Later, the platoon are on parade. Frazer gives a long rambling explanation of how he complained to the manager about the "sheer historical inaccuracies of the film", but eventually admits sheepishly that he got his money back. Mainwaring berates them for the two examples of bad behaviour.

He has also been called "the greatest of Vogue magazine’s 'lost' photographers", and an "outspoken homosexual with a heroic appetite for self-destruction, his bad behaviour was legendary". Clifford Coffin: The Varnished Truth – Photographs from Vogue 1945 to 1955 was an exhibition at London's National Portrait Gallery for three months in 1997. Coffin suffered from alcoholism and drug addiction, and died of throat cancer in Pasadena, California, in 1972, aged 58.

Banks was born in Cheshire, England, and raised by his mother in Basingstoke, Hampshire; his father worked as a sugar plantation manager in various African countries. From the age of 13 he attended a boarding school in Berkshire called Crookham Court, before being expelled for "an accumulation of offences", including the sale of lead stolen from the roofs of school buildings, and "high-spirited bad behaviour". The Inclusion Department (Known as Learning Zone) deals with children who have broken rules to the extent that they must be kept separate from classmates and the rest of the school. Incidents will include bullying, disrespect to a member of staff, general bad behaviour or not displaying Attitude for Learning (AfL) or bringing inappropriate items into school. Another part of the school is Learning Support, a department at WHS that helps children with learning difficulties learn and cope with school. The department also has a specialist dyslexia teacher to support dyslexic students at WHS.

Sunita soon starts to worry about their finances after Dev renews his membership at the Golf Club, despite the expense, and starts paying for Aadi to have golf lessons after he shows talent. Sunita is also angered by Amber starting a brief affair with Sophie Webster (Brooke Vincent), despite Sophie's relationship with Sian Powers (Sacha Parkinson). Sophie confides in Sunita who angrily warns Amber to leave Sophie alone but the damage is done and Sian jilts Sophie on their wedding day and leaves her. Sunita starts feeling that Dev takes her for granted whilst rewarding Amber for her bad behaviour.

In 2002 Somnus was campaigned exclusively in Yorkshire and won four of his five races. After initially proving difficult to train- he suffered from bad shins and was a "nightmare" to break in- Somnus was gelded in attempt to cure his "bad behaviour". Somnus made little impression on his debut in June, finishing fifth in a six furlong maiden race at Ripon. A month later, he recorded his first win in a maiden at York, taking the lead a furlong out and winning by a neck from Monsieur Bond, a horse who went on to win two Group races.

On August 2, 1993, when Smith was thirteen years old, he was riding his bike home from summer camp in a local park day camp after being told to leave due to “bad behaviour” and 4-year-old Derrick Robie was walking alone to that same camp. Such is the influence of footballers, their activities tend to be reported widely in the media and also bring condemnation from the government of the countries in which they play. Shortly prior to UEFA Euro 1996, the English national team gained notoriety for the "Dentist's Chair" incident. Several English players, including Paul Gascoigne and Teddy Sheringham, were photographed in Hong Kong after being seen in a bar pouring beer down each other's throats while the person sat on a dentist's chair.

In the mid-1820s, these women were also given better food and clothes, as well as permission to attend Church and receive visitors. Dillon Phillips is twelve years old, and also burdened with a father who is the Prime Minister and has just been voted "Naffest Man in Britain" by his favourite pop magazine. His dad's smarmy and unlikeable spin doctor, Duncan Packer, interferes with everything and the slightest bit of bad behaviour may trigger an international crisis. Dillon's mother, Clare, is a successful businesswoman and has little time for him, while his older sister, Sarah, is annoyingly bossy and dismissive of her brother and his problems: however, the pair do occasionally join forces in order to fight against their oppressive regime, and especially against Packer. At school, Dillon's only real friend is a boy known as 'Geezer', the other boys (a boy known as 'Flash', his main nemesis, in particular) frequently picking on him because of his father's position, especially when the latter shows him up, for example by arriving at the school's sports day in a helicopter.

In 2015, Marti was called to play the first round of the Davis Cup in Belgium as the team leader after Federer and Wawrinka decided not to play and after Chiudinelli was injured. He practiced during the whole week with the team (Lammer, Bossel, Laaksonen) but when the captain announced that Marti would not play the Friday singles, Marti decided to go back home to Switzerland and left the team. He said to the media that the fact that he was not picked for the singles was "the biggest disappointment of his career" and that it was better to go home now as he must play some ITF Future tournaments and as he would anyway not be of any help for the team at this stage. However, the Swiss Federation released a press statement according to which Marti was excluded from the team by the captain due to his bad behaviour after the draw.

Article 5(1) says that "unfair commercial practices" are prohibited, and under article 5(2)(a) these are practices that are "contrary to the requirements of professional diligence" (see further Article 2(h)) and that are likely to materially distort the economic behaviour of the average consumer (Article 5(2)(b)). The effect of commercial practices on particular kinds of consumers, especially those who are unusually vulnerable, can replace the "average consumer" test if the practices are directed at those kinds of consumers or will foreseeably affect them (Articles 5(2)(b) and 5(3)). The Directive describes two major categories of unfair commercial practices:- those that are misleading (Articles 5(4)(a), 6 and 7) and those that are aggressive (Articles 5(4)(b), 8 and 9). Annex 1 to the Directive sets out a list of "commercial practices that are, in all circumstances, considered unfair" (a black-list of bad behaviour). These are divided into "misleading commercial practices" (23 examples) and "aggressive commercial practices" (8 examples).

Bento earned 35 caps for the Portugal national team, his first game coming on 15 January 1992 in a 0–0 draw with Spain and his last being the 0–1 loss to South Korea on 14 June 2002 in the 2002 FIFA World Cup. He also played at UEFA Euro 2000 where, along with teammates Abel Xavier – who played with him at Oviedo for two seasons – and Nuno Gomes, he was suspended (in Bento's case for five months) due to bad behaviour, during the semi-final loss with France.

Macquarie Bank was implicated in the foreign exchange trading scandal and was instructed to donate $2 million to charity and to open up its foreign exchange arm to scrutiny after ASIC uncovered a series of breaches by its traders. Appearing before the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Economics, chief executives of the ANZ, CBA, NAB, and Westpac advised that, despite consumer complaints, very few senior bank staff were dismissed due to misconduct; despite supervising more junior staff who had been dismissed. In a 2016 speech before the National Press Club, opposition leader Bill Shorten outlined his plans for a royal commission into the banking sector, should Labor win government at the 2016 federal election. Meanwhile, Liberals Warren Entsch also supported calls for a royal commission; as well as CBA whistleblower, Jeff Morris, who, for eight years, since 2008, documented the industry's "systemic bad behaviour". Despite an attempt launched in April 2016 to protect consumer interests, increase transparency and accountability, and build trust and confidence in banks, amidst growing community concerns, in January 2017 twenty-five members of the Australian Banking Association launched Better Banking, an initiative aimed to provide improve products, service and culture, and to provide consumers with helpful information and resources.
