Fries Building The Fries Building was built by Frank G. Young and William Sharp McCombs as the new location for their department store. It was designed by the architectural firm of Drack & Kerns. The building opened in 1897 and featured of space. The store moved to a larger building 1909.

Jonathan Drack won the bronze medal in the men's triple jump event, the only medal won by athletes representing Mauritius in athletics. Jonathan Bardottier and Noah Bibi represented Mauritius in the men's 100 metres event. Bardottier advanced to compete in the semifinals and Bibi did not advance to compete in the semifinals. Bardottier also competed in the men's 200 metres event.

At the 2016 African Athletics Championships, Zango won the silver medal in the triple jump. He jumped 16.81 metres, which was 32 centimetres less than the distance jumped by the gold medalist, Nigerian Tosin Oke. Zango jumped four centimetres further than the bronze medalist, Godfrey Khotso Mokoena of South Africa, and 20 centimetres further than the fourth-placed athlete, Mauritian Jonathan Drack.

People's National Bank c. 1906 The People's National Bank Building was constructed as a three-story building around 1876 by a now unknown person. The original architect is also unknown, but it is known that Drack & Kerns and George Stauduhar have altered the building in subsequent years. The bank itself had been organized two years previously, and purchased the building around 1904.

Jonathan Drack (born 16 November 1988 in Beau-Bassin Rose-Hill) is a Mauritian athlete specialising in the triple jump. He represented his country at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing finishing eleventh. He also competed at the previous edition in Moscow but without qualifying for the final. His personal bests in the event are 17.05 metres outdoors (2015) and 16.67 metres indoors (Karlsruhe 2016).

Nakmor Kesh is the granddaughter of Nakmor Drack, who serves as the superintendent of the Nexus space station, the administrative hub for the Andromeda Initiative. Ben Gilbert from Business Insider mentioned Kesh as an example of the best aspects of the Mass Effect series: characters "who respond in realistic ways, who are just as likely to be honest as they are to be manipulative". Kesh is voiced by Allegra Clark.

Nakmor Drack is a veteran krogan warrior who has well over 1,400 years of life experience as a soldier, mercenary, and occasional pirate in the Milky Way galaxy. He is vocal about the genophage and the Citadel community's treatment of his species. Unlike other members of the Nakmor clan, he is loyal to the Nexus, the seat of government and power for the Andromeda Initiative, and to his granddaughter, Nakmor Kesh. Drack's preferred weapon is a "Ruzad" shotgun, and his favorite ability is Blood Rage, which "enhances his melee damage, damage resistance, and health regeneration".

Case C-386/05 Color Drack, [2007] ECR I-3699, §22. Article 5 (2012 recast: Article 7) of the Regulation deals with several categories of special jurisdiction, of which the most common are probably torts and contracts. Article 5(1)a (2012 recast: Article 7(1)a) of the Regulation states that the plaintiff may sue the defendant, domiciled in another Member State, ‘in matters relating to a contract, in the courts for the place of performance of the obligation in question’. This provision is slightly problematic on a theoretical level in two ways. Rock Island architect Leonard Drack designed the southern section of the apartment building and C.D. McLane designed the northern section. The building consists of 25 apartments that are arranged around five interior light wells. It was built on top of a raised basement, which contained three commercial spaces, three apartments, and storage. The foundations are built of six-course ashlar limestone, and the upper stories are covered in beige pressed brick. Three entrances in the Classical style, and placed symmetrically in the building, feature stone corner pilasters, a narrow Roman Ionic capital with an egg-and-dart detail, and a stone entablature with the name “Sala.” The apartments feature their original oak and pine woodwork, fireplaces, radiators, porcelain bathroom fixtures and some original light fixtures.
