Union of Democratic Control, and was arrested for making a speech appealing for immediate peace negotiations. The college's arch- chancellor then announced the results of the referendum: 1.3 million votes in favour with only 4,206 against. Antonella Bundu was born in Florence in 1969,Sono Antonella Bundu: una donna nera, fiorentina e di sinistra the daughter of a Florentine mother and a Sierra Leonean father. In the late 1980s she studied in Liverpool, which she recalls as a "politically charged city" agfter the Toxteth riots: An ex-DJ and activist for Oxfam, Bundu was one of the first on the scene at the 2018 Florence shooting of the Senegalese immigrant Idy Diene. She took part in the anti-racist protests which followed his death, and after making a speech at the Alfieri Theatre was invited to run for mayor on behalf of a radical-left coalition including Power to the People and the Communist Refoundation Party. In the 2019 Mayoral election, she received 14,016 votes (7.29%).

Mikhail Borodin, the official liaison between the KMT and the Soviet government in Moscow, had spent years cultivating this alliance, while covertly encouraging CCP expansion. This Soviet-backed leftist wing of the KMT came to dominate the nationalist government in Wuhan, which increasingly directed its ire at NRA commander-in-chief Chiang Kai-shek. On 1 April, the Wuhan government, advised by Borodin, issued edicts stripping Chiang of his authority in foreign affairs, financial matters, and communications, and ordered that he leave his command post in Shanghai and go to the front.

In the 2007 season, he played his 200th game for North Adelaide in the Preliminary final win against Woodville-west Torrens, although the team eventually lost the Grand Final to Central District. Bamford considered playing on in the 2008 SANFL season, saying "I'm still enjoying the game as much, if not more, than I ever have", but, on 27 October 2007 at the North Adelaide Best & Fairest Night, he announced his retirement from football after spending three weeks agonising about his future. That Justice Be Done was a one-reel American propaganda film directed by George Stevens and made in 1945 by the Office of War Information for the US Chief of Counsel at Nuremberg and the War Crimes Office of the Judge Advocate General's Corps.
