More-or-less, all the post-colonial writers tried this in some way or other. For example, Chinua Achebe’s seminal trilogy Things Fall Apart, No Longer at Ease, Arrow of God as well as Ngugi wa Thiong’o’s Petals of Blood were written long before Rushdie’s Midnight’s Children. But those novels were more busy at ‘creating’ history without proper documentations to challenge the historylessness the Igbo people or Swahili Community was ‘suffering from’ therefore remain in the ‘fictions only’ category.
After many years of conviction he succeeded in establishing the Nation's Memory Institute. John and William Bartram first documented Geneva’s history in 1765-66. Since then, there have been several other documentations: Anthropologist Daniel Britton in 1850, scientists of Harvard University in 1875 and by an Archeological Cultural Resources Study and an Architectural Resources Study. The Geneva Cemetery is located on a piece of land that was donated by Progar Debogory. Debogory was the head of one of the Russian families that settled in the Geneva area in the 1800s.
Bonsignori’s early career is the most fully documented period of his life. Account of his early life is found in Giorgio Vasari’s book Lives of the Painters, Sculptors and Architects. Vasari includes the painter in a group of minor virtuosi from Verona. Bonsignori bears another name, "Monsignori", as he was miscalled by Vasari in his book. His pseudonym has appeared in several documentations from the Renaissance period, while he signed all his committed artwork with “Bonsignori”.
Parkstein is a district in the municipality of Neustadt an der Waldnaab in Bavaria in Germany. In 2006, it counted approximately 2500 citizens within its district. The origins of its castle, built atop a conical shaped mountain, also called the Parkstein, date back to around the year 1000. A first written account of its existence can be traced back to the year 1053 in the documentations of the monks of Niederalteich of the Reichstag in Merseburg.
Some of the inhibitors of this enzyme include CaCl2, CoCl2, Cu+2, CuCl2, KCl, Mg+2, and Mn+2. The primary active site residue of this enzyme is Asp181, as determined by studies of how mutations affect enzyme capacity. There are several documentations of the crystalline structure of flavonol 3-O-glucosyltransferase (2C1X, 2C1Z, and 2C9Z), and, based on these renderings of the enzyme, there is only one subunit in the quaternary structure of the molecule.
The Nuremberg Laws, also known as the Anti-Jewish laws, were statutes created in Germany for the purpose of maintaining blood purity of the Aryan race. The laws indicating the necessity of obtaining a German Blood Certificate were implemented at the time relationships between Aryan and Jews were outlawed. His version consists of ten five- line stanzas with the rhyme scheme , where the refrain C says "His was Vetala's first harvest." There are also several later documentations of the song, which are not complete.
The Sopanam tradition is older longer than Carnatic music but the former is now almost extinct. It is only performed in a few temples and as an accompaniment to the Indian classical dance form Kathakali. The focus of the project was on identification, documentation and notation of the ragas and talas in Sopanam music and hereby make it more accessible to people, in particular musicians and dancers. Apart from the audio and video documentations of the music, the music was documented through notations.

The Philippine inventory is currently being updated as a measure to safeguard more intangible cultural heritage elements in the country. The updating began in 2013 and results may be released in 5–10 years after the scientific process finishes the second batch of element documentations. According to UNESCO, it is not expected by a country or state party to have a completed inventory. On the contrary, the development and updating of inventories is an ongoing process that can never be finished.
The first undisputed documentations of Christian Universalist ideas occurred in 17th-century England and 18th-century Europe as well as in colonial America. Between 1648-1697 English activist Gerrard Winstanley, writer Richard Coppin, and dissenter Jane Leade, each taught that God would grant all human beings salvation. The same teachings were later spread throughout 18th-century France and America by George de Benneville. People who taught this doctrine in America would later become known as the Universalist Church of America.
Business process discovery (BPD) related to business process management and process mining is a set of techniques that manually or automatically construct a representation of an organisations' current business processes and its major process variations. These techniques use evidence found in the existing organisational methods of work, documentations, and technology systems that run business processes within an organization. Sometimes, the term Process discovery is used in a narrower sense to mean Task mining, which observes and records millions of human interactions and derive real-time inputs.
John C. Frémont, The Pathfinder Although Frémont was often caught up in controversy, he played a major role in opening up the American West to settlement by American pioneers. His reliable accounts, including published maps, narrations, and scientific documentations of his expeditions, guided American emigrants overland into the West starting in the mid 1840s. Frémont, popularly known as The Pathfinder during his times, was considered an American hero. Many people believed that Frémont's arrest and court-martial by Kearny during the Mexican–American War were unjustified.
Plan of St Gallen The majority of data about the methods and means of gardens in the Middle Ages comes through archaeology, surviving textual documentation, and surviving artworks such as paintings, tapestry and illuminated manuscripts. The early Middle Ages brings a surprisingly clear snapshot of the European gardening situation at the time of Charlemagne with the survival of three important documentations: the Capitulare de villis, Walafrid Strabo's poem Hortulus, and the plan of St Gall which depicts three garden areas and lists what was grown.
Some of the included photos are identified with larger events, such as H.S. Wong's 1937 photograph of a lone child crying at a demolished train station on "Bloody Saturday" as representative of the entire bombing of Shanghai. Other photographs are excerpts from larger historic collections, such as Roger Fenton's and Alexander Gardner's respective groundbreaking documentations of the Crimean War and American Civil War. Margin notes document the circumstantial background of many photographs, as well as instances where the images have been accused of being staged.
After the game, now titled Saints Row, was finished, the team was asked to write postmortem documentations, which presented a lot of negative views on the game, as well as criticism with the management. When the game was released and sold well, it was decided that Volition would develop another such game, which would become Saints Row 2. Saints Row 2 differed from its predecessor in that it was more sandbox-oriented and more infused with humor, which the first game almost completely lacked.

One of the earliest documentations of Kazumura Cave was in 1966 when one of its entrances was designated as a fallout shelter. By the early 1970s, the cave had entered into the awareness of the caving community when Francis Howarth discovered new troglobitic invertebrate species, Schrankia howarthi. Later in 1981, a British expedition ended up surveying 7.27 miles (11.7 km) of the cave and it was then recognized as one of the world's longest lava tubes. By 1993, a single year of extensive surveying established that it was the longest in the world.

Kelp forests are found to a great extent and are populated by Garibaldi, leopard sharks, gobies, rockfish, and sculpins. Great white sharks have been observed in the waters off the coast, while there are numerous documentations of their occurrence in the waters off Guadalupe Island. From the confines of the forests, ocean-going species such as the Ocean sunfish are observed. Environmental research in climate and biodiversity is conducted at Scripps Institution of Oceanography and by the Biodiversity Research Center of the Californias of the San Diego Natural History Museum.
The museum displays the history and documentations of Borobudur restoration project led by UNESCO between 1975 and 1982. The dual-process accounts of reasoning posits that there are two systems or minds in one brain. The theory of two distinct kinds of reasoning has been around for as long as documentations about theories of reasoning go. The current theory is that there are two distinctly separate cognitive systems underlying thinking and reasoning and that these different systems were developed through evolution. These systems are often referred to as "implicit" and "explicit" or by the more neutral "System 1" and "System 2," as coined by Stanovich and West.

The most impressive part of the Rác Bath was constructed and built by Miklós Ybl in two phases between 1865 and 1870. Approximately 30-40 percent of the romantic Ybl cupola and the famous shower corridor (1865) remained since it was subject to the Russian bomb attacks of World War II, renovation in the 1960s and also in 2002. The rest of this area was rebuilt and restored to its exact original state according to old copper engravings, drawings and documentations. Detailed documentation of the Naubad karez system was dome by Valliyil Govindankutty in August 2013. A report was submitted to District Administration of Bidar and highlights many new facts which do not exist in previous documentations. The research support provided by Valliyil Govindankutty to the District Administration has led to the initiation of cleaning the debris and collapsed sections paving the way to its rejuvenation. The cleaning of karez has led to bringing water to higher areas of the plateau, and it has in turn recharged the wells in the vicinity.

Besides the practicality advantage, the data obtained through digital documentation are fueling MNGHA’s enterprise analytics solution, which significantly assists in many quality improvement areas.
The first was The Female President (1968–69), in which she posited a female commander-in-chief of the United States, conveyed abstractly through changing light effects on dancers and actors, accompanied by sounds and electronic music. Other such events were Medusa (1970) and American Queen (1972), both of which concerned feminist themes that coincided with Blum's emerging activism. Blum also created "conceptual documentations," likewise feminist, which included The Female Connection (1978). In the 1970s, Blum began to paint portraits of women in feminist circles, including Alice Neel (c.
1972–73), Patricia Mainardi (1974), Cindy Nemser (1975), Sylvia Sleigh (1975), and Betty Friedan. For The Sister Chapel, which premiered at PS1 in 1978, she created a nine-foot portrait of Betty Friedan as the Prophet (1976), a towering figure who has just descended from a distant mountain like a biblical prophet with The Feminine Mystique tucked under her arm. Friedan was Blum's main inspiration for becoming a feminist and she continued to inspire the artist's work, most notably in a series of portraits and a group of "conceptual documentations," created between 1976 and 1978.
After his retirement, Gratz assembled the information that he had gathered across his 35-year affiliation with the Monongahela Railway into a book entitled The Monongahela Railway: Its History and Operation 1903-1993. With access to over 11,000 glass plate and acetate negatives dating from the early 1900s, along with additional photographs by co-author Terry E. Arbogast, historic maps, timetables, and other documentations, Gratz produced the comprehensive 212-page book, published in 2003. Until August 2008 a location on the Loveridge Secondary was named DAVE after Gratz. The switch sat north of Maidsville and was the start of MN Siding.

Pakistani street vendors operating a pakol shop in Gilgit- Baltistan; the cap is slightly different than Chitrali caps. The earliest documentations of the inhabitants of Kafiristan states that they went about without any headgear. Another source refers to the pakol as the chitrali cap and states that it is only worn in the Bashgul valley as an imported article of clothing because of Bashgul's proximity to Chitral. Pakols must have spread at a quick pace among the locals, now renamed Nuristanis, after and partially as a consequence of the conquest of Kafiristan by Abdul Rahman Khan of Afghanistan.

Echavarria started to produce photography and videos in 1995 that deal with the violence and civil conflicts that have plagued Colombia in the 20th century and still today. His pictures and documentations depict a nation that has become accustomed to the brutality associated with the conflicts between the national army, guerrilla groups, and paramilitaries which started in the 1950s and have continued through the drugs cartels of the 1980s into present day aggression. This seemingly endless and forgotten war becomes a reality to the viewer who is faced with photographs and videos showing death and destruction.

Sylheti Nagri (, Silôṭi Nagri), known in classical manuscripts as Sylhet Nagri amongst many other names (see below), is an endangered writing system of the Brahmic family historically used in areas of Bengal and Assam that were east of the Padma, primarily in the eastern part of the Sylhet region. Literature in the Sylheti Nagri script was mostly common amongst lower class Muslims and has historically been mostly limited to writing puthis and signatures, having no presence in formal documentations. Although in recent times it has lost much ground to the Bengali script, Sylheti Nagri is supposedly beginning to be reintroduced.
Some relevant documentations were recovered from garbage receptacles causing a criminal investigation to be opened and ultimately leading to charges including destruction and covering up of evidence. Fine Air and their ground handling agent Aeromar Airlines plead guilty to several of the charges and were fined approximately $5 million. Fine Air cancelled its IPO the day after the crash, and returned the full amount of the capital raised to investors. It voluntarily grounded its fleet on September 5 as an alternative to having its license revoked by the FAA, but received government approval to resume operations in October 1997.
The first recorded document that mentions the archipelago was Antonio Pigafetta's chronicle Report of the first trip around the world on his narrative record of the journey of a Spanish expedition in search of the Spice Islands published sometimes between 1524-1525. Another notable document was Antonio de Morga's Sucesos de las Islas Filipinas published in 1609 based on the author's personal experience and documentations from eye-witnesses of the survivors of Miguel López de Legazpi's expedition. Documents published are chronicles by the early Spanish explorers and navigators and religious records of Spanish friars of their Catholic mission during the Spanish colonial period.
Innogen is a female character in legendary early British history. She was the wife of Brutus of Troy, the purported first king of Britain who lived in the 12th century BC. According to the legend, prior to his settling in Britain, Brutus overthrew the Greek king Pandrasus and was awarded the hand in marriage of Pandrasus' daughter Innogen. The name Innogen is an evident cognate of Classical Irish inghean (Irish "iníon" and Scottish Gaelic "nighean"), meaning "daughter". Innogen or its equivalent appeared in early Celtic documentations of the legend of Brutus likely to identify her only as being the daughter of Pandrasus, rather than to indicate her proper name.
A modern-era use as a dietary supplement developed in the late 1970s after researchers were isolating lovastatin from Aspergillus and monacolins from Monascus, respectively, the latter being the same fungus used to make red yeast rice. Chemical analysis soon showed that lovastatin and monacolin K were identical. Different strains of Monascus fungus will produce different amounts of monacolins. The 'Went' strain of Monascus purpureus (purpureus = dark red in Latin), when properly fermented and processed, will yield a dried red yeast rice powder that is approximately 0.4% monacolins, of which roughly half will be monacolin K. The two isolations, documentations and patent applications occurred months apart.

Ratnadeep Gopal Adivrekar is an artist whose work defies easy definitions, having experimented with a wide range of styles and subject matter, bringing together metaphors from contradictory or unpredicted sources, both historical and contemporary, by using diverse materials and techniques. In fact Ratnadeep's artistic multiplicity, and his resistance to any form of categorisation, can be seen as the consistent theme in his work. The parts of painting have naturalist approximate based on photographic documentations. When a photograph is painted on canvas, the sense of realness in the images are complicated, while they may retain a high degree of verisimilitude, the loss of its mechanical tie to a specific situation.

The period of transition from NEDC to WLTP has started in 2017 and will end in September 2019. Car manufacturers were required to obtain approval under both WLTP and NEDC for any new vehicle from 1st of September 2017, while WLTP superseded NEDC from September 2018. From that date, measures of fuel consumption and CO2 emissions obtained under WLTP are the only one with legal validity and are to be inserted in official documentations (the Certificate of Conformity). Since the structures of NEDC and WLTP are different, the values obtained can differ one from the other even if the same car is being tested.

The Suhl card reader case deals with the 1956 verdict on Charlotte Marquardt (born 1902 in Berlin, died 1975 in Suhl, East Germany). A court in Eastern Germany had condemned Marquardt, an amateur psychic and cartomancy practitioner, to twelve years' imprisonment. The verdict referred to so called Kriegs- und Boykotthetze, incitement to war and boycott: Marquardt had provided favorable forecasts for families preparing to leave East Germany, and when arrested, was in possession of an astrological handbook including a horoscope with a positive outlook on Western Germany. The judgment has been deemed barbaric and was mentioned several times in documentations about Unrechtsjustiz, systematic injustice in the GDR.
At the start of the 20th century, most of the population were still illiterate, and the many mutually-unintelligible languages spoken (Mandarin, Wu, Yue (Cantonese), Min Nan (Ban-lam-gu), Jin, Xiang, Hakka, Gan, Hui, Ping etc.) in different regions prevented communication with people from other areas. Nevertheless, the written language keeps the communication open and passing the official orders and documentations throughout the entire region of China. Reformers set out to establish a national language, settling on the Beijing-based Mandarin as the spoken form. After the May 4th Movement, Classical Chinese was quickly replaced by written vernacular Chinese, modeled after the vocabulary and grammar of the standard spoken language.
Otto's fundamental views on religion were close to those of Ulrich von Wilamowitz- Moellendorff and Leo Frobenius. Otto was an anti-establishment conservative, held contact with the George-Kreis and understood his own works as part of an attempt to revitalize Europe. The Neue Deutsche Biographie describes his two major works from the Weimar Republic—The Homeric Gods (1929) and Dionysus (1933)—as not only contributions to the study of Greek religion, but also documentations of the religious studies in Germany during the Weimar era and its demise. The German title, Die Götter Griechenlands, was borrowed from Friedrich Schiller's poem "Die Götter Griechenlandes", published in March 1788 in Der Teutsche Merkur.
Antonio de Morga's Sucesos De Las Islas Filipinas has been recognized as a first-hand account of Spanish colonial venture in Asia during the 16th century. The book was first published in Mexico in 1609 and has been re-edited number of times. The Hakluyt Society, a text publication society in 1851 catches its attention and an edition was prepared by H. E. J. Stanley but was only published in 1868. Sucesos De Las Islas Filipinas is based on Antonio de Morga's personal experiences and other documentations from eye-witnesses of the events such as the survivors of Miguel López de Legazpi's Philippine expedition.
Chooks-to-Go donated to the Sisters of Mary School following the conclusion of the event and also made a pledge on the spot to donate the same amount monthly for the continued operations of the educational and charity institution. The total number of registered participants for the Manok ng Bayan-SBP 3x3 event were 3,036 participants breaking the record for the biggest FIBA-sanctioned FIBA-event by participants. The previous holder had 1,898 participants. However this is still to be verified by FIBA with the organizers to send documentations to the world basketball body so the record be confirmed and the Federation Ranking points earned be granted.
He goes on to echo the early critics of (the no longer marginalized) Hilberg, stating that: "it is about time to publish researched testimonies of the victims and survivors [as opposed to those] documentations and books, based solely on German documents."Arno Lustiger (Honorary President of the Zionist Federation of Germany), "Testimony in Remembrance" , The Stockholm International Forum on the Holocaust, 2000. An altogether different argument challenged the view that since the Nazis destroyed massive sets of sensitive documents pertaining to the Holocaust upon the arrival of Soviet and Western Allied troops, no truly comprehensive, verifiable historical reconstruction could be achieved. This, however, argues Hilberg, demonstrates an ignorance as to the structure and scope of the Nazi bureaucracy.

Poorly crafted user-interfaces or poorly written documentations can easily cause such confusion: Some video- editing software applications often ask users to specify an "aspect ratio" for their video file, presenting him or her with the choices of "4:3" and "16:9". Sometimes, these choices may be "PAL 4:3", "NTSC 4:3", "PAL 16:9" and "NTSC 16:9". In such situations, the video editing program is implicitly asking for the pixel aspect ratio of the video file by asking for information about the video system from which the video file originated. The program then uses a table (similar to the one below) to determine the correct pixel aspect ratio value.
In an interview with Susan Uličianska, Piussi notes that she is making “creative documentaries” (that is to say, art films, and not documentations for television): “I make my films as a provocation. The movie has to have humor.... Even in Stoka (the theater she worked with) there was often laughter through tears.” “(A) documentary can only arise when people are open.” Regarding the film “From Fico to Fico” that features the Gorilla protests while attempting to explore their organizational background, she says, “A scene from the film, in which people gathered on the central square trying to debate issues of national defense and economic growth, resembled surreal poetics of the Stoka theater.
Andrew Fletcher of Saltoun is one of the most prominent pre-Union advocates of a Scottish republic, based on agrarian and patriarchal principles. He was a major inspiration to Scottish Enlightenment philosopher Adam Ferguson, whose republican ideals were penned down in An Essay on the History of Civil Society (1767). One of the foremost documentations of modern Scottish republicanism is the Declaration of Calton Hill, proclaimed on 9 October 2004, the same day that queen Elizabeth II opened the new Scottish Parliament Building at Holyrood. In the run-up to the 2014 independence referendum, the Radical Independence Campaign advocated an independent Scottish republic with an elected head of state, instead of the continued union of crowns established with the English monarchy, predating the Acts of Union.
Classical documentations divide Indonesian Muslims between "nominal" Muslims, or abangan, whose lifestyles are more oriented toward non-Islamic cultures, and "orthodox" Muslims, or santri, who adhere to the orthodox Islamic norms. Abangan was considered an indigenous blend of native and Hindu-Buddhist beliefs with Islamic practices sometimes also called Javanism, kejawen, agama Jawa, or kebatinan. On Java, santri was not only referred to a person who was consciously and exclusively Muslim, but it also described persons who had removed themselves from the secular world to concentrate on devotional activities in Islamic schools called pesantren—literally "the place of the santri". The terms and precise nature of this differentiation were in dispute throughout the history, and today it is considered obsolete.

Harris's tenure as Director-General saw the construction of 650 miles of motorways and an expenditure of £2.2 billion on new road construction. Harris was appointed a Knight Commander of the Order of the British Empire in the 1969 Birthday Honours. Harris was the chief British delegate to the Permanent Association of Navigation Congresses (PIANC) from 1969 until 1985 and from 1970 to 1971 was the country's chief delegate to the Permanent Association of Roads Congresses. Harris was a vice-president of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) from 1971 to 1974 and president from November 1974 to November 1975.. PhD was born from a Google Summer of Code project in 2007,list of projects participating in GSoC for PHP where the focus was on developing an application to replace the Docbook-XSL toolchain the PHP project was using to render their documentations. The initial project goal was to work on an application called Livedocs, but after a review of the application it was decided it would be better to start from scratch. One of the primary goals of PhD was to make it easier for the documentation team to make rendering style changes without needing to dig through endless XSLT magic, and is therefore written in PHP - which most people are very familiar with. The other goal was performance.
It is endemic to Atlantic forest in south-eastern Brazil, which has seen heavy rise in deforestation and pollution due to industrialization of the country. From the kinglet calyptura's earliest documentations in the 19th Century and fossil evidence from the early 20th Century, there is no reason to believe that it was not uncommon to encounter the bird in the wild (BirdLife International). For a long time this species was feared to be extinct, with threats to the environment doing little to quell those fears. Projects in the 1970s, including the construction of a bridge connecting the area to Rio de Janeiro, have resulted in high amounts of toxic metals such as lead, zinc and copper in this bird's habitat (Neto, Smith, McAllister).
The temperature was so low that tea would freeze inside a cup if it was not consumed quickly. The couple stayed in the city until at least December 1948, painstakingly photographing, sketching and tracing surviving frescoes. Pictures of the Tsaparang frescoes taken by Li Gotami, still intact, appear in Govinda's The Way of the White Clouds Foundations of Tibetan Mysticism and Tibet in Pictures (co-authored with Li Gotami).Für eine ausführliche Beschreibung der Expedition siehe Lama Anagarika Govinda: Der Weg der weißen Wolken. Zürich 1969 Li Gotami's photos of Tibet in the late 1940s are one of the last significant pictorial documentations of local life before the Chinese occupation of Tibet and the subsequent destruction during the Cultural Revolution.
This was the first time that Wang saw documentations of installation and environmental art, which cast a profound impact on his later style. The "85 New Wave Art Movement" ("85 Xinchao meishu yundong") between 1985 and 1989 was a nationwide avant-garde movement that was stimulated by increasing contact and exchange with the contemporary international art world. In 1985, the National Art Gallery hosted the Rauschenberg Overseas Culture Interchange project, which introduced Wang to the work of Robert Rauschenberg, an artist who had significant impact on emerging avant-garde artists and specifically on the development of installation art in China. The same year, Wang enrolled in a graduate program for oil painting at the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts, now China Academy of Art, in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province; he graduated in 1987.

The U-570 papers included all supporting documentations for the Naval Key M ciphers. Maertens's verdict in his final report had some very worrying conclusions: > We have to accept that the U-570 might have been captured by the enemy > without anything having been destroyed. In these circumstances it cannot be > ruled out that... a large amount of cipher documents are in enemy's hands. > If this is true, the security of our enciphering procedure has been > weakened... Out cipher will have been compromised if, as well as the enemy > capturing the codebooks, our officers, who are now POW's have told the enemy > the keyword, which since June 1941 has been given verbally to the U-boat > commander so that he could alter the printed list of Enigma settings.
Home Return Permit holders also need to obtain an employment authorization from the municipal governments in order to work legally in Mainland China. Those who need to travel to Mainland China urgently but do not have a valid Home Return Permit can apply for a Chinese Exit and Entry Permit, also only through the CTS, in Hong Kong or Macau or at the ports of Luohu and Huanggang. The Exit and Entry Permit is valid for three months and only good for a single trip to Mainland China. Unlike ROC nationals, there is no permit-on-arrival service at other ports of entry for SAR passport holders, and those seeking to enter Mainland China who arrived at a port of entry without acceptable documentations for entering will be denied entry and removed from Mainland China.
Little is known about him, however it is to be noted that he is a friend of Yoshinori Watanabe and during the Kobe earthquake, founded the Yoshitomi Group or Yoshitomi-gumi in association with the Yamaguchi-gumi, Japan's largest yakuza criminal group. According to the documentations from the Yamaguchi-gumi, Yoshitomi Hideaki currently resides in the United States as an overseas operation for the Yamaguchi-gumi. The Yoshitomi-gumi also has befriended local Hmong natives, most notorious is the Menace of Destruction street gang, the current Wakashigara or First Lieutenant is assumed to be of Hmong descent. The Yoshitomi-gumi has ties with the Beltrán-Leyva Cartel and the Los Zetas, also with street gangs such as the Bloods and Latin Kings, because of this alliance, they are rivaled with the Crips and other gangs not affiliated with or compete against their operations.
On his return the artist mailed the original art works to the military families. In early 2011, Juhasz began collaborating with the Joe Bonham Project, started by combat artist and former Marine Michael D. Fay, drawing and painting wounded soldiers and Marines at Bethesda Naval Hospital and McGuire Hospital in Richmond, VA, as part of artistic documentations of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan for the Smithsonian. In July 2011, Juhasz embedded as a combat artist with Major Shane Mendenhall of the 1–52nd Arctic Dustoff, an Army helicopter MEDEVAC unit as well as members of Alpha Company 7–101 from Fort Campbell, Kentucky in Kandahar, Afghanistan, for two weeks, accompanying the medic teams on missions recovering the wounded. In 2013, Juhasz was awarded a gold medal from the Society of illustrators for his 'An American Artist in the Combat Zone' series.
Human Rights Watch's main products are its crisis- directed research and lengthy reports, whereas Amnesty International lobbies and writes detailed reports, but also focuses on mass letter-writing campaigns, adopting individuals as "prisoners of conscience" and lobbying for their release. Human Rights Watch will openly lobby for specific actions for other governments to take against human rights offenders, including naming specific individuals for arrest, or for sanctions to be levied against certain countries, recently calling for punitive sanctions against the top leaders in Sudan who have overseen a killing campaign in Darfur. The group has also called for human rights activists who have been detained in Sudan to be released. Its documentations of human rights abuses often include extensive analyses of the political and historical backgrounds of the conflicts concerned, some of which have been published in academic journals.
One of the best known examples of a player falsifying documentations is Cameroon's international football defender Tobie Mimboe who held several documents during the course of his career that indicated he became younger as time went by. In 1989 Nigeria's youth national teams were banned by FIFA for fielding over-age players in FIFA-organised youth tournaments. The birth dates of three players at the 1988 Olympics were different than the ones used by those players at previous tournaments. The resulting ban lasted for two years and Nigeria was also stripped of its right to host the 1991 FIFA World Youth Championship. South African journalist Thomas Kwenaite uncovered several "age-cheats" representing South Africa who participated in an Under-15 age group tournament hosted in France. The captain of that side was a 24-year-old third-year University student from Port Elizabeth.
The first attested surname of the family in various forms is Ar(i)aniti, which was also used as a personal name. In documents contemporary to its members Araniti is the most prevalent form, from which almost all placenames of the areas of their domains that were named after them derive. Arianiti, a rare form from the first definite documentations of the family in the late 13th and early 14th century to the extinction of its male line in the mid-16th century, became prominent in early modern era works and eventually reached a common surname status in historical discourse. The etymology of the surname is unclear; it may ultimately derive from the Indo-European word arya (noble), derivations of which can be found as placenames, denonyms or ethnonyms in many areas ranging from western Europe to Iran and northern India (cf.
Additionally, many of the comedies of Bud Abbott and Lou Costello feature classic burlesque routines, such as "The Lemon Table," "Crazy House," and "Slowly I Turned/Niagra Falls." Low-budget documentations of extant burlesque shows began with Hollywood Revels (1946), where a regular production was staged in a theater and photographed from a distance. In 1947, film producer W. Merle Connell re-staged the action in a studio, where he could control the camerawork, lighting and sound, providing close-ups and other studio photographic and editorial techniques. His 1951 production French Follies recreates a classic American burlesque presentation. Some figures from the 1950s indicate that burlesque films could cost upwards of $50,000 to produce, but Dan Sonney states that most only cost about $15,000 because they were shot quickly and often done in less than a day.
In the early nineteenth century, there was growing impetus to establish an Australian culture that was separate from its English Colonial beginnings. Common artistic motifs and characters that were represented in Australian realism were the Australian Outback, known simply as "the bush", in its harsh and volatile beauty, the British settlers, the Indigenous Australian, the squatter and the digger- although some of these bordered into a more mythic territory in much of Australia's art scene. A significant portion of Australia's early realism was a rejection of, according to what the Sydney Bulletin called in 1881 a "romantic identity" of the country. Most of the earliest writing in the colony was not literature in the most recent international sense, but rather journals and documentations of expeditions and environments, although literary style and preconceptions entered into the journal writing.
Grau conceived new scientific tools for image science and directed the project "Immersive Art" of the German Research Foundation (DFG) developing the first international Archive for Digital Art (ADA, since 1999), which is being continued at the Danube University Krems as an open source project. Modernization of system of licenses and permits resulted in decrease of number of licenses and permits and simplification of related administrative procedures. Privatization of state property – Starting from 2004, provision of transparent privatization policy was one of the important reforms of the Government of Georgia, that was addressed to denationalization of the remained state property in order to attract foreign investments, increase and develop the private sector and effective use of country's resources. Liberal labour legislation simplified the relations between employers and employees. As a result of the reform, ”Heritage Foundation” and other analytical centers named Georgian Labour Code as one of the most liberal in the world, because it significantly reduced hiring and firing expenses. Georgia offers the most simplified procedures for registration of business, property, for getting different documentations via “One-Stop-Shops”, where the most procedures could be done on-line.
In 1898, and in occasion of the Indian Congress held in conjunction with the Trans-Mississippi and International Exposition, Rinehart was commissioned to photograph the event and the Native American personalities who attended it.see Westward the Empire site, Indian Congress section Together with his assistant Adolph Muhr (who would later be employed by the famous photographer Edward S. Curtis), they produced what is now considered "one of the best photographic documentations of Indian leaders at the turn of the century".excerpted from the Kansas City Area Archivists Tom Southall, former photograph curator at the University of Kansas' Spencer Art Museum, said of the Rinehart collection: Rinehart and Muhr photographed American Indians at the Indian Congress in a studio on the Exposition grounds with an 8 x 10 glass-negative camera with a German lens. Platinum prints were produced to achieve the broad range of tonal values that medium afforded.
That same year, the Ministry of Defence dedicated themselves to clear the armed forces of children. In 1996, the Ministry of defence claimed that all children had been demobilised from the army. However, in 1997 there were 2,134 documentations of children associated with the army and 725 children had an army number. In 1998, 2,893 children were detained as suspects of genocide. Some children were sent to the Gitagata Re-Education Centre for males below 14 years of age. Senegal: Legislation states 18 years as the age to enroll in the army, however the age has risen to 19 years in practice but not in legislation. Seychelles: As of 1998, there has been no evidence of militarization of children in Seychelles. Military service is performed on a voluntary basis, and can only be performed when one has fulfilled one year of National Youth Service, after reaching the age of 16.
Following the completion of the 2014 Little League World Series, which saw Seoul LL from Seoul, South Korea defeat Jackie Robinson West 8-4 in the championship game, Little League launched an investigation into the actions of Jackie Robinson West officials leading up to the start of the tournament. Initially, Little League saw no documentations that would suggest that any of the players on the 2014 Jackie Robinson West team lived outside of the team's district boundaries, which led to Little League initially closing the investigation in December 2014. However, other officials from neighboring Little League organizations began to come forward after the investigation was initially closed, saying that they didn't want to upend the team's championship season. After top Little League officials began to interview the new parties coming forward one by one in January 2015, it was discovered that Jackie Robinson West was competing using a falsified district map which annexed three neighboring leagues into its district area.
Japanese copyright owners appointed Odex to engage Anti-Piracy Solution company, BayTSP, to track illegal downloading activities of Japanese animation in Singapore, using similar method employed by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in the United States. BayTSP took several months to obtain the IP addresses and evidences of illegal download activities of downloaders from Singapore. BayTSP singled out the website AnimeSuki as a major source of the downloads and tracked many of its BitTorrent users. From early 2007 to January 2008, court orders for Pre-Action Discovery with evidence of illegal download activity were issued to various ISPs to request for their subscriber's details. In May 2007, ISP SingNet consented in writing to release details on internet accounts associated with illegal download activity. On 13 August, further documentations are submitted to court and a court order is issued to ISP StarHub, to reveal the identities of account holders linked to illegal download activities.
A three-time recipient of grants from the Pollock-Krasner Foundation as well as the National Endowment for the Arts and British Arts Council, Meneeley staged his first one-person exhibit in New York in 1962. Prior to making his mark the arts community as an artist, Meneeley was best known for his archival photographic record of the works of others, first as a staff photographer of Contemporary Slides and later as owner of Portable Gallery Press and ESM Documentations. His last four decades included several solo and group shows in New York, London, and other major cities including Athens, Edinburgh, Atlanta, and Wilmington, North Carolina. Meneeley cut his teeth in the world of abstract expressionism and the New York School beginning in his early adulthood in the 1950s. It was then when he was flavored by rapport with the likes of Franz Kline and Frank O’Hara through their artistic exchanges at the legendary Cedar Tavern and the Artists' Club.
He published several other documentations, books and academic articles such as, a medieval Welsh law book, another law book, Jesus College LVII (1957), The Laws of Hywel Dda (1954), Welsh Administrative and Territorial Units (1969) as well as editing an English and Welsh an Atlas of Anglesey in 1972. Not only did these important articles explain the significance of place-names, they lay out the methodology and scholarly standards in a hazardous area of academic study. Some of his research and work brought him international recognition. For example, 'his contributions to the Batsford The names of towns and cities in Britain (1970), as a member of the council of the English Place-Name Society, a member of the International Committee on Onomastic Sciences and chairman of the Council for Name Studies of Great Britain and Ireland...' Melville Richard planned to publish volumes but did not succeed, yet his archive of 300,000 slips have been edited and is available online (transcribed in English and Welsh).

Windows Live Developer Center, which contains libraries, code samples, documentations, downloads, and forums for Live Connect Live Connect (previously Messenger Connect, Live Services and Windows Live Dev) is a collection of APIs and common controls that allow developers to have a deeper control and offers access to the core Windows Live services and data through open and easily accessible application programming interfaces (APIs). At MIX07, Microsoft's Senior Architect Danny Thorpe described: Live Connect is built on standard web technologies such as OAuth 2.0, Representational State Transfer (REST), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON), and is designed to work with any technology or device including ASP.NET, Microsoft Silverlight (in-browser and out-of-browser models), Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Adobe Flash, PHP, and Java. Live Connect was released on June 24, 2010 as part of Windows Live's "Wave 4" release (known then as Messenger Connect), and unites previously separate APIs of Windows Live (Windows Live ID, Windows Live Contacts, Windows Live Messenger Web Toolkit, and others) into a single API that is based on industry standards and specifications.
The ongoing Drawing Restraint series began in 1987 as a series of studio experiments, drawing upon an athletic model of development in which growth occurs only through restraint: the muscle encounters resistance, becomes engorged and is broken down, and in healing becomes stronger. In literally restraining the body while attempting to make a drawing, Drawing Restraint 1–6 (1987–89) were documentations made using video and photography. Drawing Restraint 7 marks the influx of narrative and characterization, resulting in a three channel video and a series of drawings and photographs, for which Barney was awarded the Aperto Prize in the 1993 Venice Biennale. A series of ten vitrines containing drawings, Drawing Restraint 8 was included in the 2003 Venice Biennale and prefigured the narrative development for Drawing Restraint 9 (2005). A major project consisting of a feature-length film and soundtrack composed by Björk, large-scale sculptures, photographs and drawings, Drawing Restraint 9 was built upon themes such as the Shinto religion, the tea ceremony, the history of whaling, and the supplantation of blubber with refined petroleum for oil.
Rumbledy-Hump, which is filmed in the Planet Express building and performed by Leela and the crew, quickly develops into a successful franchise. After her show wins at the Young People's Choice Awards, she becomes an egomaniac and starts to look down on her coworkers. She takes the Planet Express ship to her "quiet place" to write more episodes, but Bender, having stowed away to make out with a fembot from the awards ceremony, is aghast when he sees what Leela is doing: the "quiet place" is actually an unknown planet inhabited by the Rumbledy-Hump characters — "the Humplings" — who are real, and Leela's scripts are revealed to be word- for-word documentations of the Humplings' daily activities. Despite agreeing to give Bender half of the show's earnings in exchange for keeping the secret, Leela becomes wracked with guilt over exploiting the Humplings for profit, especially when the Cookieville orphans visit the building during filming and one of them, Sally, draws a picture of her own characters to thank Leela for inspiring her.
He is of the view that some weapons systems used in the conflict had some sort of DIME component to reduce the effect on the ground. Colonel Lane explained that the idea behind a Focused Lethality Munition (FLM), which is an example of a DIME munition, is that the fragments produced stay within a safety radius of about 6 meters, so anybody outside that radius is safe, while those within the area of dispersal will be affected severely. He commented on the documentations where medics described unusual amputations saying that he was no medical expert, but the use of a metal like tungsten and cobalt at short distances would likely have that effect. The Goldstone Report wrote that the Mission found that the allegations that DIME weapons were used by Israeli armed forces required further clarification and they were unable to ascertain their usage, though it received reports from Palestinian and foreign doctors who had operated in Gaza during the military operations of a high percentage of patients with injuries compatible with their impact.
One of the earliest known visual documentations of a bikini, from the Ancient Roman Villa Romana del Casale Artwork dating back to the Diocletian period (286-305 AD) in Villa Romana del Casale, Sicily, excavated by Gino Vinicio Gentili in 1950–60, depicts women in garments resembling bikinis in mosaics on the floor.Villa Romana del Casale, Val di Noto The images of ten women, dubbed the "Bikini Girls",Allen Guttmann, Women's Sports: A History, page 38, Columbia University Press, 1991, exercising in clothing that would pass as bikinis today, are the most replicated mosaic among the 37 million colored tiles at the site.Villa Romana del Casale , World Heritage Sites In the artwork "Coronation of the Winner" done in floor mosaic in the Chamber of the Ten Maidens (Sala delle Dieci Ragazze in ItalianDarwin Porter & Danforth Prince, Frommer's Sicily, page 272, Frommer's, 2007, ) the bikini girls are depicted weight-lifting, discus throwing, and running. While a professor of geography at the University of Bordeaux, Enjalbert completed his work Les Grands Vins de St-Emilion, Pomerol et Fronsac which included an extensive history account of the Pomerol wine region derived from the memoirs of estate owners as well as official reports and the documentations from notaries. On item that was noted was the early presence of Cabernet franc and Malbec in Pomerol in the mid 18th century at Château Trochau (now Château Haut Tropchaud) when the grapes were known under the synonyms Bouchet and Noir de Pressac as well as a Cabernet vine that may be an early mention of Cabernet Sauvignon in Bordeaux on the Right Bank long before it would establish itself in the Left Bank estates of the Médoc and Graves. Enjalbert also discovered that white wine grapes were prevalent throughout the Pomerol region in the mid-18th century but were just then started to be pulled out in favor of red grape varieties. His work also included the early history of the Pomerol estates Château Pétrus, Château Trotanoy, Château La Conseillante, Château Nenin, Vieux Château Certan, Château Gazin and Château Beauregard.
