The articles marked a complete break with interwar values: "With a foul-smelling vocabulary [...], Arghezi does in poetry only what Picasso did in painting, introducing excrement as artistic material... Costa Norte Records published unpublished artistic material of Guillermo Anderson on the anniversary of his birthday, February 26, 2017. These are 18 instrumental and sung compositions that Anderson composed for the play Ese mortal llamado Morazán (That mortal called Morazán), a stage show presented in 1992 at the National Theater and Cultural Center Sampedrano, but not made again because Guillermo considered that the recording was of low quality and he would record it again in study. He never did. The work is based on the novel "General Morazán marches from the death", by Julio Escoto, which the ballet master Flor Alvergue choreographed in 1992 a ballet of modern style for the celebration of the bicentenary of birth of Francisco Morazán.

They sought to bring life and art closer together, and has often been compared with Pop Art. Bacht's aim as an artist is the visualisation of dialectical processes between artistic material and aesthetic design principles that always unfold as respectful mimeses of cyclic laws of nature. „The wave“, writes Hans Gercke, „fascinates him in its polarity of height and depth, light and shade, concave and convex movement, serenity and dynamic“. The Act provides several exemptions for different purposes as follows: The processing of personal data is exempt from the provisions of the Act where it relates to national security (section 60) and in relation to crime and taxation (section 61); the disclosure of personal data relating to health, education and social work; (section 61); is prohibited, unless it is required by law. The provisions of the Act are also not applicable for the protection of members of the public against specified loss or malpractice provisions (section 63) The processing of personal data is prohibited unless the processing is undertaken for the purpose of a literary or artistic material and the data controller reasonably believes the publication would be in the public interest and that compliance with the provision is incompatible with the special purposes. (Section 64) The provisions on non-disclosure do not apply, where the disclosure is required by any law or by a court. (Section 66) Act does not apply where data is processed only for the purpose of managing an individual's domestic affairs.
