The film tells the tale of frustrated Teamster driver Don Cardini, abused by spoiled stars and arrogant students, who becomes a ticking time-bomb of revenge. As Don goes on the rampage, his favourite scream queen, Riversa Red, finds herself up for a new role in the greatest gorefest of all: real life.

On New Year's Day 2009, Sean asks Stacey to look after Amy for a few days, knowing that she will return her to Roxy. Sean soon returns himself, and convinces Roxy to leave with him and Amy but she is scared and calls Ronnie so she and Jack follow them. Sean drives them to an icy lake, intending to drive into the water and drown as a family.

The Stooges are bellhops at Hotel Snazzy Plaza, and pound each other in order to get some face time with an attractive woman (Christine McIntyre, in her debut appearance with the team). Unfortunately, she has an evil mean-tempered husband (Vernon Dent) who happens to excel in knife throwing. The husband is also secretly importing Lupe the Wolf Man (Duke York) who goes berserk when he hears music. Later on, when Curly is cleaning their room, he snaps on the radio, and the wolf man goes on the rampage.

To improve their image, they abduct a notorious MP and take his place on a chat show. Upon being uncovered, they learn the BBC's policy and are asked to make violent films for the BBC; Tim and Graeme are horrified about this and refuse the request, but Bill decides to do so and releases a string of violent films, including a very violent version of Cinderella, called Sinderella. Tim, Graeme and Mrs Carthorse decide to end Bill's violent programming, but Bill, who has become obsessed with violence, goes on the rampage and wreaks havoc, resulting in the BBC Television Centre being destroyed, leaving "ITV back on top". The scene where Bill explodes BBC Television Centre.

Ma explains to Tranh that he bought the watch because he recognized it and wanted it as a memento mori—a reminder that if a successful major company like "Three Prosperities" could fall, so could he. Ma tells Tranh that thanks to his work, he has finally gained Thai citizenship and will no longer be a yellow-card refugee. Tranh begs Ma for any sort of job, but Ma tells him it is impossible, that line work at his factory is not open to crippled refugees when legal Thai workers are available, and that Tranh's business experience does not qualify him for the sorts of scientific research for which a work permit could be obtained. The next day, Tranh is injured while unloading a cart of potatoes, when a megodont—a genetically engineered elephant—goes on the rampage; his knee is destroyed, leaving him badly crippled.
