A sole proprietorship is a single-owner enterprise. Its owner must be a living natural person, but need not have legal capacity. There are certain restrictions, however, for unrehabilitated insolvents.

The proceedings of that administration were the distribution of the property of an insolvent person to that person's creditors in proportion to the debts.

Aware of it, Chinnaiah abuses Shekar when angered Bhaskar slaps him, later he repents and reaches the village along with Manager Chokka Rao (Nagabhushanam) to apologize when Bhaskar presents Chinnaiah some sweets in which he secretly places some amount to clear the debts of villagers.

To the civil service he gave improved leave and pension rules, while he purified its moral by forbidding all share in trading concerns, by vigorously punishing insolvents, and by his personal example of careful selection in the matter of patronage. No Governor-General ever penned a larger number of weighty papers dealing with public affairs in India.
