The Jotoki (singular Jotok) are a fictional alien race, first described in the novelette "The Survivor" by Donald Kingsbury, in Man-Kzin Wars IV."The Survivor", Donald Kingsbury, The Man-Kizin Wars IV, 1991, Baen (August 1, 1991), . Jotoki resemble large, spindly starfish. They have a torochord (ring-shaped) instead of a notochord, with five "self-sections" (apparently semi-independent brains) that operate the Jotok's body cooperatively. The Jotoki begin life as small aquatic swimmers, most of which are eaten by predators; in time, five of the survivors will merge to form one collective organism, which grows into an arboreal adolescent form; its tails become arms, and its fins differentiate into fingers.

However, in this version of the Kintu creation myth, the importance of the story is placed upon Nambi; in the beginning of the myth, it is Nambi who falls in love with Kintu upon their first meeting in Baganda and convinces Kintu to seek approval from her father in order to get her hand in marriage. For this reason, Kintu's worthiness was tested by Nambi's father Ggulu through a series of trials over the course of four days. From this point, this version of the oral tradition differs from others in that Ggulu instructed Nambi to take one female and one male of each living thing in order to begin life on Earth.

The club went bankrupt in 2005, and were reformed as SPAL 1907 S.r.l., under the terms of Article 52 of N.O.I.F.. In the summer of 2012, after suffering a second bankruptcy, the club was refounded for the second time as Società Sportiva Dilettantistica Real SPAL and would begin life in Serie D again under Article 52 of N.O.I.F.. At the end of the 2012–13 season the club took back its original name. Giacomense, a club founded in 1967 at Masi San Giacomo, a frazione of Masi Torello, had moved to the city of Ferrara; on 12 July 2013, owner Roberto Benasciutti made a deal with the Colombarini family for a merger between SPAL and Giacomense, with the latter giving its sports title to SPAL and continuing to play in Ferrara. The club changed its name to S.P.A.L. 2013, in order to continue the football history of SPAL.

Majestic's costume includes, hidden in its shoulderpads, additional equipment that Majestic has used on occasion, including a nanoflage suit, which seems to confer some degree of invisibility; a quantum-folded combat blade, a collapsable sword made by Khera's Shaper's Guild; and a damper capsule, which suppresses all of his powers for three hours and has the side effect of masking his Kherubim aura, hiding him from sensors that are looking for such aura signatures.
