Hair Raiser is a steel floorless roller coaster at Ocean Park Hong Kong in Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. Manufactured by Bolliger & Mabillard, the coaster opened on December 8, 2011 and is the twelfth floorless coaster to be built. The large smiling face entrance is loosely based on Luna Park Sydney in Australia.

Rakwool carried 77 kg (12 st 2 lbs) but after having Inkson out on his ears four times, ran second. It was another hair-raiser. Inkson took the mount on Rakwool at his next start, over the big, solid Flemington fences. He consistently made mistakes and when Inkson dismounted after winning the race he was amazed the gelding's legs were intact.

The first ascents and climbing style used to create them in Tuolumne are summarized in Rock Climbs of Tuolumne Meadows, Don Reid, Chris Falkenstein, Chockstone Press, Denver, 1983, (). Higgins authored an introduction to Don Reid's 1983 Rock Climbs of Tuolumne Meadows guidebook ("A Climbing Commentary") on Tuolumne new route development and changing climbing styles. Outside the Meadows during the same period, Higgins climbed Hair Raiser Buttress with Clevenger at Granite Basin and first free of The Line with Frank Sarnquist at Lover's Leap, California. As the 70s closed, climbing styles in Tuolumne and elsewhere changed.

Time called the film "a literary hair-raiser that is cleverly, if self-consciously, Edgar Allan poetic."Naha, Ed. The Films of Roger Corman: Brilliance on a Budget, Arco Publishing, Inc., 1982. The Hollywood Reporter described it as "...a class suspense/horror film of the calibre of the excellent ones done by Hammer...It is carefully made and has full production values...Vincent Price gives a characteristically rococo performance..." The Monthly Film Bulletin was negative, writing that the production values "cannot prevent a strong impression of déjà vu", and that Kerr, Anders and Carbone were all "glumly wooden" in their performances.

The Luna Park face in 2018 Based on the enormous smiling faces at Luna Park, Melbourne, Australia, the Hair Raiser entrance in Ocean Park Hong Kong, and Steeplechase Park in the United States, Luna Park's smiling face, as well as its flanking towers, have presided over the main entrance for almost all of the park's existence. There have been eight distinct faces, installed in 1935, 1938, 1939, 1946, 1950, 1973, 1982, and 1994. The seventh Face was donated to the Powerhouse Museum in May 1994. The eighth and current Face, completed in 1994 and carved from polyurethane, is based on Arthur Barton's 1950 "Old King Cole" version.
