Cubage is an unincorporated community located in Bell County, Kentucky, United States. The approximate elevation of Cubage is 1,178 feet (359 meters). Their post office closed in 1989. According to tradition, someone carved "cub bear killed here" onto a beech tree.

The CDP was named for Ed Cubage and Roy Miller, who platted the place.

Cub Beech, as it was then known, was corrupted into Cubage. A post office was established in 1879.

Kentucky Route 217 is a rural secondary highway in eastern Bell County. The highway begins at KY 988 west of Hutch. KY 217 heads east through the valley of Clear Fork, where the highway passes through Hutch and meets the south end of KY 1344. The highway follows the creek to its headwaters then heads north and descends to the valley of Cubage Creek, which the route follows to its terminus at KY 987 northwest of Cubage.

The balustrade enframing the roof of the central building has magnificent vases on the posts which smooth passage from frieze and cornice to the belvedere topping off the central cubage. The belvedere is not such static form as a pediment, and emphasizes the ascent of the whole arrangement, augmenting the Pashkov House building.

Sergeant Judson Smith was sentenced to three years hard labour and a dishonorable discharge and other enlisted men received prison sentences of lesser length. Lieutenant Granville Cubage, accused of ordering the punishments, pleaded that he was following orders from superior officers; he was fined $250 and reprimanded. In September 1946, at a court martial convened at Bad Nauheim, Germany, Lobuono was officially reprimanded and fined $250 (approximately one month's pay), and Kilian was reprimanded and fined $500.

These farms produce world-famous 'Kesar/saffron' mango -best in test and flavor among all species of mangos. The farmers of Shapur take three crops per year that keeps farms green and live around the year. Farmers produces fruits, vegetables and flowers like mango, chiku, banana, sitafal, coconut, watermelon, cantaloupe, pupnus, grapes, egg-plants (bringers) peppers, cubage, cucumber, zucchini, turia, tomato, potato, cilantro, lemon, wheat, peanut (ground nut), beans, cotton, castrol, and spices are common produces of the area. Because of the big production of fruits, vegetables and grains; the local farmers/vendors get opportunity to do business with cities like Junagadh, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Surat and up to Mumbai.
