Longo says he strangled his wife to death in a blind rage. He says he thought his other daughter was dead at first, but then realized she was still breathing and strangled her as well because she was all but dead.
In the anime Hoozuki no Reitetsu, the rabbit is one of the best torturers in Hell, who goes into a blind rage when someone says the word tanuki/racoon. In the comedic anime Heya Camp, the main characters visit Mt. Kachi Kachi and relate the tale while riding the ropeway. They incorrectly recall the details however, mixing in portions of the fable The Tortoise and the Hare as well as leaving out the grim tone of the original, including stating “they all lived happily ever after”. All this serves to confuse the others sightseers in the cable car with them.
The story resumes soon after Nassun's father discovers her brother is an orogene. In a blind rage, and deducing Nassun is likely an orogene as well, he beats Nassun's brother to death and abducts her as he flees Tirimo, their hometown. He intends to take Nassun south, where he has heard of a group of Guardians that can "cure" Nassun of orogeny. Nassun has always been close to her father, due largely to her strict and unforgiving relationship with her mother Essun, who has been secretly teaching her to hone her orogenic abilities in order to avoid detection.
US critics point to [Eminem's] vivid portraits of disenfranchised lives - using the stark, direct language of the street - as an accurate reflection of social injustice." In addition, the BBC highlighted that, "Where parents once recoiled in horror [to his music], there now seems a greater willingness to acknowledge a music that is striking such a chord among the American young, angry white underclass." Dan Ozzi of Vice highlighted that Eminem during the early 2000s was "the one artist high school kids seemed to unanimously connect with. [...] he represented everything high school years are about: blind rage, misguided rebellion, adolescent frustration.
On December 6 at Tomorrow Never Dies, Delirious used the supposedly magical artifact Eye of Tyr to brainwash Frightmare and Hallowicked into turning against UltraMantis Black, breaking up the Spectral Envoy. When Chikara's season 15 started on January 25, 2015, Frightmare and Hallowicked worked as rudos, separated from UltraMantis Black. Early in the year, Frightmare entered the Challenge of the Immortals tournament as part of Hallowicked's "Nightmare Warriors" team, alongside Blind Rage and Silver Ant. Frightmare, Hallowicked and Silver Ant also represented the Nightmare Warriors in September's King of Trios, where they made it to the quarterfinals, before losing to eventual tournament winners, Team AAA (Aero Star, Drago and Fénix).
Jax instead asks Juice for the truth about Tara's death as it is destroying Abel. Full of regret, Juice tells Jax about what happened the night Tara died; Gemma killed Tara in a blind rage and he killed Eli to protect her. The two then came up with the cover story of it being the Chinese as the murder was so brutal it appeared gangland. After he finishes, Jax tells Juice, “Thank you for telling me the truth. I’ll make sure it’s quick.” The next episode "Red Rose", Juice is then offered the chance to kill Tully for the Chinese in exchange for protection.
Asked in a July 2015 interview about the band's future, guitarist Wolf Hoffmann replied, "We will continue for a few more weeks, this run of touring, and then we'll take a little break and come back in the fall, but we're pretty much wrapping up the Blind Rage tour at this point; it's the very last phase of this whole cycle. And then the next album will have to be written and to be recorded, and how long that's gonna take and when that's all gonna happen, who knows? But it'll happen; that's all I know." Hoffmann stated that the new album would be released around July or August 2017.
When Blind Rage left Chikara in October 2003, Hallowicked was forced to find himself a new tag team partner. In early 2004 he formed the tag team Dark Breed with the man he had defeated in the finals of the Tag World Gran Prix, who had turned on Mister ZERO and renamed himself UltraMantis Black. After four successful defenses of the Young Lions Cup and 602 days as the champion, Hallowicked was forced to relinquish the title in July 2004 in time for the second annual Young Lions Cup tournament. As a former champion Hallowicked was not allowed to enter the tournament or ever again challenge for the Cup.
The gods covered them with snow and changed them into mountains. Iztaccíhuatl's mountain is called "White Woman" (from Nahuatl "white" and "woman") because it resembles a woman lying on her back, and is often covered with snow — the peak is sometimes nicknamed ', "The Sleeping Woman". Popocatépetl became an active volcano, raining fire on Earth in blind rage at the loss of his beloved. A different tale was told by the Nahuatl-speakers of Tetelcingo, Morelos,Yeyi Sekʷisƛi David H. Tuggy, The Three Volcanoes according to whom Iztaccíhuatl was the wife of Popo, but Xinantécatl wanted her, and he and Popocatépetl hurled rocks at each other in anger.
Gran Akuma debuted as a masked wrestler at a Chikara show on October 12, 2002 in Allentown, Pennsylvania and went on to take part in the inaugural Young Lions Cup later that year. In 2003 Akuma found a tag team partner in Icarus, and they formed the babyface Team F.I.S.T. (Friends In Similar Tights). The team competed in the 2003 Tag World Grand Prix but were defeated in the semi-finals by The Night Shift (Blind Rage and Hallowicked). Team F.I.S.T then went on to feud with The Wildcards (Eddie Kingston and Blackjack Marciano), leading to an 'Ultimate Jeopardy' match at the 2004 Anniversario show.
His mother's death traumatised the teenage Lennon and, for the next two years, he drank heavily and frequently got into fights, consumed by a "blind rage". It contributed to the emotional difficulties that haunted him for much of his life, but also served to draw him closer to McCartney, who had also lost his mother at an early age. Julia's memory inspired songs such as the 1968 Beatles song "Julia", with its dreamlike imagery of "hair of floating sky glimmering", recalling Lennon's boyhood memories of his mother. Lennon remarked that the song "was sort of a combination of Yoko [Ono] and my mother blended into one".
The sheriff is obviously nervous of the impact that this new character is having on the town and spits in disdain. She then enters a saloon and pushing two existing customers that are already standing at the bar aside she attempts to order a drink. The bartender looks to the sheriff (Jeremy Renner), who has been watching Pink since she arrived for confirmation before he prepares the beverage. When the sheriff indicates "no," and the bartender refuses to serve Pink she falls into a blind rage and grabs the bartender by the scruff of the neck and screams in his face before leaping over the counter and tossing him into the public area of the saloon.
Throughout many of the stories, a consistent theme is the Master's imposition of will, behind which is the "blind rage of a child who cannot get exactly what he wants." The dogs of the Place are trained and commanded to control any violent outbursts against the Place's occupants or guests, yet Lad's engaging acceptable targets is written to "glamorize" the use of violence. Throughout the novel, Lad is victorious in battles against two thieves, a runaway bull, an "invading Negro", and four other dogs, including a battle against two dogs at once. Each of the battles is referred to as a death match, with intricate detail on the tactics and strengths of a fighting collie.
Hallowicked made his professional wrestling debut on Chikara's inaugural show on May 22, 2002, as a member of the three man rudo (bad guy) stable Night Shift, with partners Blind Rage and Ichabod Slayne. In their first professional wrestling match, Hallowicked and Slayne were defeated by Marshal Law and Love Bug in a tag team match. On the second show on May 31 Night Shift picked up their first victory in a six-man tag team match against Don Montoya and their trainers Mike Quackenbush and Reckless Youth. On November 9 Hallowicked entered Chikara's first ever Young Lions Cup tournament, a two-day tournament meant for wrestlers who had wrestled under 50 matches as a professional.
However, she does not wish to break off their relationship, as Ikuko has included Manami in her will. To that end, Manami conspires to murder Ikuko and disguise it as an accident in order to be rid of her, keep her inheritance, and marry Okabe. Before they go out to dinner, Manami injects Ikuko with egg yolk, disguising it as a booster shot, which both Kayuga and Pipi witness. They then bring a still-distraught Tanaka (stopping him from impulsively committing suicide in the process) and bring him to the restaurant to see Ikuko and Manami together, which enrages him so much that he dashes off in a blind rage and has to be retrieved by Pipi.
The sixth match of the pay- per-view saw Delirious, Kobald, Kodama, Obariyon and Ophidian take on the Spectral Envoy, represented by leader UltraMantis Black, Blind Rage, Crossbones, Frightmare and Hallowicked, in a ten-man tag team match. During the match, several fans appeared ringside wearing masks of Amasis, the retired former partner of Ophidian, on whom he had turned at High Noon. Eventually, one of the fans was revealed as the actual Amasis, distracting Ophidian and allowing UltraMantis Black, who had been dominated the early part of the match, to make a hot tag. At the end of match, after all other participants had left the ring, UltraMantis Black was left in the ring with his rival, Delirious.
It was a dying Rowena Ravenclaw's wish to see her daughter again, and so she sent for the Bloody Baron to look for her, knowing that he would not rest until he brought her back, partly because he was in love with her. However, she refused to come with the Baron and, in a moment of blind rage, he killed her with a single stab-wound to the chest. Overcome with remorse, the Bloody Baron killed himself using the same weapon in turn and wears chains as penitence, "as he should", the Grey Lady says. The diadem remained in the hollow of a tree in an Albanian forest until Tom Riddle managed to charm the story out of the Grey Lady.
Afterwards, The Batiri, along with Ophidian, attacked the victors, and during the following day's finals tried to do the same with Delirious, but were stopped by the returning Crossbones. As a result, the Spectral Envoy managed to win the King of Trios, foiling Delirious' plan. On November 10, The Batiri and Ophidian cost Hallowicked and UltraMantis Black their title match with Chikara Campeones de Parejas, The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson). The rivalry between the teams led by Delirious and UltraMantis Black culminated on December 2 at Chikara's third iPPV and season eleven finale, Under the Hood, where the Spectral Envoy, represented by UltraMantis Black, Blind Rage, Crossbones, Frightmare and Hallowicked, defeated Delirious, Kobald, Kodama, Obariyon and Ophidian in a ten-man tag team match.
In October of that same year, Crossbones joined UltraMantis and Hydra as the third member of the stable. The feud between the Neo–Solar Temple and Incoherence would end during the season five finale weekend, where Incoherence first defeated UltraMantis and Hydra in a tag team match on November 17 and then UltraMantis, Hydra, Crossbones and Blind Rage in an eight-man tag team match, where they teamed up with Cheech and Cloudy, the following day. UltraMantis, Hydra and Crossbones spent 2007 wrestling together on the undercards of Chikara events. Towards the end of the year, the team started to grow apart and on November 17, UltraMantis inexplicably helped Shane Storm, who had been on a long losing streak, defeat Hydra.
They received their title shot on November 10, but were defeated by the defending Campeones, The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson), following interference from Ophidian and The Batiri. On December 2 at Chikara's third internet pay-per-view, Under the Hood, UltraMantis Black led Frightmare, Hallowicked and the returning Blind Rage and Crossbones to a ten-man tag team match, where they defeated Delirious, Kobald, Kodama, Obariyon and Ophidian, with UltraMantis pinning Delirious for the win. After a one-year hiatus, Chikara returned on May 25, 2014, with the You Only Live Twice internet pay- per-view. The Spectral Envoy worked the event's first match, where they were defeated by the new BDK of Ares, Nøkken and Tursas.
On November 20, Crossbones was revealed as the first of the two surprise participants. On November 27, Blind Rage was revealed as the final member of the Spectral Envoy. Rage is a Chikara original, who was trained at the Chikara Wrestle Factory and wrestled on the promotion's first ever event on May 25, 2002, as a representative of the rudo stable Night Shift with Hallowicked and Ichabod Slayne (later renamed Icarus). He also teamed with Hallowicked and UltraMantis Black in 2005 as the Dark Breed, and on November 18, 2006, made a one night return as a member of UltraMantis Black's the Order of the Neo-Solar Temple, which turned out to be his final Chikara appearance in over six years.
As for the knockdown, described here also in detail, Kessler offers a perspective directly contradicting Moore's, saying "I didn't bother to wipe Marciano's gloves on my shirt before I waved them back to combat; that early in the drama, there was no resin on the canvas." As opposed to any blind rage, Kessler states that "Archie hesitated a couple of seconds before he came in." With humor and without malice, Kessler even recounts the 38-year-old Moore poo-pooing any talk of retirement at the postfight press conference, then sitting in on bass fiddle at a hotspot in Greenwich Village until 5 A.M.! Examination of the original, uncut closed circuit broadcast from 1955, shows no excesses in referee involvement.
During the victory parade the next day, Becky is killed in a freak accident when the elaborate swan float (made in Mexico, to save her father money) on which she is riding bursts into flames and explodes. The grief-stricken Gladys flies into a blind rage and admits to having killed Tammy and to being responsible for all the attempts against Amber in the run- up to the pageant, and is immediately arrested. Rebecca's tragic death and Gladys's antics leave Amber as the new pageant winner. At the State Competition, Amber wins the Minnesota American Teen Princess title by default after all the other contestants fall ill with seafood-related food poisoning, and Amber gets an all-expenses-paid trip to the national Sarah Rose American Teen Princess Pageant.
If Blake could show that Hylton was unreasonably provoked by his wife's behaviour, and had acted without premeditation, he might be convicted of manslaughter rather than capital murder. Under Blake's direction, Hylton provided the court with a vivid reconstruction of the bedroom scene in the early hours of 6 May which, the prosecution suggested, was a fabrication. However, as corroborative evidence for Hylton's version, Blake produced the letter which Hylton had tried to intercept, in which the deceased explicitly expressed her love for Francis and a hatred and contempt for her husband. The most damaging evidence against Hylton was the prosecution's revelation that Lurline's body had seven bullet wounds, meaning that at some point Hylton must have reloaded the six-shooter – this indicated calculation, rather than an act of blind rage.

Her frustration leads her to kill an innocent mother and daughter and leave their corpses to rot in the kitchen of the townhouse. When her deed is discovered by Lestat and Louis, she snaps into a blind rage and informs the two that she isn't a little girl anymore, but is cursed and trapped in the body of a five-year-old child, thus forever damned to a body never able to develop. The lucha libre-inspired, Pennsylvania-based Chikara promotion holds an annual show with a torneo cibernetico as their main event. The Chikara Torneo Cibernetico has always been a 16-man match with teams of eight facing off. The following day, the Spectral Envoy advanced to the semifinals of the tournament, after defeating their rival team The Batiri. However, following the match, the Spectral Envoy was attacked by members of The Batiri and Ophidian. On the third and final day of the tournament, the Spectral Envoy first defeated F.I.S.T. (Chuck Taylor, Icarus and Johnny Gargano) in the semifinals and then Team ROH (Mike Bennett, Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) in the finals, despite interference from The Batiri, Delirious and Ophidian, to win the 2012 King of Trios. On December 2 at Chikara's third internet pay-per- view, Under the Hood, the Spectral Envoy, represented by Frightmare, Hallowicked, UltraMantis Black and the returning Blind Rage and Crossbones, defeated The Batiri, Delirious and Ophidian in a ten-man tag team match. After a one-year hiatus, Chikara returned on May 25, 2014, with the You Only Live Twice internet pay-per-view.
After defeating The Conundrum (Jigsaw and Rorschach) in the first round of the tournament, Icarus and Akuma were eliminated from the tournament by Icarus' former stable mates Hallowicked and Blind Rage of the Night Shift, who would go on to win the entire tournament. After the tournament Team F.I.S.T. began feuding with the Wildcards (Eddie Kingston and BlackJack Marciano). 2003 ended with the Wildcards taking advantage of a hairline fracture in Akuma's ankle and defeating Team F.I.S.T. in a No Disqualification match on October 18. In 2004 the feud evolved with Jigsaw joining the Wildcards to form the Toxic Trio, which led to Mike Quackenbush coming to the aid of Team F.I.S.T. The feud came to an end on May 22, 2004, at Chikara's third anniversary show, when Icarus, Akuma and Quackenbush defeated the Toxic Trio in an Ultimate Jeopardy match and as a result both of the Wildcards were shaved bald.
At the following event on October 6, Hallowicked and UltraMantis Black defeated Los Ice Creams (El Hijo del Ice Cream and Ice Cream Jr.) to pick up their third point and earn the right to challenge for the Campeonatos de Parejas. They received their title shot on November 10, but were defeated by the defending Campeones, The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson), following interference from Ophidian and The Batiri. On December 2 at Chikara's third internet pay-per-view, Under the Hood, the Spectral Envoy, represented by Frightmare, Hallowicked, UltraMantis Black and the returning Blind Rage and Crossbones, defeated The Batiri, Delirious and Ophidian in a ten-man tag team match.

However, on February 25, 2012, Delirious attacked UltraMantis in the middle of Spectral Envoy's match against F.I.S.T. for the Campeonatos de Parejas, resulting in F.I.S.T. retaining their title. The next night, Delirious, now able to speak in a coherent, intelligible manner due to smashing the Eye of Tyr, cut a promo stating that he remembered everything he had suffered while under the control of the Eye of Tyr and its holders, and he vowed to make UltraMantis suffer until 2014 as revenge for the two years that he had lost since UltraMantis first used the Eye of Tyr on him. On June 2 at Chikarasaurus Rex: How to Hatch a Dinosaur, Delirious formed a new alliance with Kobald, Kodama and Obariyon of The Batiri. At the following pay-per-view, Under the Hood on December 2, Delirious, Kobald, Kodama, Obariyon and Ophidian were defeated in a ten-man tag team match by UltraMantis Black, Frightmare, Hallowicked, Blind Rage and Crossbones, with Delirious being pinned by UltraMantis for the win.
Wheelers chronicles mankind's first contact with an alien intelligence, a meeting which takes place out of necessity when a rogue asteroid enters the Solar System and is set on a collision course with Earth by an advanced and hitherto unknown Jovian species as a way of avoiding a devastating impact to their own world. The story opens with a feeling of anachronism, as two of the novel's central characters (Charles Dunsmoore, a career archaeologist and his volatile graduate student Prudence Odingo) work in the year 2194 to interpret and preserve artifacts found in the vicinity of the Great Sphinx, which is being disassembled to save it from the advancing waters of a clogged and flooding Nile River after the collapse of the Aswan Dam. A lover's quarrel between the two sends Prudence off in a blind rage, and leaves Dunsmoore the sole caretaker of an important discovery—a position which catapults his career and sets the tension for the novel's second half. Professionally and personally embittered by the success of Dunsmoore, Prudence begins a life of semi-legal interplanetary exploration (referenced by the book but never fully explained) and makes a living selling cosmic oddities to the highest black market bidder.
