Curro Jiménez was a successful Spanish television drama series that was first broadcast on La Primera Cadena of Televisión Española from December 22, 1976 to March 25, 1978. Richmond County is well known for its history in auto racing with the advent of the Rockingham Speedway, which opened in 1965. Until 2005, this one-mile race track featured bi-annual NASCAR-sanctioned events in the Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series divisions. Buescher's earliest racing success came in 2004 when he became a national champion in the Young Gun division of Bandolero racing at Texas Motor Speedway. He then moved on to the American Speed Association where, in 2006, he was named Most Popular Driver as well as winning the Late Model Series South championship. For 2007, James ran a part-time schedule in both the ARCA Series and the NASCAR Busch East Series. He became the youngest winner in ARCA series history when he won at USA International Speedway in his series debut.

Starting to race at the age of five, Hill did so racing go-karts. He later moved up to bandolero racing and the Allison Legacy Series, in which he claimed the 2011 national championship. The pygmy beaked whale (Mesoplodon peruvianus), also known as the bandolero beaked whale, Peruvian beaked whale and lesser beaked whale, is the smallest of the mesoplodonts and one of the newest discoveries. There were at least two dozen sightings of an unknown beaked whale named Mesoplodon sp. A before the initial classification, and those are now believed to be synonymous with the species. The species was formally described in 1991, based on ten specimens obtained from Peru between 1976 and 1989, including a 3.72 m (12.2 ft) adult male as the type specimen.

Lanier Raceplex (formerly Lanier Raceway and Lanier National Speedway) is a 0.375-mile paved oval racetrack located just outside Braselton, Georgia. The track opened in 1982 as a dirt track, and was paved in the mid-1980s. The track was under the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series banner with Super Late Models, SuperTrucks, Junkyard Dogs, Outlaw Late Models, Mini Stocks, INEX RaceCeiver/zMax Legends Cars and INEX Bandolero Cars. The track ended weekly racing at the end of the 2011 season, but will remain open for larger events.

David Lee Ragan (born December 24, 1985) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He currently competes part-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 36 Ford Mustang for Rick Ware Racing, and part-time in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series, driving the No. 17 Ford F-150 for DGR-Crosley. Divino briefly was a part of the label Drama Records owned by Ivy Queen from 2007 to 2008 where he released one single "Pobre Corazón" for her album Sentimiento (2007). The etymology of the word navaja is derived from the Latin novacula, meaning razor, and the Andalusian knife known as the navaja is thought to have derived from the navaja de afeitar, or straight razor used for shaving. Like the straight razor, the navaja's blade folds into the handle when not in use. A popular slang term for the navaja in the 19th century was herramienta, which translates as "(iron) tool". Dillon at the 2011 UNOH Dirtcar Nationals Dillon at Rockingham in 2012 Dillon began his racing career in go-karts and Bandolero minicars. Moving up to the K&N; Pro Series East in 2009, he competed for the series championship in 2010, finishing 13th in points despite only competing in eight races of the series' ten-race schedule. He scored one win in the series, in August 2010 at Gresham Motorsports Park. After making three starts and winning twice, at Kansas Speedway and Rockingham Speedway, in the ARCA Racing Series in 2010, Dillon ran his first full season in the series in 2011, winning seven times on his way to winning the series championship.

Since then, Cofresí has been the subject of numerous biographical books which include El Marinero, Bandolero, Pirata y Contrabandista Roberto Cofresí by Walter R. Cardona Bonet; El Mito de Cofresí en la Narrativa Antillana by Roberto Fernandez Valledor and Roberto Cofresí: El Bravo Pirata de Puerto Rico by Edwin Vázquez. Despite being a historical biography, Historia y Genealogía del pirata Roberto Cofresí by Ramírez Brau employed the symbolism of pirates in popular culture.

Born in Suffolk, Virginia in 1986, Norfleet's interest in racing began at age 7, when her father, NASCAR driver Bobby Norfleet, doubled the battery power of a Hot Wheels Barbie car to increase its speed. Norfleet claims her racing career began at age 14, when she began competing in kart racing events; she went on to attempt a career in drag racing at the local and regional level. In 2000, Norfleet switched to entry level spec racing competing in Bandolero cars, then moving to late model stock car racing on short tracks starting with the 2004 racing season; she became the first female African-American driver to purchase a NASCAR Late Model Series racing license. Norfleet attended local late model events at tracks near her Augusta, Georgia home, starting her Late Model career in 2004.

The following single release was the title track "Esclava De Tu Piel", which turned into their third big hit single in a row, and the track was also issued in remixed form on a release entitled The Slave Mixes. Esclava De Tu Piel was also Azúcar Moreno's first album to incorporate influences from the Middle East; the fourth single was a radically reworked flamenco/rock/dance cover of the traditional "Hava Nagila", sung entirely in Hebrew with a men's choir. Just like the preceding singles the track was available in a large number of dance remixes, issued on the Hava Naguila - The Middle Eastern Remixes release. The chart success of the album and its singles even resulted in a fifth single being released in Spain, Pedro Rilo's flamenco flavoured "Bandolero".

IRP A third-generation racer and son of then-Cup Series driver Dave Blaney, Blaney started his racing career in quarter midget racing, winning his first race at age 9; he also competed, and won, in Bandolero cars at a young age. Moving up to Legends cars at age 12, Blaney won the Lowe's Motor Speedway Young Lion's Winter Heat Point Championship, as well as in three divisions of the Carolina Fall Nationals in quarter midgets. At age 14, Blaney debuted in late model racing at Orange County Speedway, while in 2009, at age 15, he began competing in the Pro All Stars Series (PASS)-sanctioned South Super Late Model Series, finishing second in points and winning the series' Rookie of the Year award; he finished third in the PASS national points as well. In addition, he won the Eastern Grand Nationals quarter midget event in Huntsville, Alabama.

He sang a good deal of the output of Stanford and Arthur Somervell, a few Sullivan vocal warhorses, and a select range of items by contemporary composers such as Percy French, Peter Warlock, Liza Lehmann, Granville Bantock, Eric Coates, Roger Quilter, Thomas Dunhill, Edward German, George Butterworth, Gustav Holst, Landon Ronald, Michael Head, Frank Bridge, Arnold Bax. Many songs became personally identified with him, including "The Floral Dance" (Katie Moss), "The Kerry Dance" (Molloy), "The Bandolero" (Stuart), "The Cobbler's Song" (from Chu Chin Chow), "In a Monastery Garden" and "In a Persian Market" (Albert Ketèlbey), "The Lute Player" (Allitsen), "The Old Brigade", and "On the Road to Mandalay" (Speaks and Hedgcock versions). His performance of the "Four Indian Love Lyrics" (Amy Woodforde- Finden) and his "Roses of Picardy" (Haydn Wood) were famous. He composed a number of songs himself, under the name J. P. McCall, most famously his setting of Rudyard Kipling's "Boots", which won the author's approval and was one of Dawson's greatest successes.

Born in Smyrna, Georgia, Fowler started racing at the age of four racing in Quarter Midget racing, competing all over the country winning numerous championships in various divisions (Sr. Honda, Lite 160 and Lite AA). At the age of eight Fowler moved to the Bandolero Series where he was the GA State Champion. At the age of twelve Fowler moved to Legends car racing at tracks such as Atlanta Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway and many other tracks throughout the south-east and beyond. Fowler had a banner season in 2006 in which he competed for five championships in different Legends Car series around the region and won three of them and finished second in the other two. Fowler then moved up to late model racing, competing in the GAS Series where he was the rookie of the year in 2007, where he made a big splash by posting 14 top-10 finishes in 17 starts.

His many works include C'était moi, operetta in 1860, Astaroth opéra comique in 1861, la Vipérine operetta in 1866, Napoléon devant les peuples, cantata in 1867, Grand Duc de Matapa opéra bouffe in 1868, le Pantalon de Casimir, one-act operetta in 1873, Le Miroir magique, féerie-ballet in 3 acts, in 1876.

Daytona 500 On January 22, 2015, Gordon announced that 2015 would be his last season as a full-time driver, but did not rule out retirement entirely. On January 29, Gordon stated he does not plan to run any more Daytona 500s after 2015. During the 2015 season, various tracks performed acts in tribute to Gordon. Atlanta Motor Speedway president Ed Clark gave him a Bandolero racing car with the names of his children, Ella and Leo, inscribed on it; at the following race, Las Vegas Motor Speedway's president Chris Powell gave him a customized blackjack table. For the Food City 500 at Bristol, Ella and Leo were the race's grand marshals. On April 29, Gordon announced that he would be serving as the pace car driver for the Indianapolis 500, the same day as the Coca-Cola 600. At Sonoma and Kentucky, he was given an wine bottle and 96 bottles of bourbon whiskey, respectively. For November's Quicken Loans Race for Heroes 500, Phoenix International Raceway was renamed "Jeff Gordon Raceway".
