Barry then formed his own production company, which he named Jack Barry Productions, and in 1971 he sold The Reel Game, which he also hosted, to ABC. Then in 1972, Barry resurrected his career by selling The Joker's Wild to CBS; the Barry-hosted series became a hit and lasted for three seasons on the network's daytime schedule before its 1975 cancellation.
