June defended her decision to give the Red Bull-Mountain Dew mixture to Alana, saying that there were worse things she could give her daughter to drink, such as alcohol, and that she'd tried alternatives, notably Pixy Stix, which are referred to as "pageant crack" within the pageant community due to the energizing effects the high sugar content has on a child contestant's behavior.

Cleary's current band is Jon Cleary & The Absolute Monster Gentlemen, who have released two albums. Their album Go Go Juice won the Grammy Award for Best Regional Roots Music Album in 2016.

It was in NOLA where Hall was drafted by Jon Cleary for his band, and appears on the NOLA pianist's Grammy-winning LP Go-Go Juice. Hall toured with Robert Randolph and the Family Band, John Scofield, and briefly with Tedeschi-Trucks Band, before he was chosen as a keyboardist/vocalist for Warren Haynes Band. Hall appears on Warren Haynes Band's studio album Man in Motion and live LP Live at the Moody Theater, released on Stax Records. Hall appears on the Grammy nominated Family Dinner Vol.

One of the main differences between it, and its predecessor, John Elway's Team Quarterback is that it was the first (and possibly, only coin-op game) to allow users to select from a list of "college" teams in addition to "pro" teams representing the 26 cities/regions which had NFL teams at the time. It is also the only game in the series to allow users to purchase power-up items such as "beef" (for boosting the offensive line) and "go juice" (for a second wind on long gains) from a "sideline shop" during the game.
