This area is a breeding site for the endangered piping plover. 67,000 other birds in over 30 species make use of this area. The Prince Albert National Park affords protection to a breeding ground of the American white pelican which has been designated as a threatened species.

Puerto Carrillo is a small unobtrusive community that has been playing host to some of the most well renown sport fishing boats in the world, since its discovery as a billfish destination over 15 years ago. The tiny harbor affords protection to a small handful of charter and private boats that are here on permanent bases. The beautiful white sand beach has small waves most of the time, and is popular with swimmers and families with kids. Playa Carrillo is never crowded, and it offers nice picnic areas right on the beach.

North Wagga Levee plaque It was not until the late 1970s that the Council relented on its restrictions on development and built a levee around the suburb, however to this day it is lower than the main city levee and only affords protection to flood events up to , approximately 1 in 20 year in size. In March 2012, the suburb was inundated after the levee was over-topped after the Murrumbidgee River reached , below the 1974 flood, after record rainfall fell over a large area of the Riverina and the Murrumbidgee River catchment.

The copyright law affords protection to a variety of work and grants protection to holders to their works and defines the duration of that copyright protection. In Sections 38 to 58 we can find the general provisions of copyright law in Ghana. These provisions basically deal with things such as works that belong to the public domain, how copyright owners can register their works if they choose to and the effects of the infringement of copyright rights. For example, if an individual infringes another's copyright right that individual commits an offence and is liable to conviction to a fine of not more than one thousand penalty units and not less than five hundred penalty units or to a term of imprisonment of not more than three years or to both; and in the case of a continuing offence to a further fine of not less than twenty-five penalty units and not more than one hundred penalty units for each day during which the offence continues.

Mosley's case relied in part on the ruling in the case McKennitt v Ash where there was "breach of confidence by way of conduct inconsistent with a pre-existing relationship, rather than simply of the purloining of private information".McKennitt v Ash [2008] QB 73 at [8], per Buxton LJ. However, Justice David Eady also stated "The law now affords protection to information in respect of which there is a reasonable expectation of privacy, even in circumstances where there is no preexisting relationship giving rise of itself to an enforceable duty of confidence". He stated that the passing of the Human Rights Act 1998 required this conclusion and that therefore the relevant values in this case were expressed in Articles 8 and 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights, as Campbell v MGN Ltd established these values are as much applicable to disputes between two private individuals as where one is a public body. Justice Eady held that the first hurdle was the need to show a reasonable expectation of privacy, and if this could be overcome it was a matter of weighing up the competing Convention rights.
