Then the players take on the Chaos Djinn Tibicenas in the Sandsea. In Bloodtusk Ravine, mass confusion and hysteria (partly due to the Chaos Lords Xing and Xang interfering) arises between the Horcs and the Trolls as it is revealed that one of the Lords of Chaos is among them and is sending Chaorrupted monsters to them. It is soon revealed that the Troll Krellenos is the Lord of Chaos in question, but he is quickly killed by Khasaanda, who absorbs his Chaorruption and becomes the new Chaos Lord.

He does, however, wake up occasionally, and provides good advice when he does. During the final battle, their Armor is seriously damaged and the power fails. Carlos then wakes up completely, as the others admit defeat, and activates a backup power system before leading the last attack on Birthday's defenses, and helping Van get the finishing blow. Their "secret base", stereotypical speech, distinct characteristics (Nero as the hot-blooded main pilot; Jose as the cool rival and foil to Nero; Barrio as the 'big guy'; Carlos possibly as the pint-sized genius technician; and Yukiko as the token girl) uniting mecha and colorful costumes are a loving homage of super robot and Super Sentai team shows.

Gintoki and his team fight against Team Women Fighters and ended up winning as Kagura made her finishing blow to rip off the clothes from Yuri and King, for fan service, and even Shinpachi was nose bleeding despite only being glasses. As they went to a rooftop, the player, Kaya, and the Yorozuya Gin-chan encounter a trouble- making robot named "Stein", who was responsible for turning men into women, with Chang as an example of that. After they defeated an army of robots, Stein gets away, but Gintoki remembers that he saw it in his dream when Stein was with Elizabeth and that unknown swordsman. and that Stein may be involved with the host of this tournament.

Zero transported Orb to Reibatos' realm and the Ultra quickly unleashed an all-out attack to prevent his regeneration before he finally delivers the finishing blow. In the Land of Light, Orb received congratulation for his assistance in the mission and was offered the Star Marks and a place in the Space Garrison for his bravery but politely refused due to his nature as a wanderer. As he left, Zero still wonders of the Giga Battle Nizer's disappearance and keeps this as a secret from anyone. Meanwhile, Reibatos survived his apparent destruction and try to revive Ultraman Belial in hopes of fulfilling his revenge but fails and discovered that his predecessor is still alive.

Teen Titans #81 After a lengthy battle, Bart deals the finishing blow to the villain by running around him fast enough to open a vacuum which sucks him into the Earth's inner core.Teen Titans #82 At the behest of Tim Drake, Bart travels to Gotham City and saves Selina Kyle from members of the League of Assassins while she is sleeping in her apartment. After knocking out the would-be killers, Bart remarks to Tim over the radio that Selina is "super-fine", and that this may be the best day of his life. Shortly after settling back in Titans Tower, Bart reveals to Conner that during his brief stay in the future, he went through a number of records and schematics concerning technology from the era.

While it is a racing game, there is heavy emphasis on attacking competitor's vehicles; since the cars always reappear with full health just a few seconds after blowing up, the only "harm" done is falling behind in the race. Players are rewarded with a monetary "attack bonus" each time they provide the finishing blow against another car using their forward or rear weapons (and a similar "lapping bonus" when they gain a full one-lap lead on an opponent during the race). In accordance with the continual destruction and restoration of the racing vehicles, the tracks are littered with mines and health power-ups, as well as money power-ups. Other hazards include oil slicks, snow drifts, and lava, depending on the planet hosting the race.

The Ski Park was the second ski area constructed on Mount Shasta, but the only one which now survives. The old Mount Shasta Ski Bowl had been built in 1958 in a huge open cirque much higher up on the southern flank of the volcano, with a lodge at and lifts topping out above timberline at . However, the ski area had often been in financial trouble over the next two decades, and a massive avalanche in January 1978 which destroyed the main chairlift was the finishing blow. The Ski Bowl closed permanently after that, and there was no more lift-served skiing on Mount Shasta until 1985, when local businessmen and developers finally began construction of a new ski area lower down on the mountain, in an area well below timberline and safe from avalanches.

For a brief moment, the statue appears as a Dolphin, and having filled his greatest desire, Ballistic Man disintegrates, however he has delivered the finishing blow to Tara. Rod laments, then accidentally presses the sidekick button on the vending machine and sets her free in the form of a loveable little girl, who is almost immediately killed while skipping through the battlefield (though like all deaths on the show, whether she is actually dead is unlikely). It is then that Mephisto's plan is revealed: acting loyally upon Steve's orders from the very beginning of the series, he remained committed to killing the medieval re-enactors; however, his plan was to do so by becoming their king, killing Steve to gain their trust, then after four years, poisoning them all on an island. Womp protests Steve's death, but is bullied into standing aside.

Despite Mayo's departure in 1981, and various subsequent line-up changes which left Brilleaux the only remaining original member, Dr. Feelgood continued touring and recording through the 1980s. However, the band then suffered an almost career-finishing blow when Brilleaux died of cancer on 7 April 1994. As Brilleaux had insisted prior to his death, Dr. Feelgood reunited in May 1995, initially with vocalist Pete Gage (not to be confused with guitarist Pete Gage of Geno Washington and Vinegar Joe), and recommenced touring in 1996. Though the band contained no original members at this point, the musicians backing Gage had all previously played as members of Dr. Feelgood for at least five years, and in some cases for over a decade. In 1999 Gage was replaced by Robert Kane, formerly of The Animals II and The Alligators, who celebrated his 1,000th gig as the frontman of Dr. Feelgood in April 2007.

Samurai Jack tells the story of a young prince (voiced by Phil LaMarr) from a feudal Japan kingdom, whose father (Sab Shimono and Keone Young) was given a magical katana from three gods — Ra, Rama, and Odin — that he could and had used to defeat and imprison his soon to be arch- enemy, the supernatural shape-shifting demon Aku (Mako, and later Greg Baldwin for Season 5). Eight years later, Aku escaped, took over the land and held the Emperor hostage, but not before the prince was sent away by his mother to travel the world and train so he could return and use the magic sword to defeat Aku. On his return, the prince-turned-samurai faced and almost defeated Aku, but before he could land a finishing blow, Aku created a time portal that sent him into the distant future, anticipating that he would be able to deal with the samurai by that time. The samurai prince arrives in a dystopian retrofuturistic Earth ruled by Aku.
