Both were new designs, basing upon the R-X construction. Number XIII was initially omitted in designations as "unlucky". In February 1930, the Polish Air Force ordered 15 of R-XIV. The first serial plane was built in June 1930, without an earlier prototype, and all were delivered by July 1931.

SHL M11 was a development of M06T 150 cc motorcycle. Main change was bigger 173 cc engine S-32. The design was revised and improved. Visible difference was adding metal side panels, covering carburettor, battery and air filter. The 173 cc S-32 engine was developed in Poland, basing upon S-06 150 cc engine, which in turn was developed from German DKW RT 125.

Already during the Greek and Roman periods the site of Küçükçekmece has been inhabited. The ruins of this town, always remained visible, have been studied extensively in 1930 by the Swiss archeologist Ernest Mamboury,Mamboury, p. 569 (1953) who - basing upon ancient sources - identified the settlement with the town of Regium (Ρήγιον in Greek). In 2009 a new identification has been proposed, this time with the Greek and Roman city of Bathonea.

In 1929 the First Locomotive Factory in Poland (Fablok) designed a W5A type locomotive, basing upon its earlier W2A type (PKP Tx26-427), and manufactured two units (later designated PKP class Px27). In 1938 another one slightly differing locomotive was ordered by Września County Railway (Wrzesińska Kolej Powiatowa), later to become Px38 class.Pokropiński (2016), p. 38-42, 204 It was a D (0-8-0) axle arrangement tank locomotive with an additional two-axle tender.

The non-discretionary approach consolidates all access control under a centralized administration. The access to information and other resources is usually based on the individuals function (role) in the organization or the tasks the individual must perform. The discretionary approach gives the creator or owner of the information resource the ability to control access to those resources. In the mandatory access control approach, access is granted or denied basing upon the security classification assigned to the information resource.

Troubled world conditions led to a cancellation of the Fleet Problem (XXII) scheduled for 1941. Squadron composition again became homogenous during 1941 with nine s: (flagship), , , , and formed DesDiv 3, while , , and formed DesDiv 4. Originally operating in the Pacific, the Sims-class ships that comprised Squadron Two were transferred to the Atlantic (the movements highly secret, with the ships' prominent black-shadowed white hull numbers, as well as the names in black letters at their sterns being painted out) beginning in the spring of 1941, basing upon Argentia, Newfoundland; Iceland; Narragansett Bay; Casco Bay, Maine; and Boston, Massachusetts. Initially, Squadron Two was assigned to Task Force 4 (1 April 1941), then to Task Force 1 (1 July 1941).
