In 2000, Keshet was one of the founders of the Ahoti – for Women in Israel movement (known as Ahoti ([my] sister)), and has headed it ever since. The movement is an aggregation of social justice initiatives of various types, all of which center on marginalized women. Projects led by Keshet include: Ahoti House: Keshet is the conceiver and founder Ahoti House – a cultural and community center for the Ahoti movement and for residents of South Tel Aviv neighborhoods.
