It has black marks on the first and second antennal segments, that are either round or oval shaped, and is about half the length of a segment. The antennae are longer than its body and it has a small head. The 3mm eggs are pale yellow and shaped like a kidney.
Both in the white, and in the brown, are some small dashes of black, very thinly dispersed. The internal margin of the posterior wings is furnished with a deep fringe, and the black marks situated below the abdomen, are larger and broader than those on the upperside. The tails are whitish, bordered with brown, and appear as on the upperside. Wingspan 6 inches (150 mm).
The ground colour of the forewings is deep pale emerald green above an oblique line, with grey-black marks along the costa, the fold and in the apex. The dorsal half of the wing is beige with ochrous and pale ferrugineous scales. The hindwings are pale greyish beige, the apical third darker greyish, with some dark grey transverse strigulae., 1979: Revision of the genus Beryllophantis Meyrick (Lepidoptera : Tortricidae).
The chin, throat and underparts of the legs and the belly are white and devoid of markings. The rest of the body is covered with around 2,000 evenly spaced, oval or round solid black spots, each measuring roughly . Each cheetah has a distinct pattern of spots which can be used to identify unique individuals. Besides the clearly visible spots, there are other faint, irregular black marks on the coat.
Meyrick describes it -Antennae in male bipectinated. Forewings brown-grey, slightly purplish-tinged ; first, median, and second lines somewhat darker, especially on costa ; orbicular and reniform darker, outlined with pale ; subterminal line pale greyish-ochreous, edged anteriorly in middle with two small red-brown or black marks. Hindwings grey. Larva pale green or greenish-whitish ; dorsal, subdorsal, and spiracular lines whitish ; head pale greenish-ochreous, more or less blackmarked.
It is a medium-sized dark bodied dragonfly with colorful wings tinted with pale yellow. There are a few black spots on the apices and nodes of the fore-wings. There is a large patch in the base of the hind-wings, marked with black and golden yellow. In females, the apical half of the fore-wings are transparent; basal half tinted with golden- yellow with black marks.
The plical and second discal stigmata are small and blackish. Beyond two- thirds is an elongate wedge-shaped blackish costal spot, from which a slender greyish line, rather acutely angulated in the middle and curved-sinuate below this, runs to the dorsum towards the tornus. There are also three black marks on the apical part of the costa, some grey suffusion beneath them. There is a terminal series of black dots.
An adult spotted nightjar's head is speckled grey, with black central crown feathers and rufous to buff edges, while the sides of the head are blackish with tawny spots. The hind-neck is a rufous or buff collar often flecked with black marks. Upper parts are mid-grey with tawny or rufous and black streaks. Wing-coverts are speckled grey to blackish, often with pronounced buff to rufous spots.
Male, dorsal view The ruddy darter can reach a body length of BDS - British Dragonfly Society and attains a wingspan of up to 6 cm. These dragonflies are smaller than the Common Darter. They have black legs and the wings show a brown pterostigma and an orange color at the base of the wings. Two evident black marks are located on segments S8 and S9 of the abdomen.
The current scheme of regular license plates was introduced in 1985. It has AB1234V formats or AB123VH where AB is the code region, 1234 is the number, and SH is the series. The regular plate has an orange background with black marks. Since 2005, to reflect the German FE font used, on the left side of the plate are the emblems of the Economic Community of Central African States code and the CMR emblem.
A. haematidea Dup. (37 d). Forewing smooth, deep chestnut brown, darker along inner margin, paler in terminal area; cell and median shade deeper chestnut; lines indistinct, the outer double; submarginal line preceded by a row of small black marks and on costa by a blackish blotch; stigmata small, undefined, pale; the orbicular oblique nearly touching reniform at bottom; hindwing fuscous, the fringe pinkish. The forewing has the apex acute and termen oblique.Warren.
The forewings are dark grey, suffusedly sprinkled or mixed with whitish, sometimes much suffused with whitish and sprinkled with black. The stigmata are represented by elongate black marks, the plical obliquely before the first discal, an additional mark in the disc towards the base. The costa is more or less black on the postmedian area. There is a fine very oblique whitish line from three-fourths of the costa to the termen above the middle.
Diplacodes trivialis is small dragonfly with bluish eyes and greenish-yellow or olivaceous thorax and abdomen with black marks. In very old adults, the whole thorax and abdomen become uniform pruinosed blue. Clear wings, without apical or basal markings, and the creamy white anal appendages and deep pruinescence in adults help to distinguish this species from others in its genus. It breeds in ponds, wet rice fields, shallow lakes, drainage ditches and similar habitats.
The submarginal line is strongly denticulate and blackish. The marginal area is dark grey, with some irregular black marks before the fringe, which is chestnut with a pale basal line. The apical one-third of the costa has a chestnut streak, the apex itself with one or two snow-white spots. The cell-spot is large, blackish, followed obliquely below it by four small white spots edged with black, and sometimes altogether black.
A straight leaden- metallic streak runs from the costa beyond these to the tornus, margined anteriorly below the middle by two wedge-shaped black marks surrounded with yellow-ochreous suffusion, and posteriorly above the middle by a small black spot reaching the termen. The remainder of the terminal area is yellow ochreous. The hindwings are grey whitish or whitish grey in males, darker posteriorly. The hindwings of the females are rather dark grey.
In the production of photographic prints, spotting is a type of retouching concerned with correcting minor flaws in the finished print with specially made paints, dyes, pencils and pens. White spots on gelatin-silver prints made from negatives are caused by dust adhering to the negative or paper during exposure. Prints from positive transparencies exhibit black marks. White spots can be carefully darkened using a fine paintbrush and a dye of the appropriate colour.
The back can go up as far the head where it forms black marks on the temples. The white star on the head and the blaze, which stretches down the muzzle, form a complete or partial collar under and around the neck. Markings: A white mark on the chest may extend as far as the tip of the breastbone, reaching the belly and inside of the legs. The end of the tail can be white.
Cycloneda sanguinea is a large ladybird beetle with red, unspotted elytra (wing covers). The color ranges from orange to deep red. The white and black marks on the head and pronotum are very distinctive, and they are also gender-specific. Females and males both have white spots on the black part, but the female has black in the center, continuing down into the face, while the male has a white cleft above the head and a white face.
Will Turner barters for their safety. Barbossa uses a loophole in their agreement to maroon Elizabeth and Jack on the same island. Elizabeth burns the stash of rum in order to create a signal fire, and they are rescued by James Norrington. A similar island appears In Stranger Tides, though is unknown if it is the same island, it has black marks on the sand, likely ash, and some trees on the center of the island.
Hemideina trewicki is common in forests and suburban gardens over most of the Hawke's Bay region. Within this range it overlaps with the Auckland tree weta H. thoracica. The two species can be found sharing daytime refuge holes but hybridisation is limited to rare first generation hybrids. Hemideina trewicki has black and yellow bands on its abdominal tergites (as seen in the Wellington tree weta H. crassidens) but has a pale pronotum with black marks as seen in H. thoracica.
As described in the Tōkikō, Mishima (literally "three islands") originally referred to shimamono pottery imported from the islands of indigenous Taiwan, Luzon, and "Amakawa" (location unknown). Luzon Mishima (Rusuntsubo) were usually made from purple-black clay and usually had a green glaze. Native Taiwanese Mishima (Hagi Mishima) were made from light-colored clay and were decorated with a row of round knobs and had black marks on the bottom. Amakawa Mishima are made from white clay with a gray-colored glaze.
The Iago sparrow (Passer iagoensis), also known as the Cape Verde or rufous- backed sparrow, is a passerine bird of the sparrow family Passeridae. It is endemic to the Cape Verde archipelago, in the eastern Atlantic Ocean near western Africa. Females and young birds have brown plumage with black marks above, and a dull grey underside, and are distinguished from other species of sparrow by their large, distinct supercilium. Males have a brighter underside and bold black and chestnut stripes on their head.
Rhogogaster chlorosoma can reach a length of . It is one of the various green sawflies with a variable black pattern, but in this sawfly the black markings on the top of the abdomen are absent or quite reduced. Like other sawflies, this species lack the slender "wasp-waist" between the thorax and abdomen. Similar species are Rhogogaster viridis, that shows evident black marks on the upper surface of the abdomen and Rhogogaster punctulata, bearing black dots along the sides of the abdominal segments.

W. in Seitz, A. Ed., 1914 Die Großschmetterlinge der Erde, Verlag Alfred Kernen, Stuttgart Band 3: Abt. 1, Die Großschmetterlinge des palaearktischen Faunengebietes, Die palaearktischen eulenartigen Nachtfalter, 1914 The wingspan is about 40 mm.
Selényi's article convinced Carlson to instead use light to 'remove' the static charge from a uniformly-ionized photoconductor. As no light would reflect from the black marks on the paper, those areas would remain charged on the photoconductor, and would therefore retain the fine powder. He could then transfer the powder to a fresh sheet of paper, resulting in a duplicate of the original. This approach would give his invention an advantage over the Photostat, which could create only a photographic negative of the original.
The ventral surfaces of the thighs may be either yellowish or orange. The inner thighs are ornamented with alternating bars of black and bright scarlet red; the black bars continue to the dorsal surface of the thighs. The groin has bright white and black marks. The juveniles are coloured differently than the adults: the dorsal warts are tipped in white at first but darken with age, the inner thighs are barred with white and black, and the ventral surfaces of the legs and groin are orange-red.
Soucouyants suck people's blood from their arms, legs and soft parts while they sleep leaving blue-black marks on the body in the morning.Courtesy The Heritage Library via the Trinidad Guardian If the soucouyant draws too much blood, it is believed that the victim will either die and become a soucouyant or perish entirely, leaving her killer to assume her skin. The soucouyant practices black magic. Soucouyants trade their victims' blood for evil powers with Bazil, the demon who resides in the silk cotton tree.
The forewings are light grey finely speckled or suffused with whitish, with some scattered black scales tending to form small irregular groups. There is a small blackish dot towards the costa near the base and a semi-oval black spot on the middle of the costa, preceded and followed by small black marks. There are three or four small black dots towards the costa posteriorly and at the apex. The hindwings are grey becoming hyaline (glass like) anteriorly, with the veins and termen suffused with dark fuscous.
The outermost line is blackest, oblique and excurved below the middle, then indented. The space beyond is grey with the lines subobsolete and the outer line is treble, marked on the costa mainly and followed at a distance by another equally obscure line, and preceded by a crenulate median line, which passes between the stigmata. The subterminal line is indicated by some black marks, ending in a curved black streak to the apex. Close before the termen is a row of black dashes between the veins.

When it came to the moving topiary animals, both live static and computer-animated versions of them were made; however, only the CGI animals made the cut. For the more-than-80 dead extra characters in the ballroom, Bill Corso came up with the idea to add black marks on their cheeks and foreheads to make them look dead.
Without leaves the stems may sometimes be identified by occasional black marks where its milky sap may have oozed and dried. The leaves are divided into three (rarely 5, 7, or 9) leaflets, long, with scalloped, toothed, or lobed edges. They generally resemble the lobed leaves of a true oak, though tend to be more glossy. Leaves are typically bronze when first unfolding in February to March, bright green in the spring, yellow-green to reddish in the summer, and bright red or pink from late July to October.
There are thin black marks above and behind the pelvic fins, and along the caudal fin. The velvet belly possesses numerous photophores that emit a blue-green light visible from away. Varying densities of photophores are arranged in nine patches on the shark's sides and belly, creating a pattern unique to this species: photophores are present along the lateral line, scattered beneath the head but excluding the mouth, evenly on the belly, and concentrated around the pectoral fins and beneath the caudal peduncle.Martin, R.A. There are a number of issues with this publication. Since the original contained prophecies of war with America and attacks on the Emperor, the text was temporarily banned in 1920 and heavily censored when it was finally published, and no version survives without the censor's black marks. It is suspected that a military official had a hand in its editing, against Nao's specific request.安丸良夫 『一揆・監獄・コスモロジー 周縁性の歴史学』 朝日新聞社、1999年10月。。 p.

There is a small black dot above the dorsum before the tornus and there are several minute scattered black dots in the apical area.
An ambitious DI, Manson sought to discredit DCI Meadows where possible, and quickly became unpopular, with his exacting requirements and seemingly sexist attitudes. He also earned the enmity of DS Ramani DeCosta and DC Terry Perkins when he constantly reassigned officers away from CSU and PPU. Unhappy with Manson, DC Eva Sharpe dug into his background in an attempt to find any black marks against his name, but was unable to find any evidence of wrongdoing. DCI Meadows, however, heard a rumour that Manson's father-in-law used rent-boys, and told Eva.
The forewings are brown irregularly mixed with fuscous and sprinkled with whitish and with a small darker brown basal patch, and two small spots transversely placed in the disc beyond this. There is a suffused dark grey triangular blotch occupying the median third of the costa and reaching two- thirds of the way across the wing, its apical portion with several irregular black marks. There is also a short black mark resting on the termen in the middle. The hindwings are grey, paler and thinly scaled anteriorly, darker towards the apex and termen.
The wingspan is 23–24 mm. The forewings are bright deep orange with two deep blue oblique fasciae edged with purple, not quite reaching the dorsal edge, the first moderate, near the base, the second broad, median, expanded in the disc so that the posterior edge is convex. There is a series of longitudinal purple-black marks terminating in the posterior third of the costa and termen, becoming shorter towards the ends of the series. The hindwings are deep orange with an irregular-edged purple-blackish blotch occupying the basal half.

A large rostrum or "saw" from a largetooth sawfish with several teeth missing (black marks on ruler are apart) As suggested by the alternative name common sawfish, it was once plentiful, but has now declined drastically leading to it being considered a critically endangered species by the IUCN. The main threat is overfishing, but it also suffers from habitat loss. Both their fins (used in shark fin soup) and "saw" (as novelty items) are highly valuable, and the meat is used as food. Because of the "saw" they are particularly prone to becoming entangled in fishing nets.
A rather irregular narrow black streak runs from the base of the costa very obliquely to the disc and then slightly sinuate through the middle of the disc to the apex, sharply interrupted at two-thirds, with black dots above and below this interruption. The terminal area has patches of fuscous from below the costa to vein 3 and from the angle of the postmedial line to the tornus.
Cousin Osborne warns Willie as he leaves that he is making a mistake. As Pritchett and Willie go some way, Willie tells him about the recent going-ons and asks Pritchett if he knows what a shoggoth is. When Pritchett tries to answer, a black, log-like creature appears in the road and attacks the horse, pulling Pritchett out as he identifies it as a shoggoth. Willie escapes and comes to a clearing where he sees a cult of people he presumes to be the Druids sacrificing cattle, as well as some people, on an enormous rock with two enormous black marks on its sides.
To measure a player's achievement, there are 100 "stamps" which he or she can earn, one of which is becoming president. Stamps involve activities ranging from mini-games to doing small favors for other cars, and upon earning all 100, the player is eligible for a special surprise. As an example, one of the 100 stamps requires completing the player's picture album. To take a picture, the player can visit any of the 100 Quick-Pic Shops, denoted by black marks on the mini-map; after taking a picture, the owner (always a pink Toyota Vitz) will inform the player of the next shop's location.
The intervention takes up all three levels of the Kunsthalle, a former railway-station bunker. Both lower levels are threateningly empty; the atmosphere is loaded with an echo of the sound of some machine, together with the intermittent noise of what could be interpreted as gunshots. Erratic black balls menacingly come bouncing down the stairs, creating a pattern of black marks on the walls, the thudding echo of which is more and more discernable, the higher we get in the building. On the third floor, we then discover the machinery that is at the source of our discomfort: five ball catapults, in a random set-up.
Called a "pocket universe" story by The Encyclopedia of Science Fiction,The Encyclopedia of Science Fiction - Chandler, A Bertram "Giant Killer" is told from the point-of-view of a colony of mutants living in a spaceship. Though they are eventually (in the final sentence) revealed to be rats, they are obviously sentient lifeforms: they have a culture, complete with marriage, seers, governmental structures, specialized safety equipment, and ritualized combat. They are illiterate, albeit: they marvel as the giants make black marks on "skin," which they perceive as some inscrutable form of "sorcery." The "giants" of the story's title are the humans crewing the spaceship.
The Allmusic review by Thom Jurek awarded the album 5 stars, and states, "Safe to say, there are no weak tracks on Tales From Captain Black, and even the redo of "Revealing" from Ulmer's previous album show an unbridled excitement and an extrapolation of that tune's rhythmic and harmonic elements into something more sinister, more driven, more angular, more mercurial. Captain Black marks the real beginning of Ulmer's career as a leader. It has been a bumpy, restless ride since that time with many creative and professional ups and downs, but it hardly matters. Records like this one make him the most visionary and brilliant electric guitarist in a generation".
A registration mark showing a slight misalignment of the printing heads, resulting in subtle color hues visible around the edges of the black area (click image to zoom in). In CMYK printing, registration black refers to 100% coverage in each of the four process colors: cyan (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y), and black (K). More generally, if a different mixture of colors is being used, registration black marks in each of the colorants (inks) used. It is therefore not correct to simply define registration color as 100% of C,M,Y,K, since it will rather be 100% of whichever colors are used in reproduction.

The forewings are whitish ochreous with a broad irregular brown median stripe from the base to the apex, and a narrower one along the dorsum from near the base to the middle of the termen. The veins are partially marked with suffused dark fuscous lines on these streaks, and towards the costa exteriorly. There is a narrow suffused fuscous streak along the costa from before the middle to four-fifths, the plical and second discal stigmata blackish. There is a whitish line around the posterior part of the costa and termen, marked with a series of black marks or dots on the apex and termen.
The forewings are pale ochreous largely suffused with whitish, especially towards the costa anteriorly. There is a black dot beneath the costa near the base, as well as small black marks on the costa at one-fifth, one-third and the middle, and two or three more or less marked posteriorly. The discal stigmata are small, black, the plical forming an irregular blackish spot obliquely before the first discal, sometimes preceded by yellowish suffusion, above this a roundish space preceding the first discal is more or less perceptibly outlined with dark grey scales, and sometimes tinged grey. There is a slight blackish strigula on the end of the fold.
The wingspan is 13–15 mm. The forewings are light brownish ochreous, more or less sprinkled with fuscous or dark fuscous, the veins more or less streaked with white, especially posteriorly. There is a fine undefined line of blackish scales on the submedian fold from the base to about the middle, including a well-marked black plical stigma and oblique lines of blackish scales from the costa at one-third and before three-fourths, not reaching the middle, sometimes hardly traceable. There is also a small black tuft on the fold in the middle and small blackish opposite spots on the costa at three-fourths and the tornus. A black dot is found in the disc at four-fifths and there is an elongate inwards oblique black mark from the costa near the apex, as well as minute linear black marks on the costa posteriorly and on the termen. The hindwings are pale greyish.Exot. Microlep.
There is some grey suffusion and two or three black scales towards the base of the dorsum, as well as a dark grey spot on the costa at two-fifths. A short longitudinal dark grey streak is found in the middle of the disc with two black marks representing the discal stigmata, the plical stigma black, hardly before the anterior end of this. There is a dark grey blotch becoming blackish towards the costa at two-thirds and a small blackish spot above the tornus, with grey tornal suffusion and some grey apical suffusion, with scattered black scales. There are several small irregular cloudy whitish marks or dots irregularly placed in the median area of the disc and there is a small white transverse wedge-shaped spot on the costa at three-fourths, and a dot on the tornus hardly beyond it. A small black spot is found on the costa near the apex and there are three small white spots (lowest dot-like) before the upper part of the termen, and two small black marks between these. The hindwings are dark fuscous.
One of Goerdeler's contacts with the Army, a Captain Hermann Kaiser informed Goerdeler that all of the senior officers were taking huge bribes from Hitler in exchange for their loyalty. By May 1943, Goerdeler was well aware that Field Marshal Günther von Kluge, General Heinz Guderian and Field Marshal Gerd von Rundstedt had accepted 250,000 Reichmark cheques as birthday presents from Hitler that were intended to bribe them into loyalty, and that in addition, Guderian had received an estate in Poland.Goda, Norman "Black Marks Hitler's Bribery of his Senior Officers During World War II" pages 96-137 from Corrupt Histories edited by Emmanuel Kreike and William Jordan, Toronto: Hushion House 2005 page 126.
In a match where the impostor Sting was wrestling Mr. JL, Sting emerged wearing a trench coat and white face paint with black marks around his eyes. He went in the ring and attacked nWo Sting (who was still imitating Sting's old mannerisms at this point) with his new finisher, the Scorpion Death Drop inverted DDT, two jumping elbow drops, a Stinger Splash and a Scorpion Deathlock while the rest of the nWo came to ringside. Rather than intervene, they simply stood by and watched. After Sting was done, Ted DiBiase and Kevin Nash came into the ring and made Sting an offer to join the nWo and get back at WCW for betraying him.

There is a suffused yellow-greenish streak mixed irregularly with dark grey green from the base beneath the costa to beyond the middle, where it is enlarged into a costal spot, edged with blackish on the costa, then continued obliquely downwards to a dark spot in the disc beyond the cell. A similar streak is found from one-fourth of the dorsum converging to the same costal spot. The second discal stigma is dark green, transverse-linear, with an indistinct line of dark grey irroration running from this directly to the dorsum. There is a strongly curved row of grey-green dots from two-thirds of the costa to the dorsum before the tornus and there are three small black marks on the costa posteriorly.
The forewings are bright ferruginous ochreous, sometimes tinged with brown towards the middle of the costa, the costal edge whitish towards the base and there is a slender whitish median longitudinal streak from the base to two-fifths, edged beneath with blackish except towards the base. There is a fine whitish oblique streak, edged above with some black scales, from one-third of the costa to the upper of two black whitish-circled dots placed transversely in the disc at two-thirds. Forensic dentist Norman Sperber examined the rope found in his patrol car, and he determined they seemed to match the rope marks around the victim's neck, although Sperber was later barred from testifying about his findings in court. A distinctive and unusual gold rayon fiber—found to have been made using a yellow pigment instead of a dye—found on Knott's dress matched a shoulder patch Peyer wore on his CHP uniform. Tire tracks on the bridge showed a car had pulled out hastily leaving black marks on the pavement. Furthermore, a drop of blood was found on one of Knott's boots, which was found to be consistent with Peyer's blood type (AB negative, the rarest type) and other genetic markers, although conclusive DNA testing was not available at the time of the investigation.
The forewings are grey whitish or whitish grey, irrorated (sprinkled) with black and with a narrow oblique blackish bar from the costa near the base and a broader one at one-third, both terminated by small yellow-ochreous spots on the fold edged beneath by black marks, the second spot representing the plical stigma. The discal stigmata are yellow ochreous, edged above and below by black spots, the first obliquely beyond the plical stigma, its margin separated by an ochreous mark from a small blackish spot on the costa above it, the margin of the second usually absorbed in a subquadrate blackish blotch on the costa above it, its lower margin sometimes forming a considerable spot. There is also a well-defined blackish apical blotch. The hindwings are dark grey, subhyaline (almost glass like) in the disc anteriorly and towards the dorsum.

In general, officers who were in some way critical of Hitler's military, if not necessarily political leadership, such as Field Marshal Wilhelm Ritter von Leeb, Field Marshal Gerd von Rundstedt and Admiral Raeder, received (and accepted) larger bribes than officers who were well known to be convinced National Socialists, such as General Walter Model, Admiral Karl Dönitz and Field Marshal Ferdinand Schörner. The success of Hitler's bribery system backfired in that some officers, who had proven themselves especially greedy, such as Guderian and Raeder, came to be regarded by Hitler as a serious annoyance because of their endless demands for more money and more free land for their estates.Goda "Black Marks" p. 125. Raeder's demand in 1942 that on top of his lifetime exemption from paying income taxes Hitler also cancel out taxes on the interest he earned from his 4,000-Reichsmarks-a-month payment from Konto 5 was viewed as outrageous greed.
In early 1942, Raeder become involved in a scandal when it was discovered that he had been a part of group of high- ranking officials who had abused their positions to buy more groceries than the rationing permitted, but Hitler ordered the matter to be covered up.Goda "Black Marks" p. 121. The Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels wanted Raeder and the other high officials of the "grocery ring" like Wilhelm Keitel, Hermann Göring and Hans Lammers who had used their positions to ignore rationing when grocery shopping to be punished in order to let the German people know that the elite were suffering like everyone else, but Hitler claimed if the German people learned of the luxurious lifestyles of the elite in the middle of a war that the effect would be fatal to morale. The men of the "grocery ring" were only warned to be more discreet in the future when buying their groceries.
The Secret World has four main modes of PvP content; The Fusang Projects, a perpetual PvP zone based on capturing and holding "Facilities" against the other two factions, El Dorado, a timed "capture the flag" style match with four "relics" that must be controlled to gain points for the team, Stonehenge, a timed "king of the hill" style three faction match with 5 players per team, and Shambala, a two team faction independent "team deathmatch" type of match. The Secret World PvP awarded "White Marks of Venice" which could be exchanged for "Black Marks of Venice" at an exchange rate of 100 to 1. Currently, however, the game has eliminated PvP specific currency, and PvP minigames now issue Black Bullion and Marks of the Pantheon just the same as dungeons and missions. The only exception for this is the Shambala minigame, which also awards special PvP specific signets that can be bound to gear.

Bartov, Omer "Soldiers, Nazis and War in the Third Reich" pages 133–150 from The Third Reich The Essential Readings edited by Christian Leitz, London: Blackwell, 1999 pages 138–139. Furthermore, the senior officers of the Wehrmacht were deeply corrupt men, who received huge bribes from Hitler in exchange for their loyalty.Goda, Norman "Black Marks: Hitler's Bribery of his Senior Officers During World War II" from pages 96–137 from Corrupt Histories, Toronto: Hushion House edited by Emmanuel Kreike, & William Chester Jordan, 2005 page 102 In 1933, Hitler had created a slush fund known as Konto 5 run by Hans Lammers, which provided bribes to senior officers and civil servants in exchange for their loyalty to the National Socialist regime. Given the intense devotion of the Wehrmacht to the National Socialist regime and its corrupt senior officers who never got quite enough in the way of bribes from Hitler, it is very unlikely that the Wehrmacht would have turned on their Fuhrer if the Wehrmacht were forced out of the Rhineland in 1936.
