Li Hsiang-lan & Kazuo Hasegawa Yoshiko made her debut as an actress and singer in the 1938 film Honeymoon Express (蜜月快車), by Manchuria Film Production. She was billed as Li Hsiang-lan, pronounced Ri Kōran in Japanese. The adoption of a Chinese stage name was prompted by the film company's economic and political motives—a Manchurian girl who had command over both the Japanese and Chinese languages was sought after. During intermittent periods between 1824 and 1841, Granville served as the British ambassador to France, requiring Harriet to perform a relentless array of social duties in Paris that she often found exhausting and frivolous. A prolific writer of letters, Harriet corresponded with others for most of her life, often humourously describing her observations of those around her. Historians have since found her detailed accounts to be a valuable source of information on life as an ambassadress as well as life in the 19th-century aristocracy. Between 1894 and 1990, four edited collections of Harriet's correspondence were published.

Lorraine believes she will follow the foot-steps of former titled Miss World Philippines 2013, Megan Young, because she possesses attributes that makes it to the way of winning the crown. She also promised she can be a good ambassadress for a lot girls and boys who will look up to her. In October 2014, she represented Dumaguete City in the Miss World Philippines competition with 26 candidates vying for the crown including model and actress Valerie Weigmann who later won the pageant. During the Question and Answer portion she boosted the Dumaguete pride as she wowed the crowd and the panel of judges when she answered, "I believe I should be the next Miss World Philippines because I have the heart to give and a mind to inspire, I know this is one of my purpose in life and I am ready to take on this great responsibility with all of my heart and I’m gonna see this as a blessing to bless others," when asked why she deserves to win the Miss World 2014 Philippines crown.

In the year 2012, Bonnevie was awarded and named “The Philippines Clean Air Champion ” from Partnership for Clean Air, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Department of Transportation and Communications(DOTC) and Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) in recognition of her environmental advocacy and as an ambassadress of the cause. Thereafter she released a music video entitled “Halina, Sama, Sama Tayo” produced by the Environmental Management Bureau of DENR to push the campaign on “Clean Air”. The music video is on YouTube rotation. In November, she headlines the “Clean Air Pwede?” concert in celebration of the Clean Air Month. In 2013 Bonnevie, together with her family and supporters founded Earthday Jam Foundation, an offshoot from the successful annual “Earthdayjam”. Their initial project is “Tara,Tara sa Corregidor Coastal clean Up”, a unique mix of advocacy-history and music in one. “Tara tara sa Corregidor Part 2 “(In Celebration of the September Coastal Clean Up Month); “ The Earthday Jam National Tour” are in the offing for 2013, with Bonnevie spearheading the Philippines foremost performers.

A year later in February, she donated RM 500 000 for the National Anti-Drug Campaign where she was also appointed as the ambassadress for the campaign. Six months later, she and her husband founded Yayasan Nurjiwa (Nurjiwa Foundation) where the foundation served as a platform for people to help those in need through charity concerts and dinner events where the money will be donated to the selected organisations. In 2009, she and her husband donated RM 1.5 million to build a new mosque in Tikam Batu, Kuala Muda where the land was given as a wakaf by both of them and Siti's mother-in-law where before this, her husband has also donated a sum of money to build two mosques in Kuala Lumpur and Pattani, Thailand which finally completed in February 2011 and officiated by Sultan of Kedah, Tuanku Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah. In 2011, Siti and her husband gave out an undisclosed amount of Zakat (alms) to more than 200 elderly people, single mothers and disabled people in Tikam Batu as part of their tradition apart from providing them with sarong, batik and some "Duit Raya" (pocket money during Eid al-Fitr) for the children.
