Throughout the series, an ensemble of characters is repeatedly manipulated by and put in harm's way by the greedy, unscrupulous, megacorporation Weyland-Yutani Corp which seeks to capture the Aliens for bio-weaponization purposes.
As she needs money to fund the journey, she signs up with Kuiper Enterprises for a job on the decrepit cargo ship Kassandra, heading for an eight-year flight to unmanned Station #42 and back. The crew consists of five members: Captain Lacroix (Pierre Semmler), Lindbergh (Regula Grauwiller), Yoshida (Yangzom Brauen), Prokoff (Claude-Oliver Rudolph), and Vespucci (Michael Finger). Crew members spend most of the fully automated flight in deep cryosleep while one person stays awake in 8½ month shifts to monitor the ship. Due to the current terrorist threat from the radical Neo-Luddite group ' ("Machine Strikers"), there is also an additional security guard aboard: Samuel Decker (Martin Rapold).

The cyborg's job is to take the book to a group of aliens and he spends good time studying it as he prepares for the journey. As he goes in cryosleep, an alien lady appears in the ship, and the priest's spirit awakens the cyborg, and he is able to stop the alien lady from defacing the book. A representative of the aliens whom the book is being delivered to calls, and tells how dangerous this lady is, and the cyborg is to kill her by depressurizing the ship - sacrificing himself in the process to save millions of lives. The priest's spirit notes too late that, as the cyborg is about to die, he has made the wrong choice again.

With the crew, colonists, and embryos at his mercy, David contacts Weyland-Yutani back on Earth, stating that while the majority of the crew was killed in the neutrino blast, they would be continuing on towards Origae-6.

At the last moment when she tried to pull the trigger to her rifle, she somehow and rarely regained her human emotions, and refused to kill Fox.
The backstory of the game begins in the year 2027, with the discovery of a neutron star on a collision course for Earth's Solar System. Human civilization had 498 years to develop a plan to leave Earth and find new planets to inhabit, and after centuries of research and development, several Arkships (extremely large and resilient space-faring vehicles) were built to carry millions of passengers in cryosleep to the farthest reaches of the Milky Way Galaxy. During the year 2510 the first Arkships began to flee the Earth heading towards different areas of the galaxy. As the Arkships traveled on their way to their final destinations, the neutron star discovered in the year 2027 destroyed Earth's solar system and all the planets within.
Set in the future, players control members of the Tenno, a race of ancient warriors who have awoken from a century-long cryosleep as they return from a stellar system known as the Tau system after being driven back centuries ago in an ancient war. In the Solar system, they find themselves at war with the Grineer, a matriarchal race of militarized and deteriorated human clones built upon metal, blood, and war; the Corpus, a mega-corporation with advanced robotics and laser technology built upon profit; the Infested, disfigured victims of the Technocyte virus; and the Sentients, a race of self-replicating machines made by a long-dead transhuman race known as the Orokin. The Lotus guides the Tenno through difficult situations, as well as gives hints which help the player defeat enemies. To fight back, the Tenno use bio-mechanical suits, the eponymous Warframes, to channel their unique abilities.
She realizes that there are other life forms in cryostasis on the Eligius IV prison ship and decides to stay behind and lies about an escape pod so that Bellamy will not argue with her when she stays behind on Eligius IV. After returning to Earth, she forms a romantic relationship with the Eligius pilot Miles Shaw. Throughout the season, Raven is employed as a pilot by both her friends and the Eligius prisoners with their clashing priorities putting Raven and her friends at odds with Clarke. At the end of the season, as the one inhabitable valley left is destroyed, Raven and Shaw fly the survivors back to Eligius IV. In the sixth season, Raven loses Shaw soon after landing on the new world, Sanctum, and becomes bitter and angry towards Clarke and Abby for their various decisions. When the Lee family from Sanctum seizes control of Eligius IV, Raven awakens Charmaine Diyoza from cryosleep and retakes the ship with her and Madi's help, leading to the deaths of all but one of the hijackers.
