The Basílica de Nuestra Señora de la Consolación is located in Táriba, Venezuela. The Augustinian church of Our Mother of Consolation in the Shiroyama district of Nagasaki is also named in her honor.

In December 2010, the band reunited again for a Massey Hall sold out show plus two nights at Lee's Palace in Toronto to celebrate the release of a new remastered edition of Shakespeare My Butt on Pheromone Recordings. They also announced plans for a tour in 2011 to mark the 20th anniversary of the album. On December 6, 2011, the band performed a surprise set at the 30th anniversary party for The Only, the pub that inspired the song "Just About 'The Only' Blues" on their first album. The Lowest of the Low made plans to record their fourth album in the fall of 2013, although the departure of founding member Stephen Stanley halted these plans.

Eventually English Dogs became a three-piece with the line up of Gizz Butt on lead vocals and guitar, Pinch on drums and backing vocals, and Swapan Shop Nandi on bass and backing vocals. They released the 16-track crossover album, All the World's a Rage, also on Impact records, and toured the UK, Germany, Austria and Switzerland many times. In 1996 the English Dogs played their last shows as Pinch, Gizz and Shop were soon to re-emerge as Janus Stark. An English Dogs and GBH union resulted in Wakey and Pinch creating The Wernt with GBH members guitarist Jock Blyth and bassist Ross Lomas for a 1997 album 'Wreckin' Temples'.

Tom chases Jerry outside of the car and onto the roof, but he falls off onto the front of the car when he blocks his owner's view. The mad owner stops the car by slamming on the brakes, causing Tom to fly off and skid his bottom on the road. Tom sees his butt on fire from the skidding and jumps into a nearby lake to put out the fire, evaporating the water in the process. Tom runs back into the car, but his owner, having had enough of Tom's recklessness, grabs Tom by his neck and straps him on the passenger seat very tightly with a seat belt to keep him out of trouble.

Nixon Face The Issues" (b/w "Touzie's Blues"), but it was not a hit. The ad hoc "group" also recorded a full self-titled album, which included the hit single, "interviews" with such figures as Lyndon B. Johnson and Ramsey Clark, as well as a cover of the Frank Sinatra hit "My Way", sung in Sidney's lisping voice.

Homer is invited to speak his mind on a popular cable news show called Head Butt, on which host Nash Castor and commentator Adriatica Vel Johnson argue that he will soon be forgotten. However, Homer makes a convincing rant in which he tells the viewers that unlike television blowhards such as Nash and Adriatica, he speaks for the common man. When the show is over, the cable network executives give Homer his own television show called Gut Check with Homer Simpson, where he provides a mix of populist and conservative ideas. During one episode, he pours "gravy of freedom" over a steak shaped like America, using the gravy as a metaphor for the things that make the country great.

Following the Christmas break, the Cardiff Blues recorded an away 12–16 victory over Gloucester despite being reduced to 14 men after Tom James was sent-off for a head butt on Gloucester hooker Olivier Azam. The final round of pool games saw the Cardiff Blues face Calvisano at home. A bonus point 62–20 win ensured that the Cardiff Blues remained the only unbeaten team in the pool stages of the 2008–09 Heineken Cup with the Cardiff Blues claiming the top seed and a home quarter-final. On March 12, 2009, Entity Paradigm announced its official return by performing for first time in over four years. The performance was held at LUMS and was attended by an enthusiastic audience. Without Xulfi and Sajjad A. Khan, the current formation of the band includes Fawad Khan on rhythm guitar and vocals, and Ahmed Ali Butt on keyboards and vocals, Hassan Khalid on bass, Salman Albert on lead guitars, and Waqar Khan on drums. Unfortunately, the reunion did not make big news in the press and media. The Camp Lena tract remained in Hoskins's family until 1913, when it was sold. Although timber sales in 1956 resulted in some logging that was condemned by the Sierra Club, the Hercules Tree and various other large redwoods in the immediate vicinity were exempted. The Hercules Tree was protected for all time in 1977 when the Camp Lena tract was purchased by the State of California and incorporated into the Mountain Home State Demonstration Forest. A fire started by a cigarette butt on 4 September 1984 did cause some damage to the tree, and the door and Hoskin's name plate have since been stolen, but otherwise the tree is still standing, and the room can still be entered and enjoyed by all.

The right hand turns quickly in a repetitive, counter-clockwise motion, where the butt end hits first and the tip hits immediately after the butt on its way down. The left-handed doubles are placed in between the right hand notes. The left hand technique does not need to change (traditional or match grip may be used for the left hand), although it is often useful to play the left hand farther back from the center of the drum in order to leave room for the right hand, otherwise the right hand stick often hits the left hand stick. Combat units also see more group punishments, where if one soldier makes a mistake, the entire platoon suffers; although non-combat units also sometimes see this punishment. Training soldiers may avoid certain tasks or punishments with proper documents from doctors and specialists, if they see fit that the process would harm their health condition. Also popular are so called "creative" punishments which consist of different tasks or instructions which are usually directly related to the infraction made- for example if a recruit throws a cigarette butt on the floor they could be made to collect a set quantity of cigarette butts, if a recruit leaves gear behind they could be made to carry extra gear on them, etc.

He won the fight via technical decision after an accidental head butt. On August 10, 2017, it as announced that Ford would be facing British fighter WBO European Light Heavyweight Champion Anthony Yarde on September 16, 2017 for the vacant WBO Intercontinental Light Heavyweight Championship.

Many older pubs in the city retain decorative reminders of the breweries to which they were tied. Examples of Tamplins Brewery pubs include the Jolly Brewer on Ditchling Road (mosaic panelling and etched windows), the Dyke Tavern in Prestonville (several etched windows, some with gold inlay), the Victory in The Lanes (a green tiled façade with tiled lettering and etched windows), the Seafield in Hove (lettered ironwork) and the former Free Butt on Phoenix Place (an inscribed stone panel), which was the brewery tap. The Connaught in Hove (1880) has a large panel advertising the Longhurst Brewery. Many Portsmouth & Brighton United Breweries pubs have green tiled façades and leadlights, including the Horse and Groom (Hanover), the Long Man of Wilmington (Patcham), the Montreal Arms (Carlton Hill) and the Heart and Hand (North Laine). Among nightclubs and similar venues, the building at 11 Dyke Road (latterly the New Hero club) stands out because of its elaborate French/Flemish Gothic Revival architecture. It was built as a school in 1867 to the design of local architect George Somers Leigh Clarke.

Ligi Ndogo players with former President Mwai Kibaki at State House in 2005 The senior football team was formed in 2005 with the initiative of current academy director and former senior team coach, Ibrahim Mbikalo, and club chairman Chris Amimo at the insistence of players Karim Rersa, Mohamed Junaid and Azim Butt. On arrival from a tour of the United Kingdom, the team members found themselves overage and with no category to fill in since the youth academy could only accommodate those below fourteen years of age. Under the guidance of Mbikalo, Ligi Ndogo gained their first honours by winning the Private Secondary Schools' League in 2005. They played in the Kiko Cup towards the end of the year, crashing out through a 3–2 loss to Kibera Combined on spot kicks. The team entered the second division of the Nationwide League in 2006, afterwards gaining promotion to the first division. The original team that was formed during the 2005 season included Junaid, Rersa, Butt and several other players.

Butt on the sidelines at Old Trafford in March 2004 Born in Gorton, Manchester, Butt began his career at Manchester United as an important part of their youth team before turning professional in 1993. He made his first-team debut in the 1992–93 season as a substitute against Oldham Athletic in a 3–0 Premier League win on 21 November 1992, but did not get his big break in the team until the 1994–95 season, often covering for Roy Keane in the event of injuries and suspension. One of his first appearances for the first team came in the FA Cup semi-final on 10 April 1994, also against Oldham as a substitute, this time in a 1–1 draw at Wembley Stadium. United won the replay 4–1 at Maine Road but he was not included in the squad. 1994–95 saw Butt play 35 games in all competitions, scoring one goal and featuring in the starting eleven for the FA Cup final, which United lost to Everton.

According to Quincy Jones in an interview that was featured in the 2001 special edition of Bad, Jackson wanted to include "Streetwalker" instead of "Another Part of Me". However, as Quincy Jones said “ Michael liked ‘Streetwalker’, and I wanted to do ‘Another Part of Me’…he wrote both of them, so it didn’t make any difference to him….we were going to listen to them, the three of us, objectively and decide which one was gonna get picked. And so [Manager Frank] DiLeo was sitting down when ‘Streetwalker’ was on, and when “Another Part Of Me” came on, he got up with his fat ass, you know, and started [dancing]. I said, ‘You’re not helping Michael at all!’ It was so funny – Michael had a funny name for him, like, ‘Rubber…what are you doin’ man, you just blew my whole case here!’ So DiLeo helped me get ‘Another Part’ cause he started shaking his butt on it” and ‘Another Part of Me’ featured instead. "Streetwalker" was later released on the 2001 special edition and the second disc of 25th anniversary re-issue.

The ArmaLite brand was purchased in 1996 by Eagle Arms, a U.S. small arms manufacturer, who adopted the ArmaLite brand for their company. An updated model of the AR-180 was introduced in 2001 as the AR-180B, with a molded polymer lower receiver replacing the stamped steel original. The new lower receiver is combined with the buttstock, which is fixed on the AR-180B, instead of the side-folding butt on the original AR-18 and AR-180. Other AR-180B changes include the use of standard AR-15 trigger group and rear sight parts, a straight cocking handle replacing the earlier cranked style and the deletion of the original AR-18/180 spring-loaded dust cover for the cocking handle slot. The AR-15 magazine release is also used, in contrast to the original AR-18 which had a different magazine release and corresponding slot in the body of the magazine, meaning AR-15 magazines needed a new slot cut to fit properly in the AR-18. As a result, the AR-180B uses standard AR-15/M16 magazines. An AR-180B version with a Picatinny rail was planned for production. In 2007 the AR-180B was discontinued due to poor sales. There are aftermarket parts to improve the AR-180B.

Charles Gavan Duffy Mitchel accepted Duffy's invitation to join the staff of The Nation, in the autumn of 1845. He discarded his profession, and brought his wife and children to live in Dublin, first, for a short time at, George's Place; then at 1 Heathfield, Upper Leeson Street, and finally at 8 Ontario Terrace, Rathmines, where he was arrested in 1848. For the next two years Mitchel wrote both political and historical articles and reviews for The Nation. He covered a wide range of subjects, including the Famine, on which he contributed some influential articles which attracted significant attention. On 25 October 1845 he wrote on "The People's Food", pointing to the failure of the potato crop, and warning landlords that pursuing their tenants for rents would force them to sell their other crops and starve.The Nation newspaper, 1845 He reviewed Curran's Speeches, Carlyle's Life of Cromwell, a pamphlet by Isaac Butt on The Protection of Home Industry, The Age of Pitt and Fox, and later on The Poets and Dramatists of Ireland, edited by Denis Florence MacCarthy (4 April 1846); The Industrial History of Free Nations, by Torrens McCullagh, and Father Meehan's The Confederation of Kilkenny (8 August 1846).
