After Jake sees how devastated the victim's mother is, he promises her that he will find the killer, much to Rosa's chagrin. Over the course of two months, Jake goes crazy trying to solve the case, which causes Rosa to worry about him.

In the operating room of The Stitch in Time Hospital, Dr. Quack, assisted by Dr. Daffy Duck, is about to perform surgery. As the operation starts and Dr. Quack asks for his instruments in an increasing rate, Daffy goes crazy and jumps around the room, tossing the instruments in the air and using the air bag as a punching bag. He is then ejected from the room and ends up stuck in an iron lung. He fights his way out of it, but his body begins to inflate and deflate several times.

Because of the trap, the governor promotes Tienbo to Embroidered Uniform Guard lieutenant. Tienbo kills Miss Li to prove his devotion to the governor, and with his new authority (and some poignant advice from the governor) holds Siu- lin as bait so that he can lure Junbao to defect. However, due to the injury he receives and the fact that his best friend betrayed him, Junbao's mind snaps and he goes crazy.

Unfortunately, Bobby goes crazy, becoming a God-like monster called ‘The Singularity’, destroying everything and forcing humanity to live deep beneath the surface of the Earth. After Alma's death, Leonardo and Gaby go on a seemingly endless trip across Europe, despite the calls of Leonardo's business associates to return, and when they finally return, Gaby is haunted by the memory of the house and goes crazy.

The original ending of Battle Angel Alita is retconned in Last Order, where Alita wakes up in the new Imaginos Body only to find Nova has died a week earlier. A pre-recorded video message then reveals that Nova exposed the brain bio-chip conspiracy to the Tipharean population, resulting in mass insanity quickly spreading and devastating the floating metropolis, culminating in a chaotic two-week civil war. His assistant Roscoe also goes crazy and kills Nova, disembowelling him and looting his two brain bio-chips, which later fall into Alita's hands. However, it is later revealed that Nova has already invented the Stereotomy process, which allows him to create reincarnations of himself, making him effectively an immortal presence.

Kang Shin-il (born November 26, 1960) is a South Korean actor. Kang graduated from Kyung Hee University with a degree in electronic engineering, but he soon put aside his studies and spent most of his time in Daehangno, Seoul's theater district, where he formed a troupe called Testimony that performed at smaller venues. In 1985, he made his acting debut in Chilsu and Mansu, and soon gained fame as a stage actor in plays such as Kimchigook Goes Crazy and Chronicles of Han. Popular culture backlash against the Video Recordings Act included the May 1984 release of "Nasty" by the punk-goth outfit The Damned, who celebrated the condemned genre with the lyrics "I fell in love with a video nasty". During Season 4's election campaign, Glynn uses details about his brother and daughter as part of his campaign, a move that angers Mary, culminating in a divorce in the second half of the season. While separated, the viewers assume that Glynn will begin a relationship with new secretary Floria Mills, but no specific details on the show confirm this. As far as other family members are concerned, CO Clayton Hughes is the son of Leo's best friend, deceased CO Samuel Hughes, and Leo becomes the closest thing Hughes has to a father. When Hughes goes crazy and is incarcerated at nearby Lardner prison, Glynn demands that he be transferred to Oz where he can be protected; however, in Oz, Hughes experiences a psychotic break and tries to murder Glynn during a hostage situation.

The image of Bloody GIR was reportedly scattered throughout the "last fourteen episodes" of the series by Ressel and Graham. Bloody GIR can be seen the most clearly during the intro to the episode "Mortos der Soulstealer". Although the idea for Bloody GIR was confirmed by Ressel not to have surfaced until the episode "Bad, Bad Rubber Piggy", some claim to have found it in earlier episodes of the series, such as "Dark Harvest" and "Attack of the Saucer Morons".
