An LAPD officer said he'd seen Hernandez multiple times around the same location, but that "she'd always evaded [the police]," according to an email exchange seen by Cunnings.

According to California attorney Jordan Cunnings, who is representing Hernandez pro bono, Hernandez was visiting a friend's house when LAPD officers arrived to serve a gang-related robbery warrant.

In early March, according to Cunnings, the prosecuting attorney for DHS reached out to the LAPD about the raid, to ask if they had any information about whether or not Hernandez was a "runner" for the gang.

The LAPD has subsequently told Cunnings and another attorney that the officer's statements were purely speculative, according to an affidavit seen by VICE, and that they had no record of Hernandez being involved in any gang activity or listed on any gang databases.

SH 7 passes intersections with FM 2608 in James and FM 3082, arriving on the outskirts of Joaquin. After passing an intersection with FM 139 and Cunnings Street, SH 7 ends at an intersection with US 84 at a Picnic Area outside town. The highway continues northeast as US 84 across the Sabine River into Logansport, Louisiana.

When Team Bartowski catches the Viper, Beckman and Decker tell her that the hit is off. In "Chuck Versus the Curse", Beckman calls the team to officially condemn them for treason with the death of Decker and stealing the Omen virus, when she was tapping a Morse code for the team to flee. She later rendezvoused with Casey at an abandoned bar, as well as sending an agent to escort the Woodcombs. Unfortunately, the Woodcombs assumed Beckman's agent was hostile and fled, only to be captured by rogue agent Robyn Cunnings.
