The Third Hokage chose Iruka as Naruto's sensei on purpose because of their similar backgrounds. Naruto thinks of Iruka as a father- figure because of the fight against Mizuki, and Iruka, in turn, has immense faith in Naruto's potential to be a great ninja. During the Fourth Great Ninja War, Iruka is dispatched by the Allied Shinobi Forces to stop Naruto from leaving the island where he and Killer Bee are being kept safe. However, upon finding out that he was deceived, Naruto abandons Iruka, but Iruka slips Naruto a good luck note into his headband, restoring their mutual faith.

Kikuchi met Shields in a rematch in December 2004 and was victorious in a unanimous judges' decision, becoming the Welterweight Champion. Following the route of training partner Norifumi Yamamoto, Kikuchi debuted in the K-1 HERO'S promotion in July 2005, defeating Katsuya Inoue by first-round technical knockout. Kikuchi would secure one more knockout victory in HERO'S over former Pancrase Welterweight Champion Kiuma Kunioku before returning to Shooto the next year. While Onoki justify hiring the Akatsuki as necessary in protecting his village during its demilitarization, both it and his advanced age kept him from being named leader of the Shinobi Alliance though Sasuke's intrusion and Gaara's conduct cause Onoki to regain some of more noble traits from his youth. Later, he goes out to find Kabuto and prevent him from finding Killer Bee and Naruto and succeeds in protecting them. Throughout the war, Onoki's techniques proved instrumental in keeping Alliance members alive and he becomes the de facto leader in the assault against the real Madara Uchiha. Years later, Onoki retires due to his failing health and passes down his title to his granddaughter, Kurotsuchi.

Hannah Ackerson (a relatively new addition), 1st Lieutenant Lita Luwanda (who treats Cammy as a little sister), Matthew McCoy, and George Ginzu. A younger version of Cammy appears as an assassin working for Bison's Shadaloo organization, with the codename "Killer Bee" (and in later games described as one of the "Shadaloo Dolls"), first in Street Fighter Alpha 2 Gold, where she appears as a hidden character available exclusively in the second player and training modes (however, this would be rectified in Street Fighter Alpha Anthology where she would be fully playable in Arcade mode with a complete storyline and ending), and then in Street Fighter Alpha 3, where she is a full-fledged playable character. In Alpha 3, Cammy is revealed to be a clone created from M. Bison's DNA.

A insect-type liminal derived from the killer bee, she is described by Ms. Smith as one of three dangerous illegal or "rogue" liminals who have entered Japan. She has two compound eyes and three "simple" or "Non-compound eyes", two antennae on her head, teeth powerful enough to bite through Rachnera's thread, four insectoid wings (two fore wings and two hind wings [for more information see "Insect wing"]), four black-striped arms ending in three-fingered claws, a striped abdomen protruding from the middle of her back ending in a venom-bearing stinger and two black-striped humanoid legs ending in elongated two-toed feet. She also has the ability to control bees and hornets. While Kimihito and Centorea (with Rachnera lurking close by) are camping in Kii's forest, Killa attacks Kimihito but is temporarily driven off by Centorea.

From 1998-2004, the block consisted mainly of made-for-TV movies aimed at an older audience, such as Casper: A Spirited Beginning, The Haunting of Seacliff Inn, Lost Souls, The Spiral Staircase, When Good Ghouls Go Bad, Deadly Invasion: The Killer Bee Nightmare, Tower of Terror, The Hollow, and Grave Secrets: The Legacy of Hilltop Drive, and Halloween themed specials such as Scariest Places on Earth and Ghost Stories. Then starting in 2006, the lineup shifted more towards feature films aimed at a younger audience such as Hocus Pocus, The Haunted Mansion, The Addams Family and its sequel, Monsters, Inc., and the Harry Potter film series. Hocus Pocus emerged as the block's sleeper hit, and by the end of the 2010s it had become the most prominently featured film in the block, earning an all-day marathon on Halloween itself.

"Killer bee" is a term frequently used in media such as movies that portray aggressive behavior or actively seeking to attack humans. "Africanized honey bee" is considered a more descriptive term in part because their behavior is increased defensiveness compared to European honey bees that can exhibit similar defensive behaviors when disturbed. The sting of the Africanized honey bee is no more potent than any other variety of honey bee, and although they are similar in appearance to European honey bees, they tend to be slightly smaller and darker in color. Although Africanized honey bees do not actively search for humans to attack, they are more dangerous because they are more easily provoked, quicker to attack in greater numbers, and then pursue the perceived threat farther, While studies have shown that Africanized honey bees can infiltrate European honey bee colonies and then kill and replace their queen (thus usurping the hive), this is less common than other methods.

Brunzell remained with the WWF into the 1990s, achieving many victories in the house show-circuit but failing to do so at TV. Blair would remain with the WWF up until early November 1988, usually scoring victories over preliminary wrestlers at both, TV-Tapings and untelevised events, but failing to beat more established wrestlers. Blair and Brunzell would later complain (and sue) about the WWF still merchandising product of them, without their permission or financial compensation. Although they wrestled as faces throughout their WWF run, it didn't stop rival heels from impersonating the Bees. During a televised WWF at The Philadelphia Spectrum, two wrestlers dressed in Killer Bee masks and T-shirts appeared as lumberjacks during a lumberjack match between Hulk Hogan and "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, frequently attacking Hogan until Hogan got the upper hand and unmasked one of the Bees ... only to reveal another mask beneath and the unidentified wrestler to escape.

Simply and currently known as "Mr. President", he is formally introduced in the manga in Chapter 53 as the head of Black Lily Innovations, a corporation which he calls "a perfectly legal Extra-species immigration intermediary" (although he admits others might call it "an illegal immigration broker's front" and that he is "skirting the law").. However, unlike the official government Interspecies Cultural Exchange, Black Lily Innovations charges liminals a huge fee for bringing them into the country, and to cover that fee the liminals work for him "providing" (i.e. making) products that only liminals can produce, such as killer bee venom, matango spores and lamia skin shella. He is revealed as the person responsible for bringing Killa, Kino and Curie into the country and apparently at one time tried unsuccessfully to get Rachnera to sell him her silk (it is also revealed that Rachnera had seriously considered calling The President for help when she was about to be arrested for assaulting Kasegi (see above), but Kimihito's winning her over prevented that).

After the UWF folded, Blair continued to compete on the independent circuit, especially around his home state of Florida. Through the mid-1990s, Blair also travelled to Japan regularly and wrestled for New Japan Pro Wrestling usually as "Brian Blair" or "The Killer Bee". In 1998, Blair won the NWA Florida Tag Team Championship with Steve Keirn holding the title from November 13, 1998 to August 15, 2000 when the title was vacated following a match with the Bushwhackers. Blair and Keirn faced off in a singles match to determine who got to pick a new partner; Blair won and picked local star Cyborg The Wrestler (Kevin Donofrio) as his partner. The two held the tag team titles until July 10, 2001 where they were forced to forfeit the title due to injuries. On March 31, 2012, Blair returned to the ring as he teamed up with Carlos Colon, Lanny Poffo, and Mike Graham as "Florida Team" to defeat the team of Gary Royal, Larry Zbyszko, Ron Bass, and The Masked Superstar (as "Georgia Team") in an eight-man tag team elimination match on an event held on his home-state of Florida.
