Sharad Kumar Dixit was born in Pandharpur, Wardha district, in the Western Indian state of Maharashtra on 13 December 1930, as one among the six children of a post master. His initial choice was to study science for which he enrolled at Nizam College, Hyderabad, but discontinued the course to pursue studies in medicine at Nagpur after which he served in Indian Army for a short while. The same approach has been used to empower users with control over active web content in the form of a client-side Wiki. Scenes of the Village were filmed in the grounds of Clough Williams-Ellis's Italianate Portmeirion, a resort near Penrhyndeudraeth in north Wales. The Devon Valley Railway was incorporated on 23 July 1858 to build a line from the Stirling and Dunfermline Railway station at Tillicoultry to Hopefield (Kinross); the authorised capital was £90,000. A further act of 1 August 1861 authorised several deviations, and then an Act of 1863 brought about a £10,000 reduction of capital. The Scottish Central Railway and the Edinburgh and Glasgow Railway each had powers to contribute £30,000 to the share subscription, but on 4 August 1858 both those companies declared a change of mind. Nonetheless by 1864 the NBR contributed £40,000 fearing an incursion into Fife by the rival Caledonian Railway. The first sod was cut on 4 August 1860, but then nothing much was done as it proved difficult to raise the money. Eventually on 1 May 1863 the 6 1/2 mile section between Kinross and Rumbling Bridge was opened.

In the sequel, Anime News Network found her to be different from her original Psycho-Pass traits, citing her mistreatment of Enforcers such as Nobuchika Ginoza, and also speculated that the character might have a crush on Yayoi Kunizuka, as Shimotsuki tends to favor her instead. Kotaku enjoyed how different Shimotsuki's characterization was from Tsunemori's, as the two characters act in opposite ways when learning of the nature of the Sybil System, and observed that Shimotsuki "is still able to force herself to follow a device completely made up of criminal minds—able to convince herself that it is a perfectly wonderful idea that makes total sense despite the obvious contradictions". Anime News Network panned Shimotsuki as an unlikable supporting character, saying that she remains the same regardless of undergoing major change of mind in the narrative.

The main road into Somaliland from Djibouti was commanded by hills with six passes good enough for wheeled vehicles; both sides agreed that they must be garrisoned to deny them to the Italians and provide a base for debouching when an Allied counter-offensive began. In December 1939, the British had another change of mind, ordering that an invasion must be resisted and that Berbera must be held for as long as possible as a matter of imperial prestige. The commitments entered into with the French, had led to them to go to the trouble and expense of fortifying their colony; because of dissension between Legentilhomme and Paris and within the British and French alliance, the passes at Jirreh and Dobo, parallel to the border, were left unfortified, despite having permission to base defences in the British colony. In 1940, the 631 members of the Somaliland Camel Corps (SCC) were based in five places in the colony and a small party of police worked at Berbera.

In a bizarre change of mind the line judge then corrected his call; Robertson then made his own protest to no avail and the Chinese won back the serve. They pulled back two points to make it 8-10 but after a couple more exchanges of serves the British had set point at 14-10. However they couldn't immediately capitalise on this and Zhang and Gao pulled back to 12-14 but on their next serve the Chinese hit the return long to give Robertson and Emms the set and tie the match at 1-1. The start of the third set saw the Chinese power their way to an early 3-0 lead and after an exchange of serves the British this time got a close line call in their favour to regain the serve and register a point. Again the service changed hands a couple of times but Robertson and Emms then took a 5-3 lead and on their next set of serves extended this to 7-3 with the Chinese trying every time-wasting trick in the book.

Kendricks' solo career began slowly; he endured two years of singles that missed the Top 40, while The Temptations continued with their string of Norman Whitfield-helmed hits (one of which, "Superstar (Remember How You Got Where You Are)", was written as a jab towards Kendricks and Ruffin). Despite enjoying only a modicum of commercial success and radio airplay, Kendricks's 1972 album People... Hold On (recorded with his touring group, The Young Senators, composed of Jimi Dougans, Frank Hooker, LeRoy Fleming, Wornell Jones, David Lecraft, James Drummer Johnson and John Engram) was a cornerstone of DJ playlists in downtown New York's nascent disco scene. The expansive, eight-minute take on "Girl, You Need A Change Of Mind", which peaked at number thirteen on the soul chart, was a particular favorite at David Mancuso's Loft. The single was later remade by R&B; singer D'Angelo for the Get on the Bus soundtrack. As the dance craze seeped through into other cities, Kendricks scored a #1 pop hit in 1973 with the Frank Wilson-produced "Keep on Truckin'", becoming the only member of the Temptations to register a #1 hit in the U.S. as a solo artist.

Hitler, seriously worried about the Balkans and in conflict with the Italian leadership and Mussolini himself because of collaboration agreements between the Italian and local partisan forces, decided to send the 1st Panzer Division to the Peloponnese and even considered the possibility of sending to Italy his three elite Waffen-SS armored divisions, currently deployed on the Eastern Front for Operation Citadel. On 17 June Mussolini, after a partial refusal, urgently asked for two German armoured divisions, as a reinforcement to confront the powerful Allied forces. After more arguments caused by another change of mind by Mussolini and by a proposal by General Vittorio Ambrosio, the Chief of Staff of the Italian armed forces, to turn down German reinforcements and to move to Italy the Italian troops deployed in France and the Balkans, the ever-deteriorating situation (during Operation Corkscrew, Pantelleria had surrendered without resistance on 11 June) induced Hitler to send three more German divisions: the 3rd Panzergrenadier Division, the 29th Panzergrenadier Division (both newly reconstituted in France after their destruction at Stalingrad), and the 26th Panzer Division. The last of them was deployed at Salerno on 9 July.

Another German diplomatic historian, Wolfgang Michalka argued that there was a fourth alternative to the Nazi foreign policy programme, and that was Ribbentrop's concept of a Euro- Asiatic bloc comprising the four totalitarian states of Germany, the Soviet Union, Italy and Japan. Unlike the other factions, Ribbentrop's foreign policy programme was the only one that Hitler allowed to be executed during the years 1939–41, though it was more due to the temporary bankruptcy of Hitler's own foreign policy programme that he had laid down in Mein Kampf and Zweites Buch following the failure to achieve an alliance with Britain, than to a genuine change of mind. Ribbentrop's foreign policy conceptions differed from Hitler's in that Ribbentrop's concept of international relations owed more to the traditional Wilhelmine Machtpolitik than to Hitler's racist and Social Darwinist vision of different "races" locked in a merciless and endless struggle over Lebensraum. The different foreign-policy conceptions held by Hitler and Ribbentrop were illustrated in their reaction to the Fall of Singapore in 1942: Ribbentrop wanted this great British defeat to be a day of celebration in Germany, whereas Hitler forbade any celebrations on the grounds that Singapore represented a sad day for the principles of white supremacy.

Commissioners had a change of mind, however, apparently based on the inconvenience of overseeing a farm at a distance from the courthouse. The Morgan group protested the action, and January 2, 1900, the case went to court. District Judge B.F. Weber at New Ulm ruled for the county April 20. According to the Redwood County Historical Society (2008) the board had taken possession of the land on May 1, 1899 and planted grain instead of building a poor farm. It can be observed by reading the Redwood County Commissioner’s financial expenses in the meeting minutes, that during the time without a poor farm those in need were either provided from in their own homes or in the homes of others in the community. For example the following lines appear in the July 8, 1907 proceedings. The following bills were paid in full: William Hemminger, Three months care and board of Peter Hemminger $30.00 A.L.A. Graves, House rent for E.J. Bunce for July 10.00 W.T. Wilcox, Wood for Green and Birum 3.50 However, it was at this meeting in 1907 that the board passed a resolution by unanimous vote to purchase land to build a new home for the county poor.
