In 1952, the Hong Kong district of the Chongzhen Church registered itself as an independent organisation using its present name with the Government of Hong Kong and had its first post-registration assembly on 1 July 1957. In 1954, TTMHK became a founding member of the Hong Kong Christian Council (HKCC) as part of the Lutheran Church in Hong Kong. In 1956, the TTMHK became an independent member of the HKCC in its own right.

Conflicted by internal struggles and driven by his desire to be undisturbed, he asks permission to establish his own hut in the vicinity of the observatory, remaining in it except when required to be at the camp or on routine, and for weekly meals to keep in contact with other officers. Nathan Lyon moved from Young to Canberra as a teenager where he went on to play for ACT Cricket's under-17s and under-18s representative teams. In The Mark of the Berserker, Maria and her father are contacted by Luke and Rani to investigate the history of an alien pendant by hacking into the UNIT database.

Friends and family say Decker did her best to keep in contact with them. Stromlo observatory although there are few records of this visit to Linden by Bart Bok,Mt Stromlo Director 1957–66 and a letter from Mt Stromlo (Cyril Jackson) asking for help constructing a mounting for the "Ross Camera" to be used in production of a Star Catalogue. The letter states in part "I thought you the most likely person, knowledgeable and practical who could provide me with some ideas" and "you know that I was very impressed with the quality of your work and enterprise, and our observatory would like to keep in contact with you". It is not known whether Mr Beames was able to make the mounting or not.

Haffner ran out to join Sharky and Mandeville, but as soon as he got in front of the cameras, he realized that, with the episode coming to an end, he needed to keep in contact with Oppenheimer in the control room through his headset, so he immediately ran back to his camera. In "Powerless", Micah resignals traffic lights, and uses a mobile phone to track Monica when he and Niki attempt to save her. Throughout "Fugitives," Micah, using the name "Rebel," has used his powers to keep in contact with several other posthumans in danger of elimination, including (but not limited to) assigning Claire Bennet to help other endangered posthumans start over, as well as hacking a government computer to send Peter Petrelli a video feed of the anti-posthuman operation to use as leverage. In the graphic novel "Rebellion, Part 5: Wanted", Micah is able to control a crane from a considerable distance while he is held hostage by Eric Thompson Jr., and uses it to take him down, and also inform his position to the other "rebels", apparently without any physical weakness. Micah is also exceptionally intelligent, though this has not been linked to his power.

In 1952 the Lonsdale's worked as a support act for Laurel & Hardy during their 9-month-long tour of the United Kingdom through 28 towns and cities, performing an average of 14 shows a week. As well as always opening the show with their “Rhythm” dance routine and performing after the shows interval the Lonsdale's would also work as the Great Cingalee's assistants in his magic act. As well as the Lonsdale Sisters there were 7 other acts on the programme with the final act being a comedy sketch performed by Laurel & Hardy entitled “A Spot of Trouble” During the long tour Laurel & Hardy developed a close friendship with the Lonsdale Sisters. When the tour came to an end Laurel & Hardy returned to America but would keep in contact with the girls often sending them hand written letters & signed photos with personal messages to Pauline, Florence & their families.

Each brigade was to attack in up to eight "waves": two battalions, making up the first four waves, were to take the first objective and another two battalions, perhaps deployed in columns for speed of movement, would then take the second, with no battalions held in brigade-level reserve (the argument being that orders would never reach them in time). The band also put on a special Summertime Swing edition of JiveStream, when actual event itself had to be cancelled due to the virus.

In 1985, Jarre was contacted by the musical director of the Houston Grand Opera with the proposal for him related to the celebrations of Texas' 150th birthday in 1986, 150th birthday of the city of Houston and NASA's 25th birthday. Because of NASA's involvement, Jarre got the chance to keep in contact with a friend of his, astronaut captain Bruce McCandless II who later introduced Jarre to a flight companion of his, astronaut and jazz musician Ron McNair.
