In December 2012, DeWitt signed a minor league contract with the Atlanta Braves and was a non-roster invitee to spring training in 2013. At the end of Spring training, Dewitt was assigned to the Gwinnett Braves, the Triple-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. DeWitt was recalled on April 7, 2013, after the Braves placed first baseman Freddie Freeman on the 15-day D.L. with a right-oblique strain. DeWitt made 4 pinch-hit appearances, recording one hit, with Atlanta before he himself was placed on the disabled list on April 20.
Rich Kilgour (born January 14, 1969) is a retired professional lacrosse player and current coach for the Buffalo Bandits of the National Lacrosse League. He joined the Bandits in 1992 as a training camp invitee, and spent the next 18 years as a defensive specialist with the Bandits, 12 of those as team captain. His teams made the playoffs 13 times, played in eight championship games, and won four. A Niagara Falls, New York native, Kilgour played lacrosse and football at Niagara-Wheatfield High School, and attended Nazareth College from 1988 to 1990.

The son of well-known surfer Jeff Johnson, Jack was born and raised on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. He began to learn how to surf at the age of 5. At 17, he became the youngest invitee to make the finals of the Pipeline Masters, one of surfing's most prestigious events, on Oahu's North Shore. Each year, the Chair of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations; the Chair of the African Union; and a representative of the New Partnership for Africa's Development are invited in their capacities as leaders of their organisations and as heads of government of their home states. Additionally, the leaders of the Financial Stability Board, the International Labour Organization, the International Monetary Fund, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the United Nations, the World Bank Group and the World Trade Organization are invited and participate in pre-summit planning within the policy purview of their respective organisation. The sixth series (2011) begins with Amy and Rory living a normal domestic life. Burton faced the same troubles with playing character roles as before with Belch. The Rains of Ranchipur released on 16 December 1955, three months before Alexander the Great rolled out on 28 March 1956.
The Intergovernmental Group of Twenty-Four on International Monetary Affairs and Development, or The Group of 24 (G-24) was established in 1971 as a chapter of the Group of 77 in order to help coordinate the positions of developing countries on international monetary and development finance issues, as well as and to ensure that their interests are adequately represented in negotiations on international monetary matters. Though originally named after the number of founding Member States, it now has 28 Members (plus China, which acts as a Special Invitee). Although the G-24 officially has 28 member countries, any member of the G-77 can join discussions. K-1 Andy Memorial 2001 Japan GP Final was a martial arts event promoted by the K-1 organization, named in honour of K-1 legend Andy Hug who had died the previous year. It was an elimination tournament involving eight fighters based in Japan, with all bouts being fought under K-1 Rules (100 kg/156-220 lbs) and the winner qualifying for the K-1 World Grand Prix 2001. Six of these fighters had qualified via the earlier K-1 Survival 2001 event while holder Musashi had qualified as last years winner and long time Tokyo resident Nicholas Pettas was a foreign invitee. As well as tournament bouts there were a number of local and international bouts, including special 'Andy Memorial Matches', with matches fought under either K-1 or MMA Rules.

In the conference organised by the District Council next year on 15 December 1936, Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru was the special invitee. Kingsbury, an alumnus and 2008 Hall of Fame inductee of Fordham University and current member of the Pittsburgh Pirates organization, picked up one of the biggest hits of the tournament for Greece, an RBI triple, in their lone win, which came against Italy in the preliminary round. In the spring of 2006, Kingsbury was invited to the Pirates major- league camp in Bradenton, FL as a non-roster invitee.

A licensee can mean the holder of a license or, in U.S. tort law, a licensee is a person who is on the property of another, despite the fact that the property is not open to the general public, because the owner of the property has allowed the licensee to enter. The status of a visitor as a licensee (as opposed to a trespasser or an invitee) defines the legal rights of the visitor if they are injured due to the negligence of the property possessor (not necessarily the owner). Where licensees are present, activities conducted on the land by or at the behest of the owner of the land must be conducted with the care that a prudent person would show. A duty to warn arises if there is a harmful condition on the land that is hidden from the licensee, so long as the landowner knows of this condition.

Aguilar signed with the Cleveland Indians as an amateur free agent in November 2007. He spent his first two seasons with the Dominican Summer League Indians. After splitting 2010 between two minor league teams, he hit 23 home runs during the 2011 season between the Lake County Captains of the Class A Midwest League and the Kinston Indians of the Class A-Advanced Carolina League. In 2011, Aguilar was also on the Carolina Mudcats roster, then an affiliate of the Cleveland Indians. Aguilar and Francisco Lindor represented the Indians in the 2012 All- Star Futures Game. The Tournoi de Paris was a competition initially meant to bring together the top teams from Europe and South America; it was first played in 1957 when Vasco da Gama, the Rio de Janeiro champions, beat European champions Real Madrid 4–3 in the final at the Parc des Princes. The victory was hailed in France and Brazil as a "best of Europe X best of South American" club match as it was Real Madrid's first intercontinental competition as European champions (the Madrid team played the 1956 Pequeña Copa del Mundo, but confirmed their participation in the Venezuelan tournament before becoming European champions). In 1958, Real Madrid declined to participate in the Paris competition claiming that the final of the 1957/58 European Cup was just 5 days after the Paris Tournoi. On October 8th 1958, the Brazilian FA President João Havelange announced, at a UEFA meeting he attended as an invitee, the decision to create the Copa Libertadores and the Intercontinental Cup, the latter being a UEFA/CONMEBOL-endorsed "best club of the world" contest between the champion clubs of both confederations.

Ace Max Scherzer hit his first career home run, a three-run shot off Miami Marlins starter Chris O'Grady in the second inning on August 1. Scherzer was unable to complete his pitching warm-up afterward, however, exiting after just one inning of work with what the team announced as a neck spasm. Scherzer said after the game he had "slept on it wrong" and considered it a day-to-day injury rather than a serious issue. The Nationals were unable to hold Scherzer's six-run lead, as the division rival Marlins won 7–6 despite a 5-for-5 performance from Nationals left fielder Howie Kendrick. Washington called up A. J. Cole from the Class-AAA Syracuse Chiefs for a spot start on August 2 — a 7–0 shutout at the hands of the Marlins to give them the series win, with former Nationals spring training invitee Vance Worley earning the win for Miami — also activating right-handed reliever Brandon Kintzler after he was acquired in a July 31 trade with the Minnesota Twins.

Following the first four games of the pre-season schedule, Galipeau was invited to the Providence Bruins training camp, as the main Boston team began cutting down their roster for the regular 2018-19 season.
Greisinger missed nearly 4 seasons from 1998 to with arm ligament injuries. He was a non-roster invitee to spring training with the Washington Nationals in 2005; he was sent to the Braves as part of a conditional deal. After being released by the Braves on June 7, 2005, Greisinger played for the Kia Tigers of the KBO in , going 14–12 with a 3.09 ERA in 29 games. Greisinger became the ace for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows in the Central League in Japan for the season, but Yakult's low budget led to them being forced to release both Greisinger and outfielder Alex Ramirez. Greisinger signed with the Yomiuri Giants for the season and led the Central League in wins with 17. In 2009, Greisinger went 13–6 with a 3.47 ERA, but missed time near the end of the season due to inflammation in his right (pitching) elbow. He did not pitch at all in the postseason and missed the 2009 Japan Series. Greisinger continued his next two seasons with the Yomiuri Giants with injury plague seasons. He finished the 2010 season with an 0–2 record and a 5.48 ERA in only six games.

As a youth, LaRose played in the 1996 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with the Detroit Compuware minor ice hockey team. A product of the USHL's Sioux Falls Stampede, LaRose later led the OHL Plymouth Whalers in scoring in 2002–03 with 117 points in 67 games.
