Pandora's Box referred to a group assembled by Steinman, including, officially, four female singers and Steinman himself. The official four female singers were Ellen Foley, Elaine Caswell, Gina Taylor and Deliria Wilde (with Holly Sherwood doing lead vocals on "Good Girls Go to Heaven"). Gina Taylor, who also uses the names Gina Taylor-Pickens and Gina Taylor Pickens, was in the group Musique, including the 1978 hit single "In The Bush". There have been conflicting reports about whether or not Deliria Wilde existed.

Deliria: Faerie Tales for a New Millennium is an "interactive urban fantasy setting" created by Phil Brucato. The title refers to an altered state of awareness in which several levels of reality can be perceived at once, to both good and ill effect. The core concept behind Deliria is one of "ordinary people in an extraordinary world." Inspired by classical fairy tales and urban fantasy, the setting presents a multicultural world in which magic is always present but often invisible.

Some sources credit the film's original title as L'ossessione che uccide whereas the script located at the BiFi (Bibliothèque du film) in Paris is titled Deliria and is credited to Corti and Piccioni and dated from 1976. The Deliria script is generally identical to the script used in Murder Obsession with only a few characters named changed. According to Riccardo Freda's daughter Jacqueline Freda, her father took on the script to re-enter the film market and to find room and potential financing for a project based on Francesco Baracca. Murder Obsession was an Italian and French co-production, with the Italian producer Enzo Boetani and his company Dinoysio Cinematografica.

The album credits two more artists with lead vocals on songs: Laura Theodore and Holly Sherwood. Additionally, backing vocals were performed by Rory Dodd, Eric Troyer and Todd Rundgren. For the track, Roy Bittan performed on the grand piano, with Steinman and Jeff Bova on keyboards. Guitars were by Eddie Martinez, with Steve Buslowe on bass guitar and Jimmy Bralower on drums. Todd Rundgren arranged the background vocals, which were performed by Ellen Foley, Gina Taylor, and Deliria Wilde. The song was released as a single in the United Kingdom during October 1989, but only reached No. 51 in the singles charts.

In 2016 the fourth album is released titled "Deliria".

Lena slowly begins to fall in love with Julian as he begins to tell more about his abusive father, his real thoughts kn the disease, and why he really joined the DFA.

It is a parody of the old literary technique of the false document found by chance, probably influenced by the fact that, in real life, de la Iglesia writes his film scripts on a laptop computer, which he has lost at least twice. According to this introduction, the rest of the fifteen chapters are Juan Carlos Satrústegui's autobiographical tale. Satrústegui considers himself a genius, superior to all those he comes across. But the reader soon realises his psychic problems (obsessions, deliria, paranoia, lack of empathy) become worse due to the drugs he uses in fiestas, the want of slept and the beatings he earns when dealing with the lumpen.
