As with previous shoot 'em up titles from CAVE, players can alternate between two shot modes;Progear manual (Arcade, EU) "Pilot" mode fires stronger attack as the gunner shoots without locking on a target, while "Gunner" mode turns the plane's shot weaker and its movement speed becomes slower but the co-pilot locks on and fire against enemies with increased firepower.
