With her health as her top priority, the results continue to improve up to this day as she marks her legacy one day at a time with her projects and businesses aligned to her advocacies. Her first and on-going project which started last October 2017, Artemis Strength for Saving Youth and Boys Ultimate Test to Strength—better known as ASSY and BUTTS, highlights a weightlifting activity. All these efforts were the fruition of early advocacies in sustainable agriculture when he was still an agricultural journalist and columnist at the Modern Agriculture and Industry-Asia, where he pioneered the first monthly articles on ecological agriculture in the Asian context. Together with colleagues at the International Alliance for Sustainable Agriculture or IASA, he coined the term sustainable agriculture in 1983, a term which has received wide use and currency until today. Perlas was the chief negotiator for a network of national networks, which involved 5000 organizations, that successfully stopped the agenda of radical and one sided liberalization in the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation or APEC. He successfully introduced strong sustainable development language in the Leaders and Ministerial Declarations in APEC, and constrained the Individual Action Plan of the Philippines to abide by sustainable development principles.

Michael Bengwayan is a Filipino environmental activist best known for his advocacy of using the Petroleum nut (Pittosporum resiniferum) as an alternative bio-fuel in the Philippines, and his involvement with advocacies to save trees from being cut, notably the Save 182 Movement which petitioned to stop the earth-balling 182 trees at Luneta Hill, Baguio, by mall developer SM, and the campaign to stop the cutting of 1,200 trees along the Manila North Road, in the towns of Binalonan and Pozorrubio, Pangasinan. Bengwayan is the director of the Cordillera Ecological Center, and is also the proprietor of The Habitat, a five hectare farm in Tublay, Benguet which partly serves as an ecotourism site, an ecological reserve containing indigenous trees of Philippine Cordillera, and a demonstration farm for the intercropping of Arabica coffee, pineapple, pine trees, and petroleum nut.

She was also a television journalist and news anchor having worked for two television networks in the country, IBC (Headline Trese) and GMA Network (GMA Network News). As Puteri Indonesia Lingkungan 2017, Lilliana represented Indonesia in Miss International 2017, held in the Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo, Japan on November 14, 2017 and was crowned at the end of the competition by her predecessor, Miss International 2016 Kylie Fausto Verzosa from the Philippines. Beside winning the crown, she is also manage to won the "Miss Best Dresser" special award. She wore a national costume called "Mbok Jamu Gendong and the Ancient Secret Potion" inspired by Indonesia's traditional herbal-medicine Jamu. The group has also produced three all-original albums such as “Nityalila Bootleg” released in 2003 by Nityalila in partnership with Rock Radio Cafe, “Uno Jornal” released in 2005 by independent label, Bagani Music, and “Ako’y Isang Pinay”, released in 2007 by Manna Records in partnership with Universal Records. Nityalila Saulo was also part of JAM88.3’s “Not Another Christmas Album” released in 2006 by EMI Music Philippines.
